The House of Yahweh
THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH ESTABLISHED, A LAW OF YAHWEH
With all glory to Yahweh and to our King, Yahshua Messiah, and with the understanding of Yahweh’s Spirit, which is Holy, we dedicate this study to Yahweh and to the advancement of learning for the Saints of Yahweh to help grow into the Holy House of Yahweh. “To the law and the testimony, if they speak not according to this word it is because there is no light in them.”
The Law of Yahweh, is a guide for mankind that brings judgment to those who follow it’s laws, statutes, commandments, ordinances and judgments. Yahweh gave us this Covenant of Peace, which when followed, brings true peace to individuals, communities, states, and nations. The Plan of Yahweh is revealed to those whom Yahweh calls out of this world. When you are called out, you begin to understand this plan. Every serious minded student and teacher of the Holy Scriptures believes what is written, to be the Holy and Inspired Word of Yahweh, which is written for our learning. It is written to guide us into the Kingdom of Yahweh. This book is not written for the unbeliever, or one not called out by Yahweh. Therefore if you are called out, then you understand that everything written in this book is for you! The laws and prophecies point to certain time periods of mankind and reveal to us certain marks and signs that we can know to be true. We find the letters of the Apostles, reveal to us some of the prophecies, which also reveal to us the evidence of the prophetic times we are now living in. The Law of Yahweh brings us to Yahshua Messiah, who provides us with spiritual growth, in order for us to understand the pattern of Yahweh’s Kingdom and the way to salvation. We will examine the Law of Yahweh that reveals the establishment of a House, a family of Yahweh, that is for our benefit and growth. Yahweh shows us the order of His House, the name of His House, and how we can recognize the true House, which furthers our growth into a righteous Priestly family. We can come into unity with Yahweh, becoming a united body of believers, called the House of Yahweh, the living body of Messiah, if we follow with all our hearts, souls, and might the inspired word of Yahweh. Examine every word in this study and let the scriptures interpret the scriptures. Pay attention to the facts concerning the prophecies of the House of Yahweh, and open your hearts and minds to the understanding of Yahweh’s plan for the called out ones of Yahweh. At this time we are shown that there will be a remnant of the House of Yahweh, that will be saved. Not the corporation called House of Yahweh, nor the entire congregation that has been called to Abilene, Texas, but a remnant from that calling. This study will cover as much history as can be found at this time and will reveal to you the corporate 501c3 House of Yahweh, as well as the true House of Yahweh, which is a body of believers!
YAHWEH’ S PLACE, THAT HE CHOOSES!
Deuteronomy 12:5 “But unto the place 4725 which the LORD 3068 your God 430 shall choose 977 out of all your tribes 7626 to put 7760 his name 8034 there, [even] unto his habitation 7933 shall ye seek 1875 and thither thou shalt come 935”
The words defined throughout this study will be taken from Strong’s Hebrew and Greek Dictionary, Gesenius Hebrew Chaldee Lexicon and Thayer’s Greek Lexicon.
The words used in Deuteronomy 12:5 are defined below:
The word place is #4725 and means: a place; place of anyone is his abode or habitation; from #6965 which means: to arise; to stand, fast; to make valid, confirm; to be established, be confirmed; to maintain oneself.
The word Lord is #3068 and means: Yahweh
The word God is #430 and means: mighty, true, judge
The word choose is #977 and means: to choose, elect, decide, to prove, examine, to approve, to select; to be chosen.
The word tribes is #7626 and means: rod, staff, stick so called because of supporting, beating, or correcting; branch, tribe; family; a measuring rod; sceptre;
The word put is #7760 and means: to put, set, or place; to constitute; to place his name; to found; to set, ordain, establish, found, appoint, constitute, make, determine, fix.
The word name is #8034 and means: name, reputation, fame, glory; the Name (as designation of Yahweh); memorial, monument; in the name of Yahweh, by his authority.
The word habitation is #7933 and means: a dwelling; from word #7931 which means: to settle down, abide, dwell, tabernacle, reside; to make settle down, establish; to make or cause to dwell, to lay, place, set, establish, settle, fix; to cause to dwell or abide
The word seek is #1875 and means: to resort to, seek, seek with care, enquire, require; to resort to, frequent (a place), (tread a place); to consult, enquire of, seek; of Yahweh.
The word come is #935 and means: to go to a place; to allow oneself to be enquired of, consulted (only of Yahweh).
So we see the following from the definitions above: “But unto the place, one’s abode and habitation, that is confirmed, established, stand fast and maintain oneself, which Yahweh, your true and mighty Judge shall choose, elect, and approve, out of all your supported, correcting, tribe and family, which is a measuring rod, to put, set or place His name, which is your memorial and your authority, there even unto his dwelling, tabernacle, he caused to dwell or abide, shall you seek with care, enquire, frequent this place to enquire of, seek Yahweh and there shall you allow oneself to be enquired of and consulted of Yahweh.”
Deuteronomy 16:16 “Three time in a year shall all your males appear before Yahweh, the mighty one in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear empty handed.”
We can see from the above scriptures that Yahweh will establish a place for worship, His dwelling, and we must seek it with care, to inquire of Yahweh. There was a place for Yahweh to be worshipped and sought after. A place where the people of Yahweh inquired to learn of Yahweh and His ways. It is important enough that Yahweh made it a Law within His Laws, so that we as a body of believers would seek Yahweh. But we will see in this study, it was not a building or temple built with human hands, that Yahweh wanted for worship, this was man’s idea. Yahweh is the father of the living, not the dead. After the destruction of what is called the Temple of Yahweh, and the establishment of the true House of Yahweh, called Yahshua Messiah, there was never a need for a physical building to inquire of Yahweh.
Acts 17:24 “Yahweh, Who made the world and all things in it, being Creator of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands.”
II Samuyl 7:7 “Wherever I have walked with all the children of Israyl, have I ever said to any of their rulers, whom I commanded to shepherd My people Israyl; Why have you not built me a house made of cedar?”
Romans 12:1 “Therefore, I appeal to you, brothers, by the mercies of Yahweh, that you present your bodies as living sacrifices, holy, acceptable to Yahweh which is your reasonable service.”
There are many groups, who say their place or building, is where you must worship Yahweh. But as we have seen above, Yahweh does not need any buildings made with hands in order to be worshiped. There was a time when Yahweh did place his name in a certain city or place, such as Shiloh and Jerusalem. They were rejected because of sin and godworship! The same goes with us, if we sin, or follow gods, we are cut off from Yahweh, and Yahweh’s Name is not within us. The question that is asked many times, by many people, is where does one go to worship Yahweh in these extreme last days? Where has he placed his name in these last days? Is it one place? Does Yahweh have one building or organization, where we are to go to worship him? As you read this study, hopefully you will understand the answers to these questions by understanding Yahweh’s plan of salvation.
THE HOLY SCRIPTURES IS OUR GUIDE
The Holy Scriptures, no doubt the biggest selling book in the world, that is read by millions and known by billions, is considered by those who believe in it, as the inspired words of Yahweh. Throughout the centuries many have been led by it’s inspiration, wars have been fought over it’s meanings, and now in these last days we have a book that was written to us, for us, and for our learning, to understand the way of Yahweh and yet, we still have wars among people and religious organizations. The book of Yahweh, Holy Bible, Holy Scriptures or whatever title you want to call it, is a book that shows us, the people of Yahweh, who we are, what we are to do, and why we are here. In today’s society we find many religions and religious organizations that claim to be the prophesied work of Yahweh. They claim that their religion is the true faith. There is literally thousands of religions who hold claim to their faith as being the one that grants a person entrance to the Kingdom of Yahweh. They say that you must be a part of their faith or religious group, to understand salvation, and to receive eternal life. There is no doubt that not all of them can be right, as each has their own doctrine or creed. So is there only one way into the Kingdom of Yahweh, and if so, how does one gain entrance? Is it through an established, religious institution, that one receives salvation? Is there personal relationships with the creator? So what is it, that brings wisdom in order to answer such questions? What is it, that gives us insight into our creator and the plan He has for His creation?
II Timayah (Timothy) 3:15 “And that from a child you have known the holy scriptures, which are able to make you wise unto salvation through faith which is in Yahshua Messiah.”
We see that the Holy Scriptures makes you wise, through faith, which is only through Yahshua Messiah! We must believe and do what the scriptures say and only through Yahshua can we understand what we read, in order to obtain salvation. The scriptures gives us wisdom. Yahweh gives us understanding. Yahshua Messiah is our salvation!
Wisdom is defined as: Skill; the primary power of this word is judging. The ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting; insight.
So when one lives by and practices the words that are written in the Holy Scriptures they are given skills to judge. They should receive the ability to discern between what is true right and lasting. Reading from the writings of King Solomon, who is mentioned as one who had wisdom, we find the following:
Proverbs 1:1-7 “The proverbs of Solomon, the son of David, King of Israyl; To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding; To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity; To give subtility to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion. A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings. The reverence of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
The Holy Scriptures give us understanding, knowledge, discretion, increase learning, and attain wise counsel. However, we also need to understand it’s interpretation. In order to understand it’s interpretation, we must reverence Yahweh and most importantly not despise judgment and instruction. Wisdom brings judgment, which leads one to Yahshua Messiah, who brings salvation. Remember this, when reading this law of Yahweh. Also remember that fools despise, judgment and the ability to discern what is true and right.
I Kepha 4:17,18 “For the time has come (and now is), that judgment must begin at the House of Yahweh: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the message of Yahweh? And if the righteous scarcely are saved, where shall the wicked and the sinner appear?”
Judgment begins with us, the living House of Yahweh, as we allow the laws of Yahweh to bring judgment. The Laws of Yahweh bring forth blessings and curses, depending on your choice of life. We are judged through our actions by our decisions. Judgment begins with the family of Yahweh, those whom he has called out. At this time the world is not being judged, because they are not called out by Yahweh.
PROPHECY OF THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH BEING ESTABLISHED IN THE LAST DAYS
Yahweh inspired the True Prophets of Isayah and Micahyah to write of a House of Yahweh, that would be established in these last days. We are shown that all nations would eventually recognize and flow unto it. This House or family, would be called a House of Yahweh, just as it was called throughout the pages of the Holy Scriptures. Reading from Isayah we find the following information.
Isayah 2:2 “And it shall come to pass in the last 319 days 3117, [that] the mountain 2022 of the LORD'S 3068 house 1004 shall be established 3559 in the top 7218 of the mountains 2022, and shall be exalted 5375 above the hills 1389; and all nations 1471 shall flow 5102 unto it.”
The word last is word #319 and means: after part, end; latter part, extreme part; end, issue, event; latter time (prophetic for future time); posterity; last, hindermost
The word days is word #3117 and means: day, time, year.
The word mountain is word #2022 and means: hill, mountain, hill country, mount; the holy mountain of Yahweh; a mountain tract of country.
The word Lord’s is word #3068 and means: Yahweh
The word house is word #1004 and means: house, dwelling habitation; house as containing a family; household, family; those belonging to the same household; family of descendants, descendants as organized body. From #1129 and means: rebuild, establish, to build a house (ie. establish a family).
The word established is word #3559 and means: to be set up, be established, be fixed; to be firmly established; to constitute, appoint; to be prepared, to be founded.
The word top is word #7218 and means: head, top, summit, upper part, chief, total, sum, height, front, beginning; chief, head (of man, city, nation, place, family, priest); chief, choicest, best.
The word exalted is word #5375 and means: to lift, bear up, carry, take; to be taken away, be carried off, be swept away;
The word hills is word #1389 and means: hill (lower than a mountain); as a place of illicit worship.
The word nations is word #1471 and means: nation, a people; usually of non-Hebrew people; of descendants of Abraham; a confluence of men, body corpus.
The word flow is word #5102 and means: to shine, beam, light, burn; to shine; to give light, to be glad, rejoice.
In Micahyah 4:1 the word people is used in place of nations, as mentioned in Isayah 2:2. This word people is word #5971 and means: people; members of ones people; countrymen, kindred, relatives; the tribes of Israyl.
So we see that this scripture has the meaning of:
Isayah 2:2 “It will come to pass in the latter and extreme part of the last time and days, that the holy mountain of Yahweh, Yahweh’s House, which contains his rebuilt family, descendants as an organized body, shall be set up, established, and founded in the beginning, chief, head, top of nation, family of the tribes, Israyl. The High Priest, the head of man, the best of the House of Yahweh, shall be taken away from Israyl, lifted and swept away to a place of illicit worship, (in these extreme last days, called the United States of America), and all people, relatives and countrymen, the tribes of Israyl, those who are descendants of Abraham, as well as non-Hebrew people, who were a dead body, shall shine, give light, be glad, rejoice and flow unto the House of Yahweh.”
The House of Yahweh is the name of the family who worship Yahweh. The House of Yahweh will bring all people together, from all nations, the 12 tribes, both Hebrew and non-Hebrew to worship and rejoice before Yahweh. They will be established in Israel, and taken to a land of illicit worship, which fits the United States of America, in these extreme last days.
Illicit is defined as: not sanctioned by custom or law. Most places of worship today in America are not sanctioned by Yahweh because they are not founded on the Law and Prophets and are illicit places of worship as defined by Isayah 2:2, they are not sanctioned by Yahweh. Also the way the Laws are set up in America, the Constitution prohibits the federal government from sanctioning any State religion. We will see that they have been able to go around this law through, codes and regulations, that allow sanction, through treaty, called a 501c3 corporation. This prophecy shows that Yahweh’s family of Priests, who are after the order of Melchizedek, are taken and called from Israyl and taken to this place of illicit worship. The first one ordained into this Order of Melchizedek is Yahshua Messiah. He is the first House of Yahweh established, the first House of Yahweh built without hands. We will see more in this study of this topic.
It is, Yahweh, who is restoring His family of Priests, who have been scattered to the four winds of the earth at this time. Yahweh’s House is a family, of His people, called Priestly Kings of Yahweh, who are not built with hands, but who are a people, Holy unto Him. According to Isayah and Micahyah’s prophecy, this established House of Yahweh was to be founded in the beginning, chief, or head of the Priestly tribes, Israel, in the last days as prophecy shows and taken to this place of illicit worship. Yahshua Messiah started His work in Yahdah and Yerusalem as the prophecy shows.
Isayah 2:1 “The word that Isayah, the son of Amoz saw concerning Yahdah and Yerusalem.”
Yaaqob (James) 1:1 “Yaaqob, a servant of Yahweh and of the King, Yahshua Messiah, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad; Greetings.”
Yahchanan (John) 11:52 “And not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of Yahweh who were dispersed.”
Isayah 11:12 “And He shall set up an ensign for the nations (12 tribes of Israel), and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Yahdah from the four corners of the earth.”
For thousands of years the 12 tribes of Israyl and Yahdah, the children of Abraham, Yaaqob, and Isaac, have been dispersed throughout the earth. Each going to different parts of the earth, establishing themselves as colonies, states, governments called Nations. In the last days, Yahweh shows through prophecy, that he would rebuild this family, starting with His Son, Yahshua Messiah, gathering the 12 tribes together from the Head, Chief Nation of the family of Priests, in Israyl, where this House was first established and then take it to a place of Illicit worship, not sanctioned by custom or law. The United States of America has separation of what they call church and state, and therefore there is a strong indication of it being the Nation that is mentioned here in Isayah’s and Micahyah’s prophecies towards the extreme end of the last days. What other nation could fit this prophecy? There is no official, sanctioned, state religion here in America. However, in Israyl, the national religion is sanctioned through the Torah and the Prophets and does not promote any other sanctioned worship. For the most part Israel’s State Religion is Judaism, or the teaching of the Law and the Prophets. This prophecy shows these two nations, would be together, in the time period called the extreme last days, to allow the establishment of the House of Yahweh. Let’s get more understanding of these two nations and their religious order.
ISRAEL
Religion in Israel is a central feature of the country and plays a major role in shaping Israeli culture and lifestyle, and Israyl is the only country in the world where a majority of citizens are Jewish. Israel was founded to provide a national home, safe from persecution, to the Jewish people. Although Israeli law explicitly grants equal civil rights to all citizens regardless of religion, ethnicity, or other heritage, it gives preferential treatment in certain aspects to individuals who fall within the criteria mandated by the Law of Return. Preferential treatment is given to Jews and their relatives who seek to immigrate to Israel. This serves to increase the Jewish population and provides asylum to people who face religious discrimination in the countries they emigrate from.
The Law of Return does not strictly follow the traditional Jewish religious law (halakha) in relation to the definition of who is a Jew. For example, some individuals who would be considered Jewish under the halakha are excluded from the rights under the Law of Return - e.g. those who converted to another religion; while others are entitled to immigration though they are obviously non-Jewish - e.g. they are related by marriage to a Jew or a grandparent may have been a Jew.
Most citizens in the State of Israel are Jewish, and most Israeli Jews practice Judaism in some form. In the last two centuries the largest Jewish community in the world, in the United States, has divided into a number of Jewish denominations. The largest and most influential of these denominations are Orthodox Judaism, Reform Judaism, and Conservative Judaism. All of the above denominations exist, to varying degrees, in the State of Israel. Nevertheless, Israelis tend to classify Jewish identity in ways that are strikingly different from American Jewry.
CHRISTIANITY AND JUDAISM
Dishonoring Christian religious symbols is an old religious duty in Judaism. Spitting on the cross, and especially on the Crucifix, and spitting when a Jew passes a church, have been obligatory from around AD 200 for pious Jews. In the past, when the danger of anti-Semitic hostility was a real one, the pious Jews were commanded by their rabbis either to spit so that the reason for doing so would be unknown, or to spit onto their chests, not actually on the cross or openly before the church. The increasing strength of the Jewish state has caused these customs to become more open again but there should be no mistake: The spitting on the cross for converts from Christianity to Judaism, organized in Kibbutz Sa’ad and financed by the Israeli government is an act of traditional Jewish piety. It does not cease to be barbaric, horrifying and wicked because of this! On the contrary, it is worse because it is so traditional, and much more dangerous as well, just as the renewed anti-Semitism of the Nazis was dangerous, because in part, it played on the traditional anti-Semitic past. However, in recent years, anti-Christian feelings are literally exploding in Israel (and among the Israel-worshipping Jews in Diaspora too) together with the increase of the Jewish fanaticism in all other areas.
Yahweh established the Name of His family, where it all began, a nation called Israel and took it to a place of illicit worship. Why? Because the United States of America, offers freedom of religion, with tolerance to all people of religious faiths. This is the only place where the 12 tribes could be gathered together, with freedom to study, learn, and practice the Laws of Yahweh and belief in Yahshua Messiah, without interference or persecution. In Israel, a House of Yahweh that believes in Yahshua Messiah as the Savior, would be looked down upon as Christian, and would be persecuted. So Yahweh took His House from the East (Israel) and brought it to the West (U.S.A.) in order that all congregations of the 12 tribes would be able to be gathered, without interference from one major, religious sect. There will be a time when a House of Yahweh, the body of believers, will return to Israyl, but not yet at this time.
Revelation 7:2 “And I saw another malak ascending from the east, having the seal of the living Father; and he cried with a loud voice to the four malakim, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea. And I heard the number of those who were sealed: and there was sealed a 144,000 of all the tribes of the children of Israyl”
II Timayah (Timothy) 2:19 “Nevertheless, the foundation of Yahweh stands sure, having this seal: Yahweh know those who are His; and Let every one that names the name of Messiah depart from iniquity.”
The word names is nameth in the KJV word #3687 and means: to name, to utter, to make mention of the name; to bear the name of a person or thing; to utter the name of a person or thing.
The word name is #3686 and means: the name is used for everything which the name covers, everything the thought or feeling of which is aroused in the mind by mentioning, hearing, remembering, the name, i.e. for one's rank, authority, interests, pleasure, command, excellences, deeds etc. The cause or reason named: on this account, because he suffers as a Christian, for this reason.
The word Messiah is Christ in the KJV #5547 and means: anointed, a mind conformed to Yahshua;
We see in Timayah, that Yahweh knows who are is, and those who depart from iniquity are named into the family, they bear Yahweh’s name, for the rank, order of the anointed ones, the order of Melchizedek, who have the mind of Yahshua Messiah. We can see that they bear the name of Yahweh’s family name. They also will suffer persecution because they have a mind conformed to Yahshua, which is the teachings of the Law and the Prophets.
Psalm 75:2,6,7 “When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly. For promotion does not come from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But Yahweh is the Judge: He brings one down and exalts another.”
Isayah 59:19 “So they will reverence the Name of Yahweh from the west...”
The Name of Yahweh cannot be used in Israel without persecution from the Orthodox Religious community. And Yahweh’s Son, Yahshua Messiah is not accepted by the nation as the Messiah. We will see further in this study that Yahweh revealed this great Family Name, House of Yahweh, to an American/Hebrew named, Jacob Hawkins, who took it from the East (Israel) to a nation west, (U.S.A) where religious freedom was allowed, in order to establish a religious order or family, without any persecution or hinderance, for the gathering of the tribes or nations of the Priestly family, who would be called, House of Yahweh.
Now most people who study the scriptures, know that we are in a time period called the last days. These last days started after the death of Yahshua Messiah, who established the true House of Yahweh, built without hands, and has been leading up to the extreme part of these last days which we are now living in!
Acts 2:16,17 “But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Yahyl; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith Yahweh, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.”
We can know we are in the extreme last days by witnessing the prophecy of Isayah and Micahyah being fulfilled before our eyes. This Law of Yahweh will reveal these facts to you, concerning these prophecies. Since the death of the disciples and the dispersion of the believers, there has not been a recorded body of believers called a House of Yahweh. Since the founding of the nation of Israyl in 1948, there has been an awakening of the Hebrew people, a calling back of the people back to the land. When Israyl was re-established, the country of Israyl, started rebuilding the nation and the waste places of Yahweh that had laid dormant for thousands of years. Without this re-establishment of this nation, we might have never known that we are in the extreme last days. The House of Yahweh might not have been discovered in Israyl. This is a key to understanding the time period we are in now. In order to understand the present and future, we need to know the past.
TEL ARAD, LOCATION OF THE ONLY EXCAVATED HOUSE OF YAHWEH IN THE LAND OF ISRAEL
Consider that when the Arabs occupied the land of Israyl, the archaeological sites were left basically intact, covered in earth, for thousands of years. Throughout the land, the waste places lay dormant. In the 1960’s Yahweh inspired an archaeologist named Yohanan Aharoni (b1919- d.1976) to make a remarkable discovery in the land of Israyl. This man went to the region of Yahdah, at the southern end of the Dead Sea in 1962, to start excavation at the site of a tel (mount) located near the modern city of Arad. Here is a little history into this great find in our modern times for the believers!
Tel Arad (Hebrew: תל ערד) or 'old' Arad is located west of the Dead Sea, about 10 km west of modern Arad in an area surrounded by mountain ridges which is known as the Arad Plain. The site is divided into a lower city and an upper hill which holds the only ever discovered 'House of Yahweh' in the land of Israel. Tel Arad was excavated during 18 seasons by Ruth Amiran and Yohanan Aharoni. The Lower City And Upper Hill -- The lower area was first settled during the Chalcolithic period, around 4000 BCE. Excavations at the site have unearthed an extensive Bronze Age Canaanite settlement which was in place until approximately 2650 BCE. The site was then apparently deserted for over 1500 years until resettled during the Israelite period from the 11th century BCE onwards, initially as an unwalled piece of land cut off as an official or sacred domain was established on the upper hill, and then later as a garrison-town known as 'The Citadel'. The citadel and sanctuary were constructed at the time of King David and Solomon. Artifacts found within the sanctuary of the citadel mostly reflect offerings of oil, wine, wheat, etc. brought there by numerous people throughout the reign of the kings of Judah until the kingdom's fall to the Babylonians. However, during the Persian, Maccabean, Roman, and early Muslim eras, locals continued to transport these items to the sacred precinct of the upper hill. Markers of these ancient Israelite rituals remain to this day, with broken pottery littering the entire site. Under the Judaean kings the citadel was periodically refortified, remodeled and rebuilt, until ultimately it was destroyed between 597 BCE and 577 BCE whilst Jerusalem was under siege by Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar II. Among the most significant artifacts unearthed from this time are ostraca dating from the mid-7th century BCE, referring to this citadel as the House of Yahweh. Habitation of Tel Arad and the upper citadel did not end with the Babylonian siege. During the Persian period (5th - 4th centuries BCE) almost a hundred ostracon and pottery were written in Aramaic, mostly accounts of locals who brought oil, wine, wheat, etc. to the upper hill. Thus, several citadels were built one upon the other and existed in the Hellenistic and Roman periods. Herod even reconstructed the lower city for the purpose of making bread. The site lasted til the Romans destroyed Jerusalem and completely expelled the 'circumcised' in 135 AD. Tel Arad laid in ruins for 500 years until the Islamic period when the former Roman citadel was rebuilt and remodeled by some prosperous clan in the area and functioned for 200 years until around 861 AD when there was a breakdown of central authority and a period of widespread rebellion and unrest. The citadel was destroyed and no more structures were built on the site.
Now this House of Yahweh was revealed to Yahweh’s people for a purpose, so we could know the name of the family of Yahweh and what we were called. Now this family name had to be established in order to fulfill the prophecy of Isayah and Micahyah. Just being discovered, didn’t establish it as a work of the Priesthood of Yahweh. It needed a Priest or minister of Yahweh to understand it’s importance and establish it as a work, a family of the Priesthood, which would be called the House of Yahweh, by which all, whom Yahweh called, would be named.
YOHANAN AHARONI, YEHUDAH GOVERIN, AND HOWSHUA AMARIEL, THE ARCHAEOLOGIST WHO PLAY A PART IN THE PROPHECY CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH IN THESE EXTREME LAST DAYS
Consider an interesting point of topic, concerning the names of the archaeologist Yohanan Ahroni, and Ruth Amiran, who discovered the only ever excavated House of Yahweh in the land of Israyl, and what his name means: Yohanan--whom Yahweh bestowed, a returning exile. Aharoni--light bringer, priest of Yahweh, the house of Aaron or light bringer. Ruth Amiran means: Ruth--means: friendship, desire study of anything, friend of Yahweh. Root word means: to pasture, to shepherd, of ruler or teacher. Amiran-- means: prince, treetop, my nation is joyful, my nation is a song. The founding of the name, House of Yahweh is something that all the tribes of Israyl should be singing about. King David wrote about this saying: Sing forth the honour of His Name, make His praise glorious! The prophet Zecharyah said: Sing and rejoice O daughter of Zion, for lo I come and I will dwell in the midst of you, saith Yahweh. The discovery of the name House of Yahweh should be a joyous occasion for the tribes of Israyl. We should be singing above the top of the treetops about this Name.
After Yohanan Aharoni’s death, the archeologist who carried on his work was Yehudah Goverin, whose name means: Yehudah--praised, praise the name of Yahweh. Goverin--to labor, to work about anything, to produce by labour, to sacrifice to Yahweh; to make or prepare a victim to offer to Yahweh. These two men whose name origins traces back to the Priestly family of Yahweh, discovered, and have carried on the work of rebuilding the ancient House of Yahweh in the land just outside of the modern city of Arad, Israel. Another man, whom the author personally met, has devoted his life to finding the Tabernacle of David, or the House of Yahweh. Howshua Ameriel, an archaeologist, scholar, and rabbi whom lives down in the Negev, has spent the last 10 years researching the House of Yahweh in Tel Arad, Israel. He is the only person in history to make a formal equivalence (word-per-word) translation the Torah (bible) from Paleo Hebraic into English. His name means: Howshua--salvation; family name of Yahshua ben Nun. Amariel--Yahweh has promised. These men’s names and their meanings gives us another clue as to whom Yahweh would bestow the honor of revealing his House to this world in these last days. These men’s name can trace their lineage back to the Priestly family, by the origins of their names. Time doesn’t permit us to go into a geneological background on these men, but I think you the reader should find this of importance considering the great work that Yahweh has blessed them with uncovering and revealing to the believers of Yahweh in these extreme last days.
JACOB HAWKINS, THE FOUNDER OF THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, A RELIGIOUS ORDER, ESTABLISHED ACCORDING TO THE PROPHETS ISAYAH AND MICAHYAH
When The House of Yahweh was discovered in 1962, Yohanan Aharoni did not understand the prophetic importance of his discovery. It wasn’t until June 29, 1973, when Jacob Hawkins came upon an article in the Jerusalem Post, which described the findings of Mr. Aharoni, that the prophecy of Isayah 2:2 was fulfilled. Jacob was living in Nazareth, Israyl at the time, had moved to Israel in 1969, with his family and a small group of believers, to settle and start of work of Yahweh in the Holy Land. He was an ordained Minister and Messianic Rabbi, who had spent his time living in a Kibbutz and preparing his family and this small group of believers to set up a ministry to do the work of Yahweh. In Jacob’s own words he describes how he established and founded the family name, House of Yahweh in these last days.
This excerpt is taken from the Prophetic Watchman Magazine, November 1983 issue:
At the time we went to Israyl we did not carry any title, though we did believe in the name of the creator and his son. We were looked upon as Messianic Jews. Later I began to publish the Prophetic Watchman. It was not until about 2 years later after starting the Prophetic Watchman, that we began to call ourselves the House of Yahweh. This came about in the Friday’s edition of the Jerusalem Post. It was Friday, June 29, 1973 and article entitled, “Unearthing the land” appeared in the Jerusalem Post. This article told about the many archaeological discoveries in Israel. But what caught my eye was this, “At Arad, excavated by Yohanan Aharoni, reference is made to a YHWH...” At this precise time Yahweh began to flash through my mind the many scriptures Yahweh which referred to His people as the The House of Yahweh. Yahweh brought to my mind how the prophets had foretold that the House of Yahweh was to be brought back to the Earth in the last days: “But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the House of Yahweh shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills, and people shall flow unto it.” Micahyah 4:1 At that time we were living in the new city of Nazareth, the Jewish section. So on Monday, July 2, 1973, I caught a bus down to the old city of Nazareth, and had a letterhead drawn up with these words. Inserted is a copy of the old letterhead.
At the time the House of Yahweh was established on the high mountains of Israel as was foretold by the prophets, Read Eze. 17/22-24, The word established comes from the word “KUN” and means: “be fashioned”, “be prepared”, “be set in order”, “confirmed”, “make ready”, “ordain”, “set aright”, etc. That very day, Monday July 2, 1973, the House of Yahweh was fashioned, prepared, set in order, confirmed, and ordained back on this earth. That very day the remnant of the 144,000 began to be sealed. The gleaning work had started just where the Apostles of Yeshua had left off. It started in the very city where Yeshua started his ministry, where he grew up. Yes, where he lived with his mother, step father, brothers and sisters, where he played as a boy and preached as a man. The following year 1974 THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH was listed in 1974 Copyright edition of the “DIRECTORY OF SABBATH OBSERVING GROUPS” ON PAGES 143, PAGES 144, and 145 as THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, WORLD HEADQUARTERS, NAZARETH ILLIT, ISRAEL, JACOB HAWKINS -OVERSEER. It is listed there along with the doctrines and beliefs and it’s goal of publishing and preaching the Evangel among all nations.
The angel who guides the House of Yahweh moved it west of Israyl in 1975 to Odessa, Texas to finish the sealing of the 144,000. The angel guided it to Odessa, Texas because the prophets foretold that it would be set up in a desert, a place called Odessa. Isayah 21:1 the word “burden” is from the Hebrew word, “Massa”, and means a SONG or SINGING, ODESSA IS GREEK FOR “SONG” OR “SINGING”. It was to be in a basin, a place once a sea, but had dried up into a desert. Isayah 21:1 See also Eze. 19/1,14, Hos. 2/14,17. Read Rev. 7/1,8. When this sealing of the gleanings of the 144,000 is finished, the House of Yahweh will return to Israel, from whence it came. When this sealing is finished the great tribulation will start.
In preparing to gather out the 144,000 firstfruits, Yeshua told the Apostles--”Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.” Matt.4/18. Yahweh foretold through the prophet--”Behold I will send for many fishers (Apostles) saith Yahweh, and they shall fish them; (the fishing work ended with the Apostles), AND AFTER WILL I SEND FOR MANY HUNTERS, (OUR DAY OF GLEANING), AND THEY SHALL HUNT THEM FROM EVERY MOUNTAIN, (RELIGIOUS SECTS), AND FROM EVERY HILL, AND OUT OF THE HOLES OF THE ROCKS.” JER. 16/16. The word “hunt” means almost the same as “glean”. It means “to search carefully after; to seek...” Today we are searching and seeking carefully for the remnant of the 144,000.
The article that Jacob Hawkins read in the Jerusalem Post on that July day in 1973, told of an inscription which had the writings “Bayith Yahweh” or House of Yahweh on some ostrica. This was the beginning of a House of Yahweh, that was to be established as a work, family, and name for Yahweh’s habitation, but most importantly this was Yahweh’s revealing to His servants what we are called. For over two thousand years this name had been hidden from the world, as a religious order, or a family name, without anyone having any indication of the importance of calling the faith or family of believers a “House of Yahweh”. The prophecy had to be fulfilled as written by the prophets Isayah and Micahyah, that this would not take place until the extreme last time, called the last days. Jacob Hawkins fulfilled this important prophecy, by re-establishing the family Name of Yahweh, called, House of Yahweh as a religious order promoting the Law and the Prophets.
Isayah 8:20 “To the Law and to the Testimony; if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.”
The word testimony is #8584 and means: testimony, attestation, confirmation; testimony, (prophetic) injunction.
Jacob Hawkins attested or affirmed the House of Yahweh to be the name of Yahweh’s family and fulfilled the prophetic injunction of Isayah and Micahyah. This act of founding a House of Yahweh could have been done by anyone, but the fact of the matter is that it was performed, confirmed, and established by Jacob Hawkins.
When Jacob Hawkins returned to the United States of America, he established a religious order, a body of believers, called by the family name, House of Yahweh, and located it in Odessa, Texas. He continued to preach and publish the message of the Kingdom of Yahweh until his death on March 22, 1991.

II Samuyl 22:2 “And he said, Yahweh is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer.”
Psalm 31:3 “For you are my rock, and my fortress; therefore for your Name's sake, lead me, and guide me.”
Isayah 28:5 “In that day shall Yahweh of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty unto the residue of his people.”
Revelation 3:11 “Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which you have, that no man take thy crown.”
Zecharyah 14:20 “In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO YAHWEH; and the pots in the House of Yahweh, shall be like the bowls before the altar.”
Numbers 28:5-7, 9 “How beautiful are your tents; O Yaaqob, and your dwelling places; O Israel. Like valleys that spread out, like gardens by the riverside, like aloes planted by Yahweh, like cedars besides the waters. Water will flow from their buckets; their seed will have abundant water. Their King shall be higher than Agag, and His Kingdom shall be exalted. Like a lion they crouch and lie down. And as a lion, who will rouse him up? Blessed is he who blesses you, and cursed is he who curses you.”
Yeremyah 49:19 “Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I will suddenly make him run away from her: and who [is] a chosen [man, that] I may appoint over her? for who [is] like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who [is] that shepherd that will stand before me?”
Amosyah 3:8 “The lion hath roared, who will not fear? Yahweh our mighty judge, hath spoken, who can but prophesy.”
Micahyah 5:8 “And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.”
The word Gentiles is #1471 and means: nation, people; usually of non-Hebrew people; of descendants of Abraham, of Israel.
So the remnant of Yaaqob shall be among the scattered 12 tribes from Abraham, as a lion, they will fulfill the prophetic injunction that has been delivered to them by the prophecy.
Revelation 5:5 “And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.”
I tell you today, don’t weep, the Lion of the tribe of Yahdah, the lawgiver, Yahshua Messiah has prevailed, and through his death, his testament is now in effect and he has opened the book of the law and has taught us to live by the Law and the Prophets! He never told us to worship him. He taught to worship Yahweh and to look to Him for salvation!
Daniyl 11:7 “But out of a branch of her roots shall [one] stand up in his estate, which shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail.”
After Jacob’s death, his son, David Hawkins, Odis Hawkins, and John Richey, continued to use the name House of Yahweh, but Incorporated the House of Yahweh as a non-profit corporation, a Jewish Synagogue, in the State of Texas, filed December 23,1991.
This was the beginning of the end for the House of Yahweh of Odessa, as a religious body, that had become a State corporation. These men, did contrary to what Jacob Hawkins taught in his lifetime, in compliance with Yahweh’s law, and that was they incorporated a House of Yahweh which recognized the State as Sovereign, instead of Yahweh. Eventually the members dispersed and the House of Yahweh of Odessa became defunct as a corporate religious organization in 2007. HOUSE OF YAHWEH, ESTABLISHED AND RECOGNIZED BY THE 12 SCATTERED TRIBES
The prophecy shows in Isayah 2:2,3 and Micahyah 4:1,2 that a House of Yahweh would be established in these extreme last days. What makes this prophecy important for the believers is that the fulfilling of this prophecy starts the beginning, of the extreme last days prophecies concerning, a House of Yahweh and the gathering of the 12 tribes, who will bring in the return of Yahshua Messiah. Once these prophecies are fulfilled/established, then it is only a matter of time before other last days prophecies will be fulfilled and we will usher in the return of Yahshua Messiah. Reading Isayah 2:2 with the Hebrew words defined, here is two interpretations using the Hebrew definitions.
Isayah 2:2 “It will come to pass in the latter and extreme part of the last time and days, that the holy mountain of Yahweh, Yahweh’s House, which contains his rebuilt family, shall be set up, established, and founded in the beginning, chief, head, top of nation, family of the tribes, Israyl. The priest, Yahshua Messiah, the best of the House of Yahweh, shall be taken away from Israyl, lifted and swept away to a place of illicit worship, (in these last days, the United States of America), and all people, relatives and countrymen, the tribes of Israyl, those who are descendants of Abraham, as well as non-Hebrew people, who were a dead body, shall shine, give light, be glad, rejoice and flow unto the House of Yahweh.”
Isayah 2:2,3 "It will come to pass in the extreme last days, that the Kingdom of the House of Yahweh will be established in the beginning, chief, head, family of the Tribes, in Israyl, and will be exalted and taken and carried to another Nation, congregation, the United States of America, and all the Tribes, family, will gather to it. And many people will go and say; Come let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the House of Yahweh, of Yaaqob, and HE will teach us of Yahweh's Laws and we will walk in Yahweh's Paths. For out of Zion will go forth the Law and the word of Yahweh will depart from Jerusalem."
What you should notice in these prophecies is that all the Tribes, will recognize this last days family, called, “House of Yahweh.” To prove the facts of this prophecy and that these prophecies have been fulfilled, we will see that the scattered tribes, now called, Sabbath keeping--churches, assemblies, synagogues of Yahweh, have recognized the founding of the very first, House of Yahweh in our time period.
Reading from the Directory of Sabbath Observing Groups, published by the Bible Sabbath Association of Fairview, Oklahoma, 1974 edition we find the following information concerning the believers called, “The House of Yahweh”, and their recognition by the 12 scattered tribes, called, Sabbath Observing Groups in the world.
One thing that is important is that this House of Yahweh, was founded by Jacob Hawkins, who is called the world overseer. This House was founded by Jacob Hawkins and there was no other House of Yahweh. His brother Buffalo Bill Hawkins, was not involved, nor mentioned as a co-founder, and as we will read later in this article, is that Jacob Hawkins never identified himself as one of the two witnesses as mentioned in Revelation and Zecharyah, as his brother has taught for many years. He was a witness for the name, House of Yahweh, but did not consider himself, nor his brother as “THE TWO WITNESSES who are spoken of in Revelation 11.”
HISTORY OF THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH IN ABILENE, TEXAS
The history of the House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas is important to the believers, because it was founded under Jacob Hawkins as a body of believers, called House of Yahweh, with Buffalo Bill Hawkins ordained as it’s Elder. However, Buffalo Bill Hawkins incorporated the name, House of Yahweh, and by doing so, broke the Law of Yahweh, disqualifing themselves as a legitimate House of Yahweh, under Yahweh’s leadership. They became a ward of the State.
The following information was given to the editor by Kay Hawkins, ex-wife of Buffalo Bill Hawkins, now known as Yisrayl Hawkins:
In 1975, when Jacob Hawkins returned to Texas from his 7 year stay in Israyl, he stopped in Abilene, Texas to speak with his brother Buffalo Bill Hawkins, who later changed his name to Yisrayl Hawkins, concerning doing the work of the House of Yahweh of Odessa. However, Yisrayl declined to join Jacob in the work at that time. He had a secure job as a policeman in the Abilene Police Dept. and was also the song director for the local Worldwide Church of God in Abilene, Texas. So Jacob returned to Odessa and continued in doing the work as a minister of Yahweh, preaching and publishing the message of the Kingdom and promoting the family name of Yahweh. It wasn’t until late 1978, after Yisrayl Hawkins resigned his job on the Abilene Police Dept. and realized his position with the WCG was going to be short lived, that he decided to join Jacob Hawkins and the House of Yahweh. The preacher of the local WCG liked Yisrayl and appointed him into position of song leader. But after the minister was removed, Yisrayl left the WCG church shortly thereafter, knowing that his position was at risk of being terminated. He was without a job, without a faith, and set his sights in a different direction. It was at this time period, that Yisrayl Hawkins decided to do the work of Yahweh under his brothers direction. Jacob Hawkins and Oscar Alexander ordained him as an Elder in the House of Yahweh in Odessa and gave Yisrayl the commission, as an Elder, to do the work of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, which was a branch of the House of Yahweh of Odessa. Jacob came to Abilene at the Feast of Tabernacles 1980 to dedicate the House of Yahweh as a branch of the work from Odessa, Texas. At that Feast, Kay Hawkins and Rachyl McMillan were ordained Deaconess. On March 23, 1981, Buffalo Bill Hawkins, Phyllis Kay Hawkins and Dennis Hawkins incorporated the House of Yahweh as a non profit corporation, a Christian church in the State of Texas. There are many who have come to this place in Abilene, Texas and never have seen these corporate papers. In fact, there have been many sermons brought forth by Yisrayl Hawkins and the Elders, who said that Christian churches are evil!
SHOULD A HOUSE OF YAHWEH BE CALLED A CHURCH?
Is the word church a righteous title for any House of Yahweh? There are some who would say that it is only a word. But most scholars know that words have meanings, and meanings are important to the believers of Yahweh.
Since we know that the scriptures were written in Hebrew, then translated into Greek, Latin, and then English, it should be understood that none of the Apostles or Prophets ever referred to their House of Yahweh as a church. Let’s examine this word and see why it is an abomination to call a House of Yahweh, a church, and why Yahweh’s people should not use this word to represent the House that Yahshua built.
Webster’s Dictionary of the Bible says the following about the word church: Middle English-chirche from Anglo Saxon CIRCE, from the Greek, KYRIAKON, the Lord’s House. Notice that this word comes from the word CIRCE. Most all dictionaries and encyclopedias will tell you that CIRCE would transform her enemies, or those who offended her, into animals through the use of magical potions. She was renowned for her knowledge of drugs and herbs. Circe, daughter of the sun, was a sorceress best known for her ability to turn men into animals with her magic wand. The daughter of Perse and Helios, and whose daughter is Aega (goddess of the sun) she is remembered for her encounter with Odysseus and his men, and renowned for her knowledge of magic and poisonous herbs.
When Odysseus and his men landed in Aeaea, his crew later met with Circe and were turned into pigs. Circe's spells however had no effect on Odysseus who earlier was given an herb by Hermes to resist her power. Circe realizing she was powerless over him lifted the spell from the crew and welcomed them in her home. After about a year when Odysseus leaves she warns them of the sirens they will encounter on their journey. Circe and Odysseus also bore a child together named Telegonus who later ruled over the Tyrsenians.Circe also has the powers for spiritual purification as she purifies the Argonauts for the murder of Apsyrtus. Circe was also known as the habitation or house of the Kyros, Lord, master, from Kyros meaning power or might. Church comes from the Greek word, Kyriakon, meaning: House of the Lord. Therefore, Circe was known also among the Greeks and the Anglo Saxons as Kyriakon, the Lord’s House. Lord’s House is English for the Hebrew, Baal’s House or Bet Baal. The English word for Baal is Lord or God. Circe was known known as the habitation or House of Baal, or Baal’s Cave.
The American Heritage Dictionary of the Englsih Language says that Circe or church comes from the Greek and Latin word meaning cave. In Greek mythology, Zeus which was just another name for Baal among the Greeks was known as the father of all the gods, he was the god of the sky and heavenly phenomena, especially thunder and lightning, he was the supreme ruler, the founder of law and order. He was the father of gods and men...Collier’s Encyclopedia, Zeus page 686. Also in Greek mythology, Zeus, the father of all the gods was said to have been born in a cave on the island of Crete. If Circe is Anglo Saxon for church, which means the habitation or cave of the lord, it makes Circe the mother of god or mother of Zeus, Baal, Lord, Kyrios. For he was born in her womb, cave, or church.
If one incorporates and worships in a church, as Yisrayl Hawkins has done, they are worshiping in the womb of Circe, according to the meaning of the word church. For this reason, we should be able to see why Yahweh’s people, any House of Yahweh, should never be represented by the word, CHURCH, for it’s roots are deep in paganism. Yahweh condemns worshiping in a church.
Isayah 65:2-5 “I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walks in a way that was not right, after their own thoughts. A people that provokes me to anger continually to my face; that sacrifices in gardens, and burns incense upon altars of bricks. Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh and broth of abominable things is in their vessels. Which say, Stand by yourself, come not near to me; for I am holier than you! These are smoke in my nose, a fire that burns all the day.”
The word monument is #5341 and means: to keep, to hide; to be understood of adyta, recesses of the shrines of gods; or perhaps sepulchral caves.
Our Messiah spoke about these.
Mattithyah 8:22 “And Yahshua said unto him; follow me and let the dead bury their dead.”
We have seen that one of the meanings of church is cave. Yahweh condemns those who lodge in churches or circe. Yahweh does not want us worshiping in a church, nor His people called a church, or the place where He places His name to be called a church. Yahshua Messiah and the Apostles certainly did not call their work a church. History shows that they did not incorporate their ministry, nor get a charter from Rome. Corporations started in Rome, and the Catholic Church is the biggest non-profit chartered corporation in the world. It should be no surprise to Yahweh’s people that the Catholic Church doesn’t persecute other chartered corporations. For they know that they are daughters of the church.
When Yisrayl Hawkins incorporated a House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, this was done without Jacob Hawkins knowledge. Yisrayl Hawkins bold move to incorporate and create his own House of Yahweh as a church, which is an abomination, caused a bitter separation between these brothers. Here is a re-copy of the original letter dated August 4, 1986 where Jacob Hawkins described his feelings about his brothers deception to a member of the faith:
Dear Sister Nancy:
It was wonderful to hear from you again, and thank you for your tithes. May the blessings of Yahweh be yours.
I am sorry that you folks found out the hard way about that thing in Abilene. That whole thing up there was a deception from the very beginning. I wrote you over two years ago and explained how Bill right after he was ordained set into take over The House of Yahweh and pull everything and everyone up to Abilene.
There are some of the questions you ask that I had rather answer in person. If you folks could come down some Friday afternoon and stay over for the Sabbath, we would put you up for the night, and Sabbath afternoon we would have the committee of The House of Yahweh to meet, for I would like for them to hear about what has went on up there at Abilene.
I am sending you some pictures of The House of Yahweh people and also a picture of The House of Yahweh committee. In case you wonder about the young men who have only partial beards, it is because that is all they can grow.
I am also sending you the booklet on the doctrines of The House of Yahweh, as I understand that Bill teaches contrary to most of the doctrines of The House of Yahweh. He also is all messed up on prophecy. About him saying or, teaching that he and I are the two witnesses, no one at this time knows who the two Witnesses are. They will be two men from The House of Yahweh, but Yahweh has not revealed who they are, and you can be assured that they will not be teaching what is taught in Abilene.
The House of Yahweh in Odessa had its beginning in Nazareth, Israel, in 1975 long before Bill came into it, and while he was a member of the Worldwide Church of God in Abilene. As The House of Yahweh is an Israeli institution, we did not have to take out organization papers in this country. And as long as we are recorded with the city and county, this is all we have to do.
As to mountain in Micah 4: meaning a nation, this is pure deception. Micah 4:1 tells where The House of Yahweh would be established, the mountains of Israel, as is shown in the parable in Ezek. 17: 22, 29. The House of Yahweh will be exalted in its location above all the other mountains and hills in Israel. This will be when it returns to Jerusalem. Mountains and hills sometimes implies religious sects. You can be sure it does not imply any nation.
You ask if Bill was with us when we went to Israel. No. We went to Israel in 1969, and after we went, Bill became a member of the worldwide church of God in Abilene, he and Kay both. Bill was ordained after he came out of Armstrong’s years ago by Elder A.N. Dugger, leader of Church of God (7th day) in Jerusalem. I was ordained again in 1971 in Jerusalem by the Mount Zion Fellowship. I am a Messianic Rabbi.
Sister Nancy, that whole thing in Abilene was wrong from almost the start. The rest of your questions I would feel better answering in person. I hope you folks can come down for a Sabbath and I will answer all of your questions. He is my brother, and I love him, but I don’t love how he does.
If you folks can come down, I think you will like what you see here, because what you see and hear here is just what we are. We believe in living up to what the Bible says, and nothing else. And you will not hear any evil or lies while you are here, nor will you be told to tell a lie. We do not try to take advantage of anyone.

When Yisrayl Hawkins incorporated the House of Yahweh, he incorporated a Christian Church, called the House of Yahweh. This, without a doubt, displeased Jacob Hawkins, who understood the prophecy and the Law of Yahweh and he never, in his lifetime, incorporated the House of Yahweh. As you can see in the above letter, Jacob did not approve of Yisrayl’s deceptive tactics. He did love his brother as the Law commands, but they never did the work of Yahweh together, in unity, as a body of believers again. Jacob Hawkins, because he loved his brother, allowed him to use the name, House of Yahweh and never sued Yisrayl for stealing the name.
One must remember the House of Yahweh is a body of living souls, a body of believers, a family name of a religious order, called Melchizedek/Messiah. It isn’t a name that is placed on a building, that makes a House of Yahweh. It most definitely is not an incorporated dead body, created by statute of any State or Federal Government. Yahweh does not need the permission of the State in order to show He exists or His House exists, for He is Sovereign above all nations and people. Nor do we need the permission of any man on earth to be called a House of Yahweh.
When researching the House of Yahweh in Odessa, Texas and the charter that they created, there is a letter that is most interesting in the incorporated charter papers. After Jacob Hawkins death, his sons, along with other Elders, were somehow convinced to incorporate their House of Yahweh, in the State of Texas. We have not been able to verify why at this time, but I think it is interesting to add the copy that is attached with their incorporation papers. If you notice, in this document, Yisrayl Hawkins is giving, Jacob Hawkins heirs, permission to use the name House of Yahweh. To the ordinary, casual, reader this would not seem to be a big deal. But to a true man of Yahweh, who proves all things, we can see the sinister fraud and deception, behind this letter. Yisrayl Hawkins, is authorizing and licensing, Jacob Hawkins, and his heirs giving them permission to use the name, House of Yahweh. However, Jacob Hawkins is the one who founded the family name, House of Yahweh, under Yahweh’s direction and inspiration, and it has been proven that Yisrayl Hawkins stole this name by incorporating and copyrighting it. Jacob Hawkins didn’t need Yisrayl Hawkins permission to use this name and if he had wanted to when he was alive, could have sued Yisrayl Hawkins for theft and fraud of the name, House of Yahweh. After his brother’s death, Yisrayl Hawkins gives the impression to Jacob’s children, that he can give authority for Jacob’s heirs to use this name, and has this letter attached to their incorporation papers. This is the evil that befalls people when they think that they own, what is not theirs to own. They use deceptive practices to fool the unsuspecting. The name, House of Yahweh, belongs to Yahweh, given to His Son, Yahshua, who is heir of all things. He has already given permission to the believers to use it, through covenant relationship that started with Abraham. I challenge anyone to prove that any Patriarch, Prophet, or Apostle incorporated the name, House of Yahweh and needed, or received permission from the State, to use it.
Numbers 12:7 “My servant Moses [is] not so, who [is] faithful in all mine house.”
I Chronicles 17:14 “But I will settle him in mine house and in my kingdom for ever: and his throne shall be established for evermore.”
Isayah 56:5 “Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.”
Hosheyah 9:15 “All their wickedness [is] in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes [are] revolters.”
The above scriptures make it very plain to see that, House of Yahweh, is Yahweh’s House and to incorporate it, would make it the State/Federal Government’s House, which would take the Sovereignty away from Yahweh’s people. To prove this fact, read the attached document of Article 17 of the House of Yahweh, Odessa’s charter.
Notice if the assets are not disposed to other 501c3, churches and non-profit organizations, then the District Court of Texas will dispose of it’s assets. Also the directors, have to disperse all the assets to other 501c3, churches or non profit organizations, not back to the members of the organization. Can you imagine spending your whole life paying your tithes, offerings, and freewill offerings to a House of Yahweh, thinking it would benefit the body of believers, only to find that everything you have put into that organizational body can be given to other churches, or be disposed of by unbelievers who would decide where the assets would be dispensed. Does this appear that Yahweh or His representatives are in control of any House of Yahweh, if it is an incorporated 501c3 organization? Corporations are dead bodies, they are not alive. Yahweh is not a dead body, He is eternal life. Those who are called by His name, are alive and can receive eternal life. YISRAYL HAWKINS AND THE TEACHINGS COMING FROM HIS HOUSE OF YAHWEH
Yisrayl Hawkins says that the House of Yahweh that he founded is the only place of worship to Yahweh, and one of his reasons is because it is directly due west of Yerusalem, Israel. Let’s examine this information a little bit closer. For some reason latitude seems to be important to Yisrayl Hawkins to prove that Abilene, Texas is the place for the House of Yahweh to be located. Years ago he stated that Abilene, Texas was due west of Jerusalem, Israel, which it isn’t! Since he was wrong, he had to revise his directions and say that Abilene, Texas is due west of Abilene, Israel, which it isn’t. If you travel from Abilene, Israel (Ibillin, Israel) 32/49/20.64 directly west to Abilene, Texas 32/26/47 you would be off course 26 minutes. So maybe he doesn’t necessarily mean exactly on the same latitude, just close? So what is the point? If the malak comes from the east and heads directly west with Yisrayl Hawkins co-ordinates, he’ll miss the location by 26 minutes. Can we wait for him to find the right spot? I am not sure I would want Yisrayl Hawkins giving me directions to any place that I needed to be at exactly, on time, would you?
The last days House of Yahweh was not founded first in Abilene, Texas. The extreme last days House of Yahweh, the family name of Yahweh, was founded and started first in 1973 in Nazareth, Israel, and then brought to the United States of America, by Jacob Hawkins in 1975 in Odessa, Texas. Just for the record, Odessa, Texas latitude is 31/51/48, while Jerusalem is at 31/47. That is 4 minutes apart and depending on what part of the city you are in, you could be right on latitude with Odessa’s directions.
We find the following information from the Prophetic Watchman, dated Feb.March-1988.
Jacob Hawkins did not incorporate the House of Yahweh, but founded it in Nazareth, Israyl, in 1973 and then brought this work to the USA and continued it in Odessa, Texas in 1975.
A Christian church, called the House of Yahweh, was started in Abilene, Texas March 23, 1981. Yisrayl Hawkins calls this House of Yahweh the true work of Yahweh, because it is called with Yahweh’s Name. However, we can see that this is an established Christian Church, and cannot at this time be the true work of Yahweh. They say they keep the Feasts, but the problem is they keep some of them on the wrong date. Read or ask for our study on Passover to find out the correct date for Passover or go to www.bayithyahweh.org to read it online to compare the difference between what a True House of Yahweh teaches and what the counterfeit ones teach. Jacob Hawkins wrote in the letter mentioned above, that Yisrayl Hawkins was teaching deception from the beginning. It appears he was talking about the beginning of the incorporation of the name, House of Yahweh, as a State sponsored religion! Most of Yisrayl Hawkins’s followers have no idea how far the deception really is, because most have never read the charter. This Law of Yahweh exposes the lies and deception that Yisrayl Hawkins has propagated to his followers. It is with much prayer, that we hope, that he will repent of the evil he has done, by dishonoring the family name, House of Yahweh, through incorporation, and deceptive practices. If he repents, and brings forth fruits of repentance, then and only then, will he honor the name of Yahweh, House of Yahweh, and will Yahweh forgive him of sin.
Isayah 44:22 “I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.”
Yahweh says that he will blot out sins. But in order to have any sins blotted out, one must repent! Yisrayl Hawkins needs to repent in order to have his sins forgiven! He is the overseer, of many people who love Yahweh, and who blindly follow his teachings. They have been outwitted, outsmarted, and conned out of their money, children, and possessions. But mostly, they have been deceived into believing that they are at the true House of Yahweh, receiving salvation, when in reality they are at a Christian Church, called a House of Yahweh, being taught to worship a man, who is a god to them and can do no wrong.
PROPAGANDA, AGAINST WHOM?
Yisrayl Hawkins says that the media and the world preaches propaganda about him. They say Satan inspires propaganda about them? The only propaganda we have been able to find is the propaganda that they spread about themselves. They openly welcome homosexuals into the congregation as revealed in the open letter that was sent to Taylor, Anson, and Callahan County residences, in 2009. The editor, personally witnessed a lesbian being allowed into the congregation in 2010, after she left and came back, 3 to 4 times, over a 3 year period. Each time she returned, she lured many women into a homosexual experience. On her last return, after the Feast of Tabernacles, 2010, she left with an Elder’s wife whom she had lured into a homosexual lifestyle. They now live together as a lesbian couple in Abilene, Texas. Is this what we should be exposing our wives and daughters to?
They have also allowed child molesters into the congregation, who have repeatedly molested many young girls, throughout the years. One such molester was an Elder, who is now serving 30 years in prison for molesting his step-daughter. What most people in their congregation don’t know or realize is that he was never brought up on charges for molesting his biological children. Would you want your children around child molesters? Now he has been promoted to sainthood. The propaganda to protect the child molesters, that Yisrayl Hawkins is promoting can be found in his book entitled, “The Book of Yisrayl 8th book, part II”, of which is enclosed for your viewing. Is Yisrayl concerned with protecting Yedidiyah Hawkins or himself?
The Prophets of Yahweh has warned us about the prophets who dream.
Yeremyah 23:25-28 “I have heard what the prophets say, who prophesy lies in My Name, saying; I have dreamed! I have dreamed! How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies! Yes, they are prophets of the deceit of their own minds; Who devise, to cause My people to forget My Name through their dreams, which they tell every man to his neighbor, just as their fathers have forgotten My Name for Baal. The Prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream! He who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully! What is the chaff, compared to the wheat? says Yahweh.”

Let’s examine the above mentioned points in this book:
1.) Notice paragraph 2 on the left margin. Yisrayl Hawkins states that it was due to a false accusation that Yedidiyah Hawkins was arrested. This is an outright lie! Yedidiyah Hawkins was turned in by a member of the House of Yahweh, who had heard the testimony of Yedidiyah’s step daughter. This young man, then called the authorities on Yedidiyah Hawkins. The District Attorney’s office felt that there was more than enough facts to convict Yedidiyah Hawkins on child molestation charges. He has now been convicted and sentenced to 30 years in prison, in a Texas Prison Institute, and there is no appeal process being done for this Elder by his leader or congregational leaders. He was given a 3rd rate lawyer to defend him, while Yisrayl Hawkins hired the best attorneys in Texas to represent himself at his court hearings, when he was arrested in 2008. Yisrayl Hawkins’s case never went to trial, and he was never convicted, thanks to having the best lawyers in Texas on his case. Yedidiyah on the other hand is serving 30 years in prison.
2.) As for the testimony of the prosecution being angry and bitter, that also is another lie! The witnesses that were called for the prosecution told the truth and the facts, and they were not told in anger or bitterness. The author personally has interviewed some of these witnesses to verify the facts of this case and Yedidiyah Hawkins, was guilty as charged. But most importantly, he was let down by the the hierarchy that he protected. This man should have received some serious counseling and help, from qualified professionals, when he was first accused of child molestation, many years before 2008. In order to protect the institution, or corporation, this book of Yisrayl was written to keep others from leaving the institution and lies had to be fabricated to offset the truth of the matter. Yisrayl Hawkins congregation for the most part is so devoted to what he says and writes that they would believe a lie, and most have bought into this story that is in this Book of Yisrayl.
II Thessalonians 2:3,4,9-12 “Let no man deceive you by any means; for unless there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, Who exalts himself above all that is called gods, or that is worshiped; so that he, as a god, sits in the House of Yahweh, showing himself that he is a god. Whose coming is according to the energy of Satan, with all power, and signs, and lying wonders. And with all deceivableness of sin in those who are perishing, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason, Yahweh will send them strong delusion, that they would believe the deception, In order that those may be judged as not having believed the truth, but as having delighted in sin.”
3.) Faithful and reliable witnesses testified on Yedidiyah’s behalf. Another lie! It has been revealed to the editor, that several of the witnesses, who I might add, many were young teenage girls, were prepped and coached on what to say on the stand at the trial. They actually perjured themselves to protect Yedidiyah Hawkins, not knowing the consequences of perjury.
Yisrayl Hawkins, has followed the ways of the gods. He will stop at nothing to protect his 501c3 corporation, which he calls the work. Here is an article that exposes the Catholic Church, see if you can find any parallels with what Yisrayl Hawkins practices in his church concerning his Priests, notice the highlighted part.
Yes, the Priests/Elders of the House of Yahweh protect their overseer, and he protects them, even covering up sin, just like the Catholic Church does. Should we, as a House of Yahweh, do such practices? The Priesthood is protected because their priesthood, brings in money for the corporation. The Corporation is protected at any cost! If the people lose faith in their Priests, they will lose faith in the organization, such is the fear of Yisrayl Hawkins and his Priests. They are the ones who shear the sheep, for their shepherd.
Yechetzqyah (Ezekiel) 34:5 “And they were scattered, because [there is] no righteous shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.”
Zecharyah 13:7 “Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man [that is] my fellow says Yahweh of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.”
Ephesians 5:11,12 “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.”
Here is what District Attorney Shane Deel had to say about Yisrayl Hawkins in a news report in the Abilene Reporter News on 1/9/09: “Callahan County District Attorney Shane Deel, however, sees an ulterior motive and said the newsletter is part of a last-ditch, “propaganda effort to attempt to assist Yisrayl Hawkins. “That’s the whole reason for the existence of the corporation — to benefit him personally. I don’t expect this effort to have any impact on his legal proceedings. I think it is actually a sign of desperation.” Think about this article, Shane Deel has never been in the House of Yisrayl, but he hit the nail on the head! He knows propaganda when he sees it! And notice he mentions this propaganda and the existence of the corporation is for Yisrayl Hawkins benefit!
Here is Yisrayl Hawkins response: Hawkins encouraged Abilenians and others to call or stop by and tour the facilities. “Our phone lines are always open to calls if you have questions about us — The House of Yahweh,” Hawkins said. “Our gates are open to anyone who would like to come to services or to just say ‘hello’ or ‘shalom.’ “See for yourself what we believe and teach, and the simple way we conduct our lives.” Of course anyone who has been to this House of Yahweh, now called the House of Yisrayl, knows this to be a lie. They have security guards at the front gate and around the perimeter of their church grounds, everyone has to go through metal detectors when entering the church building, and security guards monitor anyone who would visit the church unannounced. If you don’t believe this statement, then go and visit this place unannounced. They live in constant fear of what they call, outside persecution. But the only persecution to it’s members, that the editor has seen, is the persecution that comes from within, by their own hierarchy.
They also teach artificial insemination for women. Where can that teaching be found in the Holy Scriptures? Who would be the father of the child, or woman’s head, if she is artificially inseminated? Does Yahweh allow a women the option to have children without a head? Who will guide her and the child? Does that make scriptural sense? Should a House of Yahweh have to protect child molesters and ignore the fate of the children? Where in the scriptures can you find any prophet ever persecuted for being a child molester? The Prophets were persecuted for upholding the laws of Yahweh and for preaching the message of Yahweh!
THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH IN ABILENE, TEXAS PROMOTES YISRAYL HAWKINS, NOT YAHWEH
II Corinthians 10:17,18 “But he who glories, let him glory in Yahweh. For it is not the man who commends himself who is approved, but the man whom Yahweh commends.”
We live in a world where people in authority, without the true spirit of Yahweh guiding them, allow power and money to corrupt their righteous intentions. There is a wise saying that goes like this: “Power tends to corrupt and absolute power, corrupts absolutely.” This is what has occurred to the House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas. It is important to reveal every fact of this organization, so that every House of Yahweh will see the corruption of power, when wise counsel is not adhered to, according to Yahweh’s laws.
Proverbs 19:20 “Hear counsel and receive instruction that you might be wise in the latter end.”
Yisrayl Hawkins and his followers brag on his accomplishments, which is supposed to impress those who read about him. He is bragging about himself, not about the body of Messiah. If one reads their website and magazine, you can see His House of Yahweh is only about promoting Yisrayl Hawkins!
Let’s consider his resume taken from the monthly magazine called PW, dated January 2011 and from their website www.yahweh.com. Here is some information at their website.
Yisrayl Hawkins was raised as a humble farm boy in Oklahoma by sharecroppers who instilled within him the ethics of hard work and service to others, as well as basic moral values. Having the Holy Scriptures read to him daily in his youth, he developed a love and passion for them that would lead to his life-long in-depth study of both the history and the prophecies found therein, from Genesis to Revelation.
While attending college in Missouri, Yisrayl and his brother Yaaqob began their ministry in the surrounding communities. Afterwards, they hosted a radio talk show in Graham, Texas and then later in Eastland. During that time, they taught the prophecies found in the Scriptures. At the age of thirty-three, Yisrayl moved to Abilene, Texas where Yahweh would lead him to establish The House of Yahweh in 1983. It was at that time that he completely devoted himself to preaching and publishing the Message of Salvation.
Since then, he has written over 50 books and booklets relating to the history and prophecies in the Scriptures, as well as many other subjects relating to Scripture, from the Sabbath Day to the health Laws. Today, at the age of seventy-five, he still dedicates himself eighteen to twenty hours a day to the service of Yahweh, his congregation, community, the world at large, and the work that he lives for, which is bringing True Peace, Joy, and Abundant Living to all of mankind.
Now when you go to the website that has this resume, of Pastor Yisrayl Hawkins, who is the leader of this large Christian Church in the Abilene area, we see there are numerous pictures of him shaking hands with politicians, children, Hebrew African Israelites, women and other important people. Certainly this would impress the reader that this man is important. You might think that this man was running for some kind of political office in the future. One might also think that this has to be a Holy man, for he is shown with his hands on the Bible, and he is smiling in the pictures, like the people he is with must be life long friends? You can get many impressions from pictures. What do you see? If this was your first time looking at this sight and learning of this man, you would most likely be convinced that surely this man has to be a Holy Man of Yahweh? Consider the resume that is at the site. Would you question and prove what is written to be true or false? Let’s look at some of the accomplishments of this seemingly, great man.
These accomplishments should certainly impress upon the reader that this has to be a Holy Man! Certainly someone with so many accomplishments must be sent by Yahweh? In fact, this man seems to be a one man show. He does it all! Now aren’t you impressed with this resume. Certainly if I go to Clyde, Texas and attend this Church, I could receive salvation! If you look at the pictures of Him, he does look like a Holy Man, doesn’t he? The only problem is that Yisrayl Hawkins doesn’t have a second witness to establish most of his accomplishments. Remember the Law of Yahweh says a matter cannot be established unless supported by two or three witnesses! Think about it! How can you verify any of his childhood? What college did he attend and how long did he attend? Did he graduate and what course did he take? He actually condemns colleges in his sermons, but yet brags about going to college. Most of the books written, supposedly, by him were written by many other members of the congregation, this can be proven by Kay Hawkins, Elders, and even Yisrayl Hawkins himself, admitting to this fact in older sermons, which by the way, have been taken off of the website at www.yahweh.com and can no longer be heard or downloaded. So are we impressed with this resume? Will this man bring us salvation? Is this resume complete truth, or is it a mixture?
As for the dignitaries he has met, I talked to Vicky Michaels, also known as, Riyyah Schneider (Elder Shaul Schneider Hawkins, 1st wife), who went to Israel with Yisrayl Hawkins, when he had these pictures taken in Israel, and which are hanging all along the walls in his church in Clyde, Texas. These pictures were arranged through a media group in Israel, whom Yisrayl Hawkins paid quite well, in order to be able to shake hands with Middle East dignitaries. This was done to build up his resume. As for the conferences and events he supposedly attended, I am not sure all can be verified of his attendance, or him being a speaker. But one thing is for sure, the editor personally attended the 3rd Global Peace Conference in 2001 in Clyde, Texas and to this date, has never seen Dr. Oryamo Johnson, Mr. Ataf Haj, and the Armenian Vice Minister of Education, since that conference, nor any fruits from the work of that conference, that was supposedly being done with them. What occurred to these dignitaries who were supposedly working closely with Yisrayl Hawkins and promoting the Peaceful Solution Program? Since I was in attendance and a speaker, I know that the conference was mostly House of Yahweh members who put on a great show of acting like we someone important, to impress these other dignitaries, when in reality we were just followers of Yisrayl Hawkins and promoting his agenda. In fact, what occurred to all the Peace Groups that were working with Yisrayl Hawkins and the Peaceful Solution Program? What about the Peaceful Solution school that was supposed to be built in Ibillin, Israel? Just more deceptive practices by Yisrayl Hawkins to win more converts and get more money. But having no fruits to show!

Now to the unsuspecting reader, this would seem to be the place to worship Yahweh. They say their the last House of Yahweh, directly due west from Abilene, Israel. They say their known for teaching and practicing the Laws of Yahweh. They say they keep the Feasts. They say their hated by the whole world. So this must be a righteous place, especially if everyone hates them! They say they are the only group bringing a peaceful solution to the world leaders. They have free magazines, booklets, and you can actually contact them and get your questions answered! Look at the pictures on the site. They have young men helping the older men, young girls helping the older women, and in the middle of them all is their Great Leader and Pastor. This must be a righteous place! Now aren’t you convinced! This seems like heaven on earth! Certainly Yahweh must be in this place! Just look at that big Sanctuary, with all the beautiful sandstone rocks! Don’t be fooled by what looks righteous. We have been warned in the scriptures about such workers.
II Corinthians 11:13,14 “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of the Messiah. And no marvel: For Satan, the same, is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if Satan’s ministers also are transformed as the ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.”
Deception has many faces, and media propaganda, can make anything look wonderful or bad, depending on what you want to reveal. Yahshua Messiah said this about such groups.
Mattithyah 23:27,28 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed sepulchers which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead bones and all uncleanness. In the same way you appear outwardly righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and the breaking of Yahweh’s Law.”

THE WORK OF YAHWEH ALLOWED TO CONTINUE IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE SEED OF THE ESTABLISHED WORK OF YAHWEH
So why did Yahweh allow his Name to be incorporated and carried on, by Yisrayl Hawkins? Will Yahweh allow this falsehood to continue? We all know that Yahweh upholds his Law and His servants who follow His Laws. There is no doubt that the facts show that Jacob Hawkins did find the name, and called it the family, called House of Yahweh. And there is no doubt that Yisrayl Hawkins was allowed to continue to keep this name, “House of Yahweh” alive, after the death of Jacob Hawkins, even though it was an incorporated church. In fact he has copyrighted, licensed, trademarked, and registered it in the archives of the State and Federal Government. But does this mean this is a work of Yahweh or a House of Yahweh because he did all these things? Can a thief own what is stolen and claim ownership to what is not his, to own? Is the House of Yahweh a church? What is the House of Yahweh? Who is the House of Yahweh? Yechetzqyah 19:23,25,30 “Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? says Father Yahweh; NO, but rather that he would turn back from his wicked ways, and live. Yet you say; The way of Yahweh is not equal. Hear now O House of Yisrayl; Is not My way equal? Are not your ways unequal? Therefore, I will Judge you, O House of Yisrayl, every one according to his own ways, says Father Yahweh. REPENT, and turn from all your transgressions; so iniquity will not be your ruin.”
Of course a thief cannot own what he has stolen. He can use and counterfeit what he has stolen, but he will never own the possession that was taken from it’s rightful owner or his heirs, especially if it was done through deception and fraud. It is up to the owner to rightfully claim what has been stolen from him. In this case, of the family name of Yahweh, called House of Yahweh, the true believers will take this name back from any thief, and use it. Yahweh owns His Name and His family Name, House of Yahweh. All one has to do is establish their authority from Yahweh, and show Yahweh that they want to be part of the covenant relationship, through repentance, confession, baptism, and conversion. Yahweh will then recognize them and allow them to be a part of His family. No man on earth can take this authority, nor take the sovereignty away from Yahweh. They can try, but Yahweh will reveal what and who they are, just as this article is revealing to you! That is why Yahweh’s laws bring forth judgment, just as the Prophet Yechetzqyah stated in the above mentioned scripture. This law is being brought forth to declare the right and authority, by Yahweh, to use the name, House of Yahweh, and this is our declaration to the whole world! This is what we say to Yisrayl Hawkins and his house, as the remnant of the seed of Yaaqob and of Yahshua Messiah, should they attempt to destroy, what is being revealed to the whole world.
Acts 5:35,38 “He said to them; Men of Yisrayl, be careful what you intend to do about these men. Now about the case, I advise you: Withdraw from these men, and leave us alone. For if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing. But if it is of the Mighty One, you cannot destroy it, and you might even be found to be fighting against the Mighty One!
The House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, now proclaiming to be the house of Yisrayl, is a work that promotes a man, named Yisrayl Hawkins, this is fact! It will come to nothing, because it is of men, unless they repent! When it does come to nothing, which is occurring at this time, the righteous people of Yahweh, need to know that Yahweh has not forsaken his people. Yahweh will provide, as he told Abraham on the mountain of Yahweh, just as He is providing for those who have been expelled to this day!
YAHWEH’S LEVIRITE LAW USED TO PROTECT THE SEED OF YAAQOB
Deuteronomy 25:5,6 “If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, his widow must not marry outside of the family. Her Husband’s brother must take her and marry her to perform the duty of a brother-in-law to her. The first son she bears shall carry on the name of the dead brother so his name will not be blotted out from Israyl.”
The Law of Yahweh teaches us that if your brother dies and he does not have a child, then the living brother is to take the widow and bring forth a man/child to carry the dead brothers name. This is shown to us allegorically between Yaaqob and Yisrayl, two bodies, two different houses. Without Yahweh’s revealing, Yisrayl Hawkins, took the woman (House of Yahweh, Odessa) and brought forth a seed (those who follow Yahweh and His Laws) on behalf of Yaaqob’s work, through his teachings, and carried on the Name, House of Yahweh. Now, Yisrayl did not know who the seed/children of Yaaqob was, because it is Yahweh who brings forth the increase. It is Yahweh who has kept Yaaqob’s seed protected, as they would have never been allowed to grow together, had they been known or found out, by Yisrayl Hawkins. These two children, two seeds, two houses under the same name, from the same womb, like Isaac and Ishmayl, have grown up together and now are grown, spiritually. They are separated as it is written: “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman will never be heir with the son of the free woman.” They carry on the name, “House of Yahweh.”
Hebrews 9:16,17 “For where there is a last will and testament, it is also necessary for the death of the testator (The House of Yahweh under Yaaqob Hawkins) to be established. For a testament takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive.”
Now, the House of Yahweh under Yisrayl Hawkins management, was allowed by Yahweh to continue, so that the name, House of Yahweh, would not be lost or forgotten and Yahweh could keep his covenant promise alive, until Jacob’s seed would grow and mature and be able to reclaim the family name, House of Yahweh. The LevirIte law was necessary and performed by the House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, in order to keep the seed (family name House of Yahweh) alive, the true believers and remnant of Yahweh. Yisrayl Hawkins brought forth a holy seed, a body of believers, for his dead brother, Yaaqob Hawkins, through the widow, or woman, (House of Yahweh) which was protected for a time, until the revealing of the Saints of Yahweh, the remnant of Yahweh could be sealed. For now, as the Apostle Shaul states, the children of the promise are free from the bondage of slavery, which is evident in the House of Yisrayl, called a House of Yahweh in Clyde, Texas. The believers of Yahweh who are scattered at this time, are being brought to a True House of Yahweh, not a building, but converting their hearts and minds, as the prophecy shows. It will be Jacob Hawkins seed, a true established House of Yahweh in these last days, who will bring back a True House of Yahweh to the nations and people. They will come from a House of Yahweh out of Abilene, out from under the incorporated church, as well as from other assemblies and sacred name groups who call themselves believers of Yahweh, or more properly, House of Yahweh. They will join together as the 12 tribes of Israel, and the Gentiles into the family name, House of Yahweh, as the prophecy shows and once again return to Israel, when the time is ready.
Isayah 2:3 “And many people will go and say: Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the House of Yahweh of Yaaqob and he will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths: For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of Yahweh from Yerusalem.”
This scripture more properly translated means:
Isayah 2:2,3 "It will come to pass in the extreme last days, that the Kingdom of the House of Yahweh will be established in the beginning, chief, head, family of the 12 Tribes, in Israyl, and will be exalted and taken and carried to another Nation, congregation, the United States of America, and all the Tribes, family, will gather to it. And many people will go and say; Come let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the House of Yahweh, of Yaaqob, and HE will teach us of Yahweh's Laws and we will walk in Yahweh's Paths. For out of Zion will go forth the Law and the word of Yahweh will depart from Jerusalem."
The word of Yahweh departed from Jerusalem, when a House of Yahweh, established by Yahshua Messiah, was killed by the House of Yahweh. In these last days in 1975, the family name was taken to Odessa, Texas. And it will be brought back to Israel, once the saints of Yahweh of the 144,000 are sealed. Then the tribulation will begin.
Later on in this study, we will examine more of Yisrayl Hawkins teachings and practices that have brought shame to the family name, House of Yahweh.
THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, THE SEED OF JACOB’S WORK
The Prophets showed us that we will be taught Yahweh’s ways and walk in His paths from the House of Yahweh, of Yaaqob. I know at this time there are many believers here in the United States and the several states, as well throughout the world, who are sincere in their loyalty to Yahweh. Many have established their own organizations, churches, religious organizations and body of believers, to serve Yahweh. They have many names, but none carry the true name Bayith Yahweh or House of Yahweh, especially the one in Clyde, Texas because that one is an incorporated church, a counterfeit. The House of Yahweh is a prophesied work started by Yahshua Messiah, through Yahweh’s inspiration. Many cannot accept the work called House of Yahweh that is in Clyde, Texas at this time, and rightly so. No true believer should accept a government sponsored church as being the true established work of Yahweh. The true House of Yahweh will continue by expounding, correcting, and teaching from the Holy Scriptures. Those who plant seeds and teach the Law of Yahweh, teach a House of Yahweh, a family of Yahweh, doesn’t require a building, but to build the heart and mind according to the Laws of Yahweh. Jacob Hawkins is physically dead, but the House of Yahweh he founded, is not!
Hebrews 9:17 “For a testament takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive.”
We are not here to exalt Jacob Hawkins, only to establish scriptural facts. This name, House of Yahweh, that Jacob found is what the true believers call themselves. Upon his death, his testament took effect, he left us the revealing of the name, House of Yahweh. We should not be ashamed to be called, House of Yahweh. Are you? This House is not a building, a corporation, or a religion. It is a family name, that is used by those of the family of Yahweh. Should anyone use it to create a business, where one man, or group of men profit, then it is not a true House of Yahweh!
THE TRUE BELIEVERS WON’T HAVE HATRED FOR THEIR BROTHERS
The prophets showed us many scriptures speaking about this family, called House of Yahweh. For those of you who may have a hatred for Yisrayl Hawkins, who is ruling over his church called the House of Yahweh, we ask that you show forgiveness, and pray for your brother or enemy, whichever you choose to call him. For Yahweh will deal with him for his sins, and it may be that Yahweh will grant him repentance. We must remember that this work we are talking about is to fulfill Yahweh’s plan. This plan will go forward and we will not need Yisrayl Hawkins permission, nor seek it. He can either repent and humble himself, like all of us must do in order to enter the Kingdom, or he will be left outside the gates of the True House of Yahweh, like he has done to so many others in his organization. The House of Yahweh is a very special name and the name of a very special family. We should all want to be a part of it. I find it disturbing that when someone hears the name, House of Yahweh, they can’t help but associate it with Yisrayl Hawkins, as if he owns this name. Because he has brought shame to himself, does that mean that the name, “House of Yahweh” must also be shameful to hear or use? We must put off this mentality if we ever expect to come into unity, as believers. I emplore all the Assemblies, congregations, and tribes of Yahweh to join this family name, in bringing forth a righteous government for all mankind. The scattered 12 Tribes of Israyl are waiting on us! Yahshua Messiah is waiting on us! If Yahweh is with us, who can be against us?
Reading some of the prophecies concerning the work of Yaaqob’s seed, we ask that you believe what the prophets have spoken concerning this last days work, founded by Jacob Hawkins, our physically dead brother, but remember the work he started is not dead!
Yeremyah 30:10,20,24 “Therefore do not fear, O My servant Yaaqob, says Yahweh; nor be dismayed; O Yisrayl; for behold, I will save you from afar, and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Yaaqob will return, and will have rest, and be quiet; and no one will make him afraid. Their children also will be as in former times, and their congregations will be established before Me; and I will punish all who oppress them. The fierce anger of Yahweh will not return until He has done it, and until He has performed the intents of His heart. In the last days you will understand it!”
Yeremyah 31:11 “For Yahweh has redeemed Yaaqob, and ransomed him from the hands of him who was stronger than he.”
Isayah 10:20,21 “It will come to pass in that day that the remnant of Israel, and such who have escaped of the House of Yaaqob, will no longer depend on him who struck them down, but will depend on Yahweh, the Holy One of Israyl, in truth. The remnant will return, the remnant of Yaaqob, to the Mighty Father.”
Isayah 49:6 “And He said; It is not enough that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Yaaqob and to restore the protected of Israel; I will also give you for a light to the Gentiles, so you may be My Salvation to the ends of the earth.”
Isayah 65:9 “And I will bring forth a seed out of Yaaqob and out of Yahdah an inheritor of My mountains; and My elect will inherit it, and My servants will live there.
Malakyah (Malachi) 4:4-6 “Remember the Law of Mosheh My servant, which I commanded through him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. Behold, I will send you Yliyah, (which is the prophets strength of Yahweh), before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Yahweh; And Yahweh shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”
I Kepha 4:17 “For the time has come that Judgment must begin at the House of Yahweh and if it first begins with us, what will be the end of those who do not obey the message of Yahweh?”
Amosyah 8:11; 9:11,13,14 “Behold, the days come, says Father Yahweh, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of Yahweh. In that day however, I will raise up the tabernacle of David that has fallen, and repair it’s breaches. I will raise up his ruins, and I will rebuild it as in the days of old. Behold, the days are coming says Yahweh, that the plowman will overtake the reaper, and I will bring back the captives of my people Israel, and I will plant them upon their land, and they will no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, says Yahweh your Father!”
Yahweh is gathering the believers of His family together. If you are a true believer then you will believe what the prophets have written concerning this last days work, a family called, House of Yahweh! This work will preach and publish the Laws of Yahweh and have the testimony of Yahshua our Messiah. We will have a place and Name within Yahweh’s House.
Isayah 56:5 “Even unto them will I give in my House and within my walls a place and a Name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.”
THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH CONFIRMED TO BE THE TRUE NAME OF THE WORK AND FAMILY OF YAHWEH DISCOVERED AT TEL ARAD, ISRAEL, POSSIBLY THE JEBUSITE YERUSALEM AND THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID
In June of 2008, the editor was blessed to take a trip to Israel with his family. While there Yahweh revealed to him the same information that was revealed to Jacob Hawkins 35 years earlier. The information that Yahweh revealed, is that the House of Yahweh, which was found in Tel Arad, proved Jacob’s Hawkins testimony to be true. Yahweh had shown the House of Yahweh to me, to verify without my knowledge, that His Family, called House of Yahweh, is for real and that the name of His Family, is “House of Yahweh”. The gentlemen I met, Rabbi Howshua Amariel, who was knowledgeable of the artifacts and history concerning this site, revealed the importance of the House of Yahweh located at Tel Arad. I don’t think it would be fair if I didn’t share his information. And it is my hope that you will believe in the House of Yahweh and that it is the name of our family, our faith! Here is the research that he uncovered in the last decade from research in the area of Tel Arad. This was taken from his site at tcprayer.bravehost.com. Please be aware that some images from his site were not downloaded because they are either not on the site or wouldn’t download.
We first became aware of the house of Yahweh artifacts in 1986 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art special presentation "Treasures of the Holy Land". The show was hosted by the Director of the Metropolitan Museum Phillip Demarbilo, with the help of Martin Weyl, the director of the Israel Museum. This was the first American exabition to survey the archaeological collections of the Israel Museum in Jerusalem. However, the show didn't mention where the artifact concerning the House of Yahweh was discovered. Nevertheless this artifact meant to us that the tabernacle of David was found.
The following year we decided to visit Israel to discover the location or area where this piece might have been found. Therefore, when we first arrived in the land of Israel in 1987 the first place we went to was Jerusalem in order to investigate the mystery behind this inscription and to investigate the city.
There is an image (done by Broadman Supplies and copyrighted by Holman Bible Publishers in 1983) shows the difference between the structure of the tabernacle and the structure of Solomon's Temple. However, we were not looking for the Temple of Solomon on Mount Moriah because we knew it to have been destroyed in 70 A.D. by the Romans. Yet, we were looking for the Citadel or fortress which David took and called the City of David (2Sa:5:7-9; 1Ch:11:5-8), and later made a place there for the ark in the tabernacle of David (the House of Yahweh) on Mount Zion (2Sa:6:16-17; 1Ch:15:1), where it was prophesied at Am:9:11:"In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:" and the faithful will come there (Isa:16:5: And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.) We sat down first before what is called Mount Zion because it is written at Psalms:87:2: "The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob." Then, we looked at the walls around the city call old Jerusalem, which did not extend around the place called mount Zion (place below to the right shows air view of the Jerusalem area from the Zondervan Pictorial Bible Dictionary and copyrighted by MPS). In the Armenian Quarter, David's Tower and citadel are on the westside of the city on one of the high's points in the Old City next to the Jaffa Gate. The Mount of Zion was on the south-west side outside the Old City and had built upon it the Church of the Dormition near the Zion Gate. And also outside of the Old City near the Jewish Quarter and below the Mount Ophel (on the south-east side) is the City of David. But all we knew said that all three of these places are biblically the same location (2Sa:5:7-9; 1Ch:11:5-8; 2Sa:6:16-17; 1Ch:15:1), however presently they are different.
Isaiah 49:14-16 said that Zion should have walls around it. Secondly, Zion should have a wilderness, waste places, and a desert (Isa:64:10, Isaiah 51:3). Third, Zion would be left alone (Isaiah 49:14-23). Fourth, the scripture which said "Zion which no man seeketh after", Jeremiah 30:17. Fifth, the scripture which said Zion was said to be foresaken (Isaiah 62:11-12).
Also, we verified that modern Jerusalem did have walls surrounding it,
but the walls did not extend to the time of David and Solomon (Isa 62:6-8). Nor was it desolate or wasted (Isaiah 1:7, 3:8, 64:10, Jeremiah 6:8), until we return. Neither was modern Jerusalem in a valley surrounded by mountains (Ps:125:2); and Mount Zion on the side of the north (Ps 48:2).
So as a result of these discrepancies we started traveling through out all the land of Israel in search of Mount Zion and Jerusalem. That same year in July of 1987 Biblical Archaeology Review published an article concerning the Phoenician Israelite Broad-Room Temples found in Israel. In the article it stated that "the tenth-century B.C. temple from Arad is the only Israelite temple to the Hebrew god Yahweh ever recovered in an excavation." However we had no real evidence to show that the artifact and this place had anything to do with one another.
Nevertheless, in 1990 we did research on the location of Arad in books like 'The Harper Atlas of the Bible' (on the left) that showed a map done by Lane Ritmeyer on page 11 of the ancient site of Arad, twin temples, and the city walls. And on page 53 under the 'Temples in Palestine' section there was shown the holy of holies area in the Israelite temple at Arad. However because the previous discription of the site on page 11 had only the two twin temples in its diagram and did not mention any other temple at the site we concluded that these temples must have been what the previous articles had spoke about. Because this and the other reference (on the right) of Arad did not describe the dimentions of a citadel or fortress, as was said that David took on Mount Zion, we excluded Arad as a possibility. Yet, as you can see the two books that mentioned Tel Arad only spoke of the lower city and doesn't show that their was a citadel built on the upper hill there.
By our Biblical references we knew that the first thing that we were looking for the ruins of a tabernacle within a citadel. It was clear to us that the citadel was built on a long-room plan, and that the tabernacle was a broad-room plan.
First of all, this citadel should be forsaken, which no man seek after and left alone according to Isa:62:4: "Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married" and at Jer:30:17: "For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after." and Isa:49:21: "Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been?"
Second, we looked for Millo as it is stated at 2Sa:5:9: "So David dwelt in the fort, and called it the city of David. And David built round about from Millo and inward." and also at 2Ch:32:5: "Also he strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance." According to the Smith's Bible Dictionary, Millo (meant 'filling') was an ancient Jebusite name of a part of the citadel of Jerusalem. And the Zondervan Pictorial Bible Dictionary stated that this was "a mound or rampart built up and filled in with earth and stones to raise the level." "In Judges 9:6, 20 "the house of Millo" mentioned three times probably means the inhabitants of this tower or fortification." Third, the breaches or benches of the wall of the house was another thing we looked for. Benches or breaches at ancient city gates are quite common, a rectangular structure near the towers or along the outer wall of the great towers (usually 4.5 meters long). This was where the elders of Israel used to sit and the Psalmist speaks of those "that sit in the gate" (Psalms 69:13). A good illustration is given in the Book of Ruth 4:1-2: "Then Boaz went up to the gate and sat down there and behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz had spoken came by; and he said to him... sit down here and he ... sat down... and he took ten men of the elders of the city and said 'sit ye down here' and they sat down." And also at Sodom where Lot sat at the gate of Sodom (Gen. 19:1). As for the tabernacle of David it was said at Am:9:11:"In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:"
Fourth, another piece of geological evidence that we were looking for was the gutter that David and his soldiers went through in order to capture the Jebusite fortress of Zion. This is like the example on the right (done by the artists Irene Bates, Duncan Mackay, Rex Nichollas and Malcolm Swanston) from page 49 of 'The Harper Atlas of the Bible'. It is stated at 2Sa:5:8: "And David said on that day, Whosoever getteth up to the gutter, and smiteth the Jebusites, and the lame and the blind, that are hated of David's soul, he shall be chief and captain. Wherefore they said, The blind and the lame shall not come into the house."
Our earliest historical reference comes from the Book of Josephus in chapter 5 'The description of Jerusalem'; pg 552 which stated, "The city of Jerusalem was fortified with three walls, on such parts as were not encompassed with unpassable valleys; for in such places it had but one wall. The city was built upon two hills which are opposite to one another, and have a valley to divide them asunder; at which valley the corresponding rows of houses on both hills end. Of these hills, that which contains the upper city is much higher, and in length more direct. Accordingly, it was called the "Citadel," by king David; he was the father of that Solomon who built this temple at the first; but it is by us called the "Upper Market-place." But the other hill, which was called "Acra," and sustains the lower city, is of the shape of a moon when she is horned; over-against this was a third hill, but naturally lower than Acra, and parted formerly from the other by a broad valley."
Second, shown on the left, is a 17th century A.D. engraved map of the area of Jerusalem which substanciates Josephus description. (Map was not available for download sorry...)
Third, is our earliest map of the area (as shown on the above) is the first atlas of the Holy land by J. Ziegler entitled 'Quae intus continentur' from 1532 A.D. Which shows the Roman name Aelia Capitolina, in the land of Benjamin in the place of the 'Jubusite Jerusalem',Jerusalem surrounded by mountains (Ps ch 125:2)and Zion on the side of the north (Ps ch 48:2),1206 years later after Constantine had renamed the other 'Amorite Jerusalem' Jerusalem.
Geographic references state that Zion should be called a wilderness and a desert according to Isaiah 51:3: "For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody." and Isa:64:10: "Thy holy cities are a wilderness, Zion is a wilderness, Jerusalem a desolation." Above is shown a map of the land of Israel divided according to it's desert, forest, and evergreen areas. From these it can be seen what is modernly the desert area of Israel. However Modern Jerusalem is located in the area of a forest.
Also, we were looking for a farmland environment that fit Jer:26:18: "Micah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and spake to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Zion shall be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountains of the house as the high places of a forest."
A Meteorological sign that would give us the correct areas to consider are those that fit Psalms:133:3: "As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore." Therefore the dew of Hermon would have to travel to this location on a normal basis. This could be identified in the areas of high annual dew amounts in Israel (as shown on the map to the right).
In 1997, we saw an article in the Chicago Jewish Star Newspaper that spoke of another fragment that mentioned the house of Yahweh and was dated to be older than the first we heard about 11 years earlier. Nevertheless, the article also did not mention where the piece was found. It was not until we did further research that year that we discovered the newly released artifact reported in the Nov. 1997 edition of Biblical Archaeology Review entitled 'Three Shekels for the Lord'.
The article spoke of an ancient inscription record of three shekels to the House of Yahweh which they supposed to be a reference of Solomon's Temple. And also just as the previously mentioned article in the Jewish Star the writer stated here that "no one knows where they were discovered-- or as least they're not talking." However, the piece by Hershel Shanks made mention that "..BYT YHWH had been found complete in only one extra-Biblical inscription, a faded ostracon from Arad with an obscure context,.." Finally, the location of the first artifact was revealed! So we decided to take a more careful look at information on Arad.
In May of 2001 Biblical Archaeology Review published an article by Ephraim Stern entitled 'Pagan Yahwism: The folk Religion of Ancient Israel' mentions the house at Arad and shows both a picture of the inner sanctuary and the House of Yahweh inscription next to one another. However the picture displayed of the site resembled a tabernacle, and not a temple structure. Also because the artifact beside it talked of this place being the House of Yahweh this could very well be the tabernacle of David. In addition, the article put up the thought that previous artifacts found like the ivory pomegranate (a priestly object) and three-shekel ostracon were referring to this place.
Also in the same edition of BAR on pg 34 in an article entitled 'Sacred Stones in the Desert' by Uzi Avner, again a picture of the holy of holies was shown with a picture of two artifacts with Ancient Hebrew written upon them. The article stated that "much evidence found at Arad, such as two potsherds inscribed with the names of the Israelite priestly families Pashur and Meremoth, prove that the temple is Israelite." these names were well known priest in the Tanach (Bible) which worked close to the house of Yahweh in the time of Erza and Nehemiah. However, another Pashur mentioned was also a priest in the house of Yahweh, but in the time of Jeremiah (according to Jer. 20). This information was unignorable for the fact that we now saw three artifacts found at the site which had simularities to things mentioned in the Bible around the Jerusalem area. It was then that it became clear that we would have to visit the site and determine for ourselves the truth of the matter of whether or not there was a citadel and the tabernacle of David on this site.
It wasn't until Janurary of 2002 through our internet research that we discovered a web page "The Temple Inscriptions" that we saw both the 'Three Shekel' and the other 'House of Yahweh' artifacts together. Yet on the page it again stressed the location of the second was found in Arad (Tel Arad) in Israel. We could no longer deny the necessarity of a trip to investigate the site personally.
While driving on the road on our way to the Tel Arad site, we couldn't help but notice from a distance the large structure that sat on the highest hill of the site. When we arrived at the gate, the National Park Authority provided us with a map of the site (on the left) that immediately caught our attention. Because in comparison to maps of the site that we had seen in books, this one had one addition to the site which was the large Israelite citadel. One of the maps given to us at the site was even done by Lane Ritmeyer, the same artist of the previous maps, however this map included in it the citadel (in the image on the right). The map also showed that the entire city was surrounded by walls as it is said that Jerusalem should be at (Isa 62:6-8), and also extended to the time of David and Solomon.
On the site map was a detail map of what was called the Fortress (as shown on the below). This was the first sign to what we were looking for because the dimension of the citadel was a square or long-room structure facing in the east direction, with the sanctuary or tabernacle within it that appeared to be a broad-room (also facing the east). From the National Park gate we drove up the main road to the east side of the fortress on the site map and walked up the east stairs to the fortress.
The fortress had before it the second thing that we expected to see for Millo as it is stated at 2Sa:5:9: "So David dwelt in the fort, and called it the city of David. And David built round about from Millo and inward." and also at 2Ch:32:5: "Also he strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance." The two towers of the Tel Arad fortress was a good sign because in Judges 9:6, 20 "Millo" probably meant the inhabitants of the tower or fortification.
And as we came to the citadel we saw the third sign which we looked for, the breaches or benches of the wall of the house. Benches or breaches at ancient city gates are quite common, a rectangular structure near the towers or along the outer wall of the great towers (usually 4.5 meters long). This was where the elders of Israel used to sit and the Psalmist speaks of those "that sit in the gate" (Psalms 69:13). As for the tabernacle of David it was said at Am:9:11:"In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:" Therefore, here because they are common we saw them before the great gate which was the main breach and along the walls around the fortress. It was at this place that the people came to pray before the house. So we kissed the stone and made a prayer there before entering what we consider "holy ground".
We walked into the citadel following the path outlined by the provided map from the National Park and walked up to what was called the Hellenistic tower that was one of the heights of the site to get a good view of the lower area. The tabernacle was in the northwest corner of the citadel, and was built with the three level description of the Yard Gate (inner and outer court), door of the Sanctuary, and Holy of holies (for the ark of the covenant).
Outside of the holy of holies is the sanctuary area in which is the stone shewbread table that was in properly called the altar.
We preceeded on to walk the guided path of the map on down to south side of the citadel to one of the tower chambers over the wall of the fortress. Standing there was like standing in presence of David as he wept for his son in this biblically mention place. As written at 2Sa:18:24: "And David sat between the two gates: and the watchman went up to the roof over the gate unto the wall, and lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold a man running alone." and 2Sa:18:33: "And the king was much moved, and went up to the chamber over the gate, and wept: and as he went, thus he said, O my son Absalom, my son, my son Absalom! would God I had died for thee, O Absalom, my son, my son!"
Right beside this and the rooms near the wall are the rooms that are for the priest. The captain of this citadel has been identified as Eliashib which reflects scriptures concerning the place of Eliashib. As written at Ne:3:20: "After him Baruch the son of Zabbai earnestly repaired the other piece, from the turning of the wall unto the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest." Ne:3:21: "After him repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah the son of Koz another piece, from the door of the house of Eliashib even to the end of the house of Eliashib." It was also interesting to us that Meremoth's name was mentioned as one of priest found written here. And here we were in the identified house of Eliashib that was written about.
The map took us along the wall over on to the west side of the citadel over the gutter area and outside the holy of holies. The gutter was the water channel that came out of the fortress. As we looked at the path leading through the fortress wall we saw a clear picture of David asking his men to go through this channel to get the Jebusites out of the fort. As written at 2Sa:5:8:"And David said on that day, Whosoever getteth up to the gutter, and smiteth the Jebusites, and the lame and the blind, that are hated of David's soul, he shall be chief and captain. Wherefore they said, The blind and the lame shall not come into the house." This was one of the signs that we were hoping to see in the citadel of David.
The path of the map continued us on to the inner court yard outside of the sanctuary. From outside it we viewed the court of the sanctuary and the holy of holies area. The storehouse or the inner court yard as written at Ex:40:8: "And thou shalt set up the court round about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate." and also 1Ki:7:12: "And the great court round about was with three rows of hewed stones, and a row of cedar beams, both for the inner court of the house of the LORD, and for the porch of the house." and at Eze:8:16: "And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east."
As for the altar we observed that it was in its proper place and made of unhewned stones as commanded at Ex:20:25: "And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it."
Our next task after viewing all that the guided path had to offer we had to determine the exact dimentions to the sanctuary in order to see if it fit what was required for a tabernacle.
A holy of holies would only be used for the Ark of the testimony. As stated at 2Sa:6:17: "And they brought in the ark of the LORD, and set it in his place, in the midst of the tabernacle that David had pitched for it: and David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD." However the word tent is stated in 1Ch:16:1: "So they brought the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it: and they offered burnt sacrifices and peace offerings before God." Later after this event the ark was moved from mount Zion to Mount Moriah in the temple that Solomon had built. As written in 1Ki:8:1: "Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto king Solomon in Jerusalem, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion." Nevertheless, Solomon still considered the place on Mount Zion a holy place and built this place after finishing the temple. As stated at 2Ch:8:11: "And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her: for he said, My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ark of the LORD hath come." Presently in this area we saw two incense altars (the right one larger than the left) and two setup stones one of which is raised equal to the other. It was by this that we know that this was a place setup to Yahweh Elohim (Allah-as-from). The setting up of these stones and altars was an ensign for future generations yet was looked upon at that time as an evil act by Eliashib. As noted at Ne:13:7: "And I came to Jerusalem, and understood of the evil that Eliashib did for Tobiah, in preparing him a chamber in the courts of the house of God."
With all glory to Yahweh and to our King, Yahshua Messiah, and with the understanding of Yahweh’s Spirit, which is Holy, we dedicate this study to Yahweh and to the advancement of learning for the Saints of Yahweh to help grow into the Holy House of Yahweh. “To the law and the testimony, if they speak not according to this word it is because there is no light in them.”
The Law of Yahweh, is a guide for mankind that brings judgment to those who follow it’s laws, statutes, commandments, ordinances and judgments. Yahweh gave us this Covenant of Peace, which when followed, brings true peace to individuals, communities, states, and nations. The Plan of Yahweh is revealed to those whom Yahweh calls out of this world. When you are called out, you begin to understand this plan. Every serious minded student and teacher of the Holy Scriptures believes what is written, to be the Holy and Inspired Word of Yahweh, which is written for our learning. It is written to guide us into the Kingdom of Yahweh. This book is not written for the unbeliever, or one not called out by Yahweh. Therefore if you are called out, then you understand that everything written in this book is for you! The laws and prophecies point to certain time periods of mankind and reveal to us certain marks and signs that we can know to be true. We find the letters of the Apostles, reveal to us some of the prophecies, which also reveal to us the evidence of the prophetic times we are now living in. The Law of Yahweh brings us to Yahshua Messiah, who provides us with spiritual growth, in order for us to understand the pattern of Yahweh’s Kingdom and the way to salvation. We will examine the Law of Yahweh that reveals the establishment of a House, a family of Yahweh, that is for our benefit and growth. Yahweh shows us the order of His House, the name of His House, and how we can recognize the true House, which furthers our growth into a righteous Priestly family. We can come into unity with Yahweh, becoming a united body of believers, called the House of Yahweh, the living body of Messiah, if we follow with all our hearts, souls, and might the inspired word of Yahweh. Examine every word in this study and let the scriptures interpret the scriptures. Pay attention to the facts concerning the prophecies of the House of Yahweh, and open your hearts and minds to the understanding of Yahweh’s plan for the called out ones of Yahweh. At this time we are shown that there will be a remnant of the House of Yahweh, that will be saved. Not the corporation called House of Yahweh, nor the entire congregation that has been called to Abilene, Texas, but a remnant from that calling. This study will cover as much history as can be found at this time and will reveal to you the corporate 501c3 House of Yahweh, as well as the true House of Yahweh, which is a body of believers!

Deuteronomy 12:5 “But unto the place 4725 which the LORD 3068 your God 430 shall choose 977 out of all your tribes 7626 to put 7760 his name 8034 there, [even] unto his habitation 7933 shall ye seek 1875 and thither thou shalt come 935”

The word place is #4725 and means: a place; place of anyone is his abode or habitation; from #6965 which means: to arise; to stand, fast; to make valid, confirm; to be established, be confirmed; to maintain oneself.

The word choose is #977 and means: to choose, elect, decide, to prove, examine, to approve, to select; to be chosen.

So we see the following from the definitions above: “But unto the place, one’s abode and habitation, that is confirmed, established, stand fast and maintain oneself, which Yahweh, your true and mighty Judge shall choose, elect, and approve, out of all your supported, correcting, tribe and family, which is a measuring rod, to put, set or place His name, which is your memorial and your authority, there even unto his dwelling, tabernacle, he caused to dwell or abide, shall you seek with care, enquire, frequent this place to enquire of, seek Yahweh and there shall you allow oneself to be enquired of and consulted of Yahweh.”
Deuteronomy 16:16 “Three time in a year shall all your males appear before Yahweh, the mighty one in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear empty handed.”
We can see from the above scriptures that Yahweh will establish a place for worship, His dwelling, and we must seek it with care, to inquire of Yahweh. There was a place for Yahweh to be worshipped and sought after. A place where the people of Yahweh inquired to learn of Yahweh and His ways. It is important enough that Yahweh made it a Law within His Laws, so that we as a body of believers would seek Yahweh. But we will see in this study, it was not a building or temple built with human hands, that Yahweh wanted for worship, this was man’s idea. Yahweh is the father of the living, not the dead. After the destruction of what is called the Temple of Yahweh, and the establishment of the true House of Yahweh, called Yahshua Messiah, there was never a need for a physical building to inquire of Yahweh.
Acts 17:24 “Yahweh, Who made the world and all things in it, being Creator of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands.”
II Samuyl 7:7 “Wherever I have walked with all the children of Israyl, have I ever said to any of their rulers, whom I commanded to shepherd My people Israyl; Why have you not built me a house made of cedar?”
Romans 12:1 “Therefore, I appeal to you, brothers, by the mercies of Yahweh, that you present your bodies as living sacrifices, holy, acceptable to Yahweh which is your reasonable service.”
There are many groups, who say their place or building, is where you must worship Yahweh. But as we have seen above, Yahweh does not need any buildings made with hands in order to be worshiped. There was a time when Yahweh did place his name in a certain city or place, such as Shiloh and Jerusalem. They were rejected because of sin and godworship! The same goes with us, if we sin, or follow gods, we are cut off from Yahweh, and Yahweh’s Name is not within us. The question that is asked many times, by many people, is where does one go to worship Yahweh in these extreme last days? Where has he placed his name in these last days? Is it one place? Does Yahweh have one building or organization, where we are to go to worship him? As you read this study, hopefully you will understand the answers to these questions by understanding Yahweh’s plan of salvation.
THE HOLY SCRIPTURES IS OUR GUIDE
The Holy Scriptures, no doubt the biggest selling book in the world, that is read by millions and known by billions, is considered by those who believe in it, as the inspired words of Yahweh. Throughout the centuries many have been led by it’s inspiration, wars have been fought over it’s meanings, and now in these last days we have a book that was written to us, for us, and for our learning, to understand the way of Yahweh and yet, we still have wars among people and religious organizations. The book of Yahweh, Holy Bible, Holy Scriptures or whatever title you want to call it, is a book that shows us, the people of Yahweh, who we are, what we are to do, and why we are here. In today’s society we find many religions and religious organizations that claim to be the prophesied work of Yahweh. They claim that their religion is the true faith. There is literally thousands of religions who hold claim to their faith as being the one that grants a person entrance to the Kingdom of Yahweh. They say that you must be a part of their faith or religious group, to understand salvation, and to receive eternal life. There is no doubt that not all of them can be right, as each has their own doctrine or creed. So is there only one way into the Kingdom of Yahweh, and if so, how does one gain entrance? Is it through an established, religious institution, that one receives salvation? Is there personal relationships with the creator? So what is it, that brings wisdom in order to answer such questions? What is it, that gives us insight into our creator and the plan He has for His creation?
II Timayah (Timothy) 3:15 “And that from a child you have known the holy scriptures, which are able to make you wise unto salvation through faith which is in Yahshua Messiah.”
We see that the Holy Scriptures makes you wise, through faith, which is only through Yahshua Messiah! We must believe and do what the scriptures say and only through Yahshua can we understand what we read, in order to obtain salvation. The scriptures gives us wisdom. Yahweh gives us understanding. Yahshua Messiah is our salvation!
Wisdom is defined as: Skill; the primary power of this word is judging. The ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting; insight.
So when one lives by and practices the words that are written in the Holy Scriptures they are given skills to judge. They should receive the ability to discern between what is true right and lasting. Reading from the writings of King Solomon, who is mentioned as one who had wisdom, we find the following:
Proverbs 1:1-7 “The proverbs of Solomon, the son of David, King of Israyl; To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding; To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity; To give subtility to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion. A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings. The reverence of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
The Holy Scriptures give us understanding, knowledge, discretion, increase learning, and attain wise counsel. However, we also need to understand it’s interpretation. In order to understand it’s interpretation, we must reverence Yahweh and most importantly not despise judgment and instruction. Wisdom brings judgment, which leads one to Yahshua Messiah, who brings salvation. Remember this, when reading this law of Yahweh. Also remember that fools despise, judgment and the ability to discern what is true and right.
I Kepha 4:17,18 “For the time has come (and now is), that judgment must begin at the House of Yahweh: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the message of Yahweh? And if the righteous scarcely are saved, where shall the wicked and the sinner appear?”
Judgment begins with us, the living House of Yahweh, as we allow the laws of Yahweh to bring judgment. The Laws of Yahweh bring forth blessings and curses, depending on your choice of life. We are judged through our actions by our decisions. Judgment begins with the family of Yahweh, those whom he has called out. At this time the world is not being judged, because they are not called out by Yahweh.
PROPHECY OF THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH BEING ESTABLISHED IN THE LAST DAYS
Yahweh inspired the True Prophets of Isayah and Micahyah to write of a House of Yahweh, that would be established in these last days. We are shown that all nations would eventually recognize and flow unto it. This House or family, would be called a House of Yahweh, just as it was called throughout the pages of the Holy Scriptures. Reading from Isayah we find the following information.
Isayah 2:2 “And it shall come to pass in the last 319 days 3117, [that] the mountain 2022 of the LORD'S 3068 house 1004 shall be established 3559 in the top 7218 of the mountains 2022, and shall be exalted 5375 above the hills 1389; and all nations 1471 shall flow 5102 unto it.”
The word last is word #319 and means: after part, end; latter part, extreme part; end, issue, event; latter time (prophetic for future time); posterity; last, hindermost
The word days is word #3117 and means: day, time, year.
The word mountain is word #2022 and means: hill, mountain, hill country, mount; the holy mountain of Yahweh; a mountain tract of country.
The word Lord’s is word #3068 and means: Yahweh
The word house is word #1004 and means: house, dwelling habitation; house as containing a family; household, family; those belonging to the same household; family of descendants, descendants as organized body. From #1129 and means: rebuild, establish, to build a house (ie. establish a family).
The word established is word #3559 and means: to be set up, be established, be fixed; to be firmly established; to constitute, appoint; to be prepared, to be founded.
The word top is word #7218 and means: head, top, summit, upper part, chief, total, sum, height, front, beginning; chief, head (of man, city, nation, place, family, priest); chief, choicest, best.
The word exalted is word #5375 and means: to lift, bear up, carry, take; to be taken away, be carried off, be swept away;
The word hills is word #1389 and means: hill (lower than a mountain); as a place of illicit worship.
The word nations is word #1471 and means: nation, a people; usually of non-Hebrew people; of descendants of Abraham; a confluence of men, body corpus.
The word flow is word #5102 and means: to shine, beam, light, burn; to shine; to give light, to be glad, rejoice.
In Micahyah 4:1 the word people is used in place of nations, as mentioned in Isayah 2:2. This word people is word #5971 and means: people; members of ones people; countrymen, kindred, relatives; the tribes of Israyl.
So we see that this scripture has the meaning of:
Isayah 2:2 “It will come to pass in the latter and extreme part of the last time and days, that the holy mountain of Yahweh, Yahweh’s House, which contains his rebuilt family, descendants as an organized body, shall be set up, established, and founded in the beginning, chief, head, top of nation, family of the tribes, Israyl. The High Priest, the head of man, the best of the House of Yahweh, shall be taken away from Israyl, lifted and swept away to a place of illicit worship, (in these extreme last days, called the United States of America), and all people, relatives and countrymen, the tribes of Israyl, those who are descendants of Abraham, as well as non-Hebrew people, who were a dead body, shall shine, give light, be glad, rejoice and flow unto the House of Yahweh.”
The House of Yahweh is the name of the family who worship Yahweh. The House of Yahweh will bring all people together, from all nations, the 12 tribes, both Hebrew and non-Hebrew to worship and rejoice before Yahweh. They will be established in Israel, and taken to a land of illicit worship, which fits the United States of America, in these extreme last days.
Illicit is defined as: not sanctioned by custom or law. Most places of worship today in America are not sanctioned by Yahweh because they are not founded on the Law and Prophets and are illicit places of worship as defined by Isayah 2:2, they are not sanctioned by Yahweh. Also the way the Laws are set up in America, the Constitution prohibits the federal government from sanctioning any State religion. We will see that they have been able to go around this law through, codes and regulations, that allow sanction, through treaty, called a 501c3 corporation. This prophecy shows that Yahweh’s family of Priests, who are after the order of Melchizedek, are taken and called from Israyl and taken to this place of illicit worship. The first one ordained into this Order of Melchizedek is Yahshua Messiah. He is the first House of Yahweh established, the first House of Yahweh built without hands. We will see more in this study of this topic.
It is, Yahweh, who is restoring His family of Priests, who have been scattered to the four winds of the earth at this time. Yahweh’s House is a family, of His people, called Priestly Kings of Yahweh, who are not built with hands, but who are a people, Holy unto Him. According to Isayah and Micahyah’s prophecy, this established House of Yahweh was to be founded in the beginning, chief, or head of the Priestly tribes, Israel, in the last days as prophecy shows and taken to this place of illicit worship. Yahshua Messiah started His work in Yahdah and Yerusalem as the prophecy shows.
Isayah 2:1 “The word that Isayah, the son of Amoz saw concerning Yahdah and Yerusalem.”
Yaaqob (James) 1:1 “Yaaqob, a servant of Yahweh and of the King, Yahshua Messiah, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad; Greetings.”
Yahchanan (John) 11:52 “And not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of Yahweh who were dispersed.”
Isayah 11:12 “And He shall set up an ensign for the nations (12 tribes of Israel), and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Yahdah from the four corners of the earth.”
For thousands of years the 12 tribes of Israyl and Yahdah, the children of Abraham, Yaaqob, and Isaac, have been dispersed throughout the earth. Each going to different parts of the earth, establishing themselves as colonies, states, governments called Nations. In the last days, Yahweh shows through prophecy, that he would rebuild this family, starting with His Son, Yahshua Messiah, gathering the 12 tribes together from the Head, Chief Nation of the family of Priests, in Israyl, where this House was first established and then take it to a place of Illicit worship, not sanctioned by custom or law. The United States of America has separation of what they call church and state, and therefore there is a strong indication of it being the Nation that is mentioned here in Isayah’s and Micahyah’s prophecies towards the extreme end of the last days. What other nation could fit this prophecy? There is no official, sanctioned, state religion here in America. However, in Israyl, the national religion is sanctioned through the Torah and the Prophets and does not promote any other sanctioned worship. For the most part Israel’s State Religion is Judaism, or the teaching of the Law and the Prophets. This prophecy shows these two nations, would be together, in the time period called the extreme last days, to allow the establishment of the House of Yahweh. Let’s get more understanding of these two nations and their religious order.
United States of America
The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution explicitly forbids the federal government from enacting any law respecting a religious establishment, and thus forbids either designating an official church for the United States, or interfering with State and local official churches — which were common when the First Amendment was enacted. The 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America reads as follows:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
ISRAEL
Religion in Israel is a central feature of the country and plays a major role in shaping Israeli culture and lifestyle, and Israyl is the only country in the world where a majority of citizens are Jewish. Israel was founded to provide a national home, safe from persecution, to the Jewish people. Although Israeli law explicitly grants equal civil rights to all citizens regardless of religion, ethnicity, or other heritage, it gives preferential treatment in certain aspects to individuals who fall within the criteria mandated by the Law of Return. Preferential treatment is given to Jews and their relatives who seek to immigrate to Israel. This serves to increase the Jewish population and provides asylum to people who face religious discrimination in the countries they emigrate from.
The Law of Return does not strictly follow the traditional Jewish religious law (halakha) in relation to the definition of who is a Jew. For example, some individuals who would be considered Jewish under the halakha are excluded from the rights under the Law of Return - e.g. those who converted to another religion; while others are entitled to immigration though they are obviously non-Jewish - e.g. they are related by marriage to a Jew or a grandparent may have been a Jew.
Most citizens in the State of Israel are Jewish, and most Israeli Jews practice Judaism in some form. In the last two centuries the largest Jewish community in the world, in the United States, has divided into a number of Jewish denominations. The largest and most influential of these denominations are Orthodox Judaism, Reform Judaism, and Conservative Judaism. All of the above denominations exist, to varying degrees, in the State of Israel. Nevertheless, Israelis tend to classify Jewish identity in ways that are strikingly different from American Jewry.
CHRISTIANITY AND JUDAISM
Dishonoring Christian religious symbols is an old religious duty in Judaism. Spitting on the cross, and especially on the Crucifix, and spitting when a Jew passes a church, have been obligatory from around AD 200 for pious Jews. In the past, when the danger of anti-Semitic hostility was a real one, the pious Jews were commanded by their rabbis either to spit so that the reason for doing so would be unknown, or to spit onto their chests, not actually on the cross or openly before the church. The increasing strength of the Jewish state has caused these customs to become more open again but there should be no mistake: The spitting on the cross for converts from Christianity to Judaism, organized in Kibbutz Sa’ad and financed by the Israeli government is an act of traditional Jewish piety. It does not cease to be barbaric, horrifying and wicked because of this! On the contrary, it is worse because it is so traditional, and much more dangerous as well, just as the renewed anti-Semitism of the Nazis was dangerous, because in part, it played on the traditional anti-Semitic past. However, in recent years, anti-Christian feelings are literally exploding in Israel (and among the Israel-worshipping Jews in Diaspora too) together with the increase of the Jewish fanaticism in all other areas.
Yahweh established the Name of His family, where it all began, a nation called Israel and took it to a place of illicit worship. Why? Because the United States of America, offers freedom of religion, with tolerance to all people of religious faiths. This is the only place where the 12 tribes could be gathered together, with freedom to study, learn, and practice the Laws of Yahweh and belief in Yahshua Messiah, without interference or persecution. In Israel, a House of Yahweh that believes in Yahshua Messiah as the Savior, would be looked down upon as Christian, and would be persecuted. So Yahweh took His House from the East (Israel) and brought it to the West (U.S.A.) in order that all congregations of the 12 tribes would be able to be gathered, without interference from one major, religious sect. There will be a time when a House of Yahweh, the body of believers, will return to Israyl, but not yet at this time.
Revelation 7:2 “And I saw another malak ascending from the east, having the seal of the living Father; and he cried with a loud voice to the four malakim, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea. And I heard the number of those who were sealed: and there was sealed a 144,000 of all the tribes of the children of Israyl”
II Timayah (Timothy) 2:19 “Nevertheless, the foundation of Yahweh stands sure, having this seal: Yahweh know those who are His; and Let every one that names the name of Messiah depart from iniquity.”
The word names is nameth in the KJV word #3687 and means: to name, to utter, to make mention of the name; to bear the name of a person or thing; to utter the name of a person or thing.
The word name is #3686 and means: the name is used for everything which the name covers, everything the thought or feeling of which is aroused in the mind by mentioning, hearing, remembering, the name, i.e. for one's rank, authority, interests, pleasure, command, excellences, deeds etc. The cause or reason named: on this account, because he suffers as a Christian, for this reason.
The word Messiah is Christ in the KJV #5547 and means: anointed, a mind conformed to Yahshua;
We see in Timayah, that Yahweh knows who are is, and those who depart from iniquity are named into the family, they bear Yahweh’s name, for the rank, order of the anointed ones, the order of Melchizedek, who have the mind of Yahshua Messiah. We can see that they bear the name of Yahweh’s family name. They also will suffer persecution because they have a mind conformed to Yahshua, which is the teachings of the Law and the Prophets.
Psalm 75:2,6,7 “When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly. For promotion does not come from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But Yahweh is the Judge: He brings one down and exalts another.”
Isayah 59:19 “So they will reverence the Name of Yahweh from the west...”
The Name of Yahweh cannot be used in Israel without persecution from the Orthodox Religious community. And Yahweh’s Son, Yahshua Messiah is not accepted by the nation as the Messiah. We will see further in this study that Yahweh revealed this great Family Name, House of Yahweh, to an American/Hebrew named, Jacob Hawkins, who took it from the East (Israel) to a nation west, (U.S.A) where religious freedom was allowed, in order to establish a religious order or family, without any persecution or hinderance, for the gathering of the tribes or nations of the Priestly family, who would be called, House of Yahweh.
Now most people who study the scriptures, know that we are in a time period called the last days. These last days started after the death of Yahshua Messiah, who established the true House of Yahweh, built without hands, and has been leading up to the extreme part of these last days which we are now living in!
Acts 2:16,17 “But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Yahyl; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith Yahweh, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.”
We can know we are in the extreme last days by witnessing the prophecy of Isayah and Micahyah being fulfilled before our eyes. This Law of Yahweh will reveal these facts to you, concerning these prophecies. Since the death of the disciples and the dispersion of the believers, there has not been a recorded body of believers called a House of Yahweh. Since the founding of the nation of Israyl in 1948, there has been an awakening of the Hebrew people, a calling back of the people back to the land. When Israyl was re-established, the country of Israyl, started rebuilding the nation and the waste places of Yahweh that had laid dormant for thousands of years. Without this re-establishment of this nation, we might have never known that we are in the extreme last days. The House of Yahweh might not have been discovered in Israyl. This is a key to understanding the time period we are in now. In order to understand the present and future, we need to know the past.
TEL ARAD, LOCATION OF THE ONLY EXCAVATED HOUSE OF YAHWEH IN THE LAND OF ISRAEL
Consider that when the Arabs occupied the land of Israyl, the archaeological sites were left basically intact, covered in earth, for thousands of years. Throughout the land, the waste places lay dormant. In the 1960’s Yahweh inspired an archaeologist named Yohanan Aharoni (b1919- d.1976) to make a remarkable discovery in the land of Israyl. This man went to the region of Yahdah, at the southern end of the Dead Sea in 1962, to start excavation at the site of a tel (mount) located near the modern city of Arad. Here is a little history into this great find in our modern times for the believers!
Tel Arad (Hebrew: תל ערד) or 'old' Arad is located west of the Dead Sea, about 10 km west of modern Arad in an area surrounded by mountain ridges which is known as the Arad Plain. The site is divided into a lower city and an upper hill which holds the only ever discovered 'House of Yahweh' in the land of Israel. Tel Arad was excavated during 18 seasons by Ruth Amiran and Yohanan Aharoni. The Lower City And Upper Hill -- The lower area was first settled during the Chalcolithic period, around 4000 BCE. Excavations at the site have unearthed an extensive Bronze Age Canaanite settlement which was in place until approximately 2650 BCE. The site was then apparently deserted for over 1500 years until resettled during the Israelite period from the 11th century BCE onwards, initially as an unwalled piece of land cut off as an official or sacred domain was established on the upper hill, and then later as a garrison-town known as 'The Citadel'. The citadel and sanctuary were constructed at the time of King David and Solomon. Artifacts found within the sanctuary of the citadel mostly reflect offerings of oil, wine, wheat, etc. brought there by numerous people throughout the reign of the kings of Judah until the kingdom's fall to the Babylonians. However, during the Persian, Maccabean, Roman, and early Muslim eras, locals continued to transport these items to the sacred precinct of the upper hill. Markers of these ancient Israelite rituals remain to this day, with broken pottery littering the entire site. Under the Judaean kings the citadel was periodically refortified, remodeled and rebuilt, until ultimately it was destroyed between 597 BCE and 577 BCE whilst Jerusalem was under siege by Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar II. Among the most significant artifacts unearthed from this time are ostraca dating from the mid-7th century BCE, referring to this citadel as the House of Yahweh. Habitation of Tel Arad and the upper citadel did not end with the Babylonian siege. During the Persian period (5th - 4th centuries BCE) almost a hundred ostracon and pottery were written in Aramaic, mostly accounts of locals who brought oil, wine, wheat, etc. to the upper hill. Thus, several citadels were built one upon the other and existed in the Hellenistic and Roman periods. Herod even reconstructed the lower city for the purpose of making bread. The site lasted til the Romans destroyed Jerusalem and completely expelled the 'circumcised' in 135 AD. Tel Arad laid in ruins for 500 years until the Islamic period when the former Roman citadel was rebuilt and remodeled by some prosperous clan in the area and functioned for 200 years until around 861 AD when there was a breakdown of central authority and a period of widespread rebellion and unrest. The citadel was destroyed and no more structures were built on the site.
Now this House of Yahweh was revealed to Yahweh’s people for a purpose, so we could know the name of the family of Yahweh and what we were called. Now this family name had to be established in order to fulfill the prophecy of Isayah and Micahyah. Just being discovered, didn’t establish it as a work of the Priesthood of Yahweh. It needed a Priest or minister of Yahweh to understand it’s importance and establish it as a work, a family of the Priesthood, which would be called the House of Yahweh, by which all, whom Yahweh called, would be named.
YOHANAN AHARONI, YEHUDAH GOVERIN, AND HOWSHUA AMARIEL, THE ARCHAEOLOGIST WHO PLAY A PART IN THE PROPHECY CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH IN THESE EXTREME LAST DAYS
Consider an interesting point of topic, concerning the names of the archaeologist Yohanan Ahroni, and Ruth Amiran, who discovered the only ever excavated House of Yahweh in the land of Israyl, and what his name means: Yohanan--whom Yahweh bestowed, a returning exile. Aharoni--light bringer, priest of Yahweh, the house of Aaron or light bringer. Ruth Amiran means: Ruth--means: friendship, desire study of anything, friend of Yahweh. Root word means: to pasture, to shepherd, of ruler or teacher. Amiran-- means: prince, treetop, my nation is joyful, my nation is a song. The founding of the name, House of Yahweh is something that all the tribes of Israyl should be singing about. King David wrote about this saying: Sing forth the honour of His Name, make His praise glorious! The prophet Zecharyah said: Sing and rejoice O daughter of Zion, for lo I come and I will dwell in the midst of you, saith Yahweh. The discovery of the name House of Yahweh should be a joyous occasion for the tribes of Israyl. We should be singing above the top of the treetops about this Name.
After Yohanan Aharoni’s death, the archeologist who carried on his work was Yehudah Goverin, whose name means: Yehudah--praised, praise the name of Yahweh. Goverin--to labor, to work about anything, to produce by labour, to sacrifice to Yahweh; to make or prepare a victim to offer to Yahweh. These two men whose name origins traces back to the Priestly family of Yahweh, discovered, and have carried on the work of rebuilding the ancient House of Yahweh in the land just outside of the modern city of Arad, Israel. Another man, whom the author personally met, has devoted his life to finding the Tabernacle of David, or the House of Yahweh. Howshua Ameriel, an archaeologist, scholar, and rabbi whom lives down in the Negev, has spent the last 10 years researching the House of Yahweh in Tel Arad, Israel. He is the only person in history to make a formal equivalence (word-per-word) translation the Torah (bible) from Paleo Hebraic into English. His name means: Howshua--salvation; family name of Yahshua ben Nun. Amariel--Yahweh has promised. These men’s names and their meanings gives us another clue as to whom Yahweh would bestow the honor of revealing his House to this world in these last days. These men’s name can trace their lineage back to the Priestly family, by the origins of their names. Time doesn’t permit us to go into a geneological background on these men, but I think you the reader should find this of importance considering the great work that Yahweh has blessed them with uncovering and revealing to the believers of Yahweh in these extreme last days.
A HOUSE OF YAHWEH ESTABLISHED IN THESE EXTREME LAST DAYS, THE START OF THE FAMILY NAME, HOUSE OF YAHWEH
JACOB HAWKINS, THE FOUNDER OF THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, A RELIGIOUS ORDER, ESTABLISHED ACCORDING TO THE PROPHETS ISAYAH AND MICAHYAH
When The House of Yahweh was discovered in 1962, Yohanan Aharoni did not understand the prophetic importance of his discovery. It wasn’t until June 29, 1973, when Jacob Hawkins came upon an article in the Jerusalem Post, which described the findings of Mr. Aharoni, that the prophecy of Isayah 2:2 was fulfilled. Jacob was living in Nazareth, Israyl at the time, had moved to Israel in 1969, with his family and a small group of believers, to settle and start of work of Yahweh in the Holy Land. He was an ordained Minister and Messianic Rabbi, who had spent his time living in a Kibbutz and preparing his family and this small group of believers to set up a ministry to do the work of Yahweh. In Jacob’s own words he describes how he established and founded the family name, House of Yahweh in these last days.
This excerpt is taken from the Prophetic Watchman Magazine, November 1983 issue:
At the time we went to Israyl we did not carry any title, though we did believe in the name of the creator and his son. We were looked upon as Messianic Jews. Later I began to publish the Prophetic Watchman. It was not until about 2 years later after starting the Prophetic Watchman, that we began to call ourselves the House of Yahweh. This came about in the Friday’s edition of the Jerusalem Post. It was Friday, June 29, 1973 and article entitled, “Unearthing the land” appeared in the Jerusalem Post. This article told about the many archaeological discoveries in Israel. But what caught my eye was this, “At Arad, excavated by Yohanan Aharoni, reference is made to a YHWH...” At this precise time Yahweh began to flash through my mind the many scriptures Yahweh which referred to His people as the The House of Yahweh. Yahweh brought to my mind how the prophets had foretold that the House of Yahweh was to be brought back to the Earth in the last days: “But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the House of Yahweh shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills, and people shall flow unto it.” Micahyah 4:1 At that time we were living in the new city of Nazareth, the Jewish section. So on Monday, July 2, 1973, I caught a bus down to the old city of Nazareth, and had a letterhead drawn up with these words. Inserted is a copy of the old letterhead.

At the time the House of Yahweh was established on the high mountains of Israel as was foretold by the prophets, Read Eze. 17/22-24, The word established comes from the word “KUN” and means: “be fashioned”, “be prepared”, “be set in order”, “confirmed”, “make ready”, “ordain”, “set aright”, etc. That very day, Monday July 2, 1973, the House of Yahweh was fashioned, prepared, set in order, confirmed, and ordained back on this earth. That very day the remnant of the 144,000 began to be sealed. The gleaning work had started just where the Apostles of Yeshua had left off. It started in the very city where Yeshua started his ministry, where he grew up. Yes, where he lived with his mother, step father, brothers and sisters, where he played as a boy and preached as a man. The following year 1974 THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH was listed in 1974 Copyright edition of the “DIRECTORY OF SABBATH OBSERVING GROUPS” ON PAGES 143, PAGES 144, and 145 as THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, WORLD HEADQUARTERS, NAZARETH ILLIT, ISRAEL, JACOB HAWKINS -OVERSEER. It is listed there along with the doctrines and beliefs and it’s goal of publishing and preaching the Evangel among all nations.
The angel who guides the House of Yahweh moved it west of Israyl in 1975 to Odessa, Texas to finish the sealing of the 144,000. The angel guided it to Odessa, Texas because the prophets foretold that it would be set up in a desert, a place called Odessa. Isayah 21:1 the word “burden” is from the Hebrew word, “Massa”, and means a SONG or SINGING, ODESSA IS GREEK FOR “SONG” OR “SINGING”. It was to be in a basin, a place once a sea, but had dried up into a desert. Isayah 21:1 See also Eze. 19/1,14, Hos. 2/14,17. Read Rev. 7/1,8. When this sealing of the gleanings of the 144,000 is finished, the House of Yahweh will return to Israel, from whence it came. When this sealing is finished the great tribulation will start.
In preparing to gather out the 144,000 firstfruits, Yeshua told the Apostles--”Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.” Matt.4/18. Yahweh foretold through the prophet--”Behold I will send for many fishers (Apostles) saith Yahweh, and they shall fish them; (the fishing work ended with the Apostles), AND AFTER WILL I SEND FOR MANY HUNTERS, (OUR DAY OF GLEANING), AND THEY SHALL HUNT THEM FROM EVERY MOUNTAIN, (RELIGIOUS SECTS), AND FROM EVERY HILL, AND OUT OF THE HOLES OF THE ROCKS.” JER. 16/16. The word “hunt” means almost the same as “glean”. It means “to search carefully after; to seek...” Today we are searching and seeking carefully for the remnant of the 144,000.
The article that Jacob Hawkins read in the Jerusalem Post on that July day in 1973, told of an inscription which had the writings “Bayith Yahweh” or House of Yahweh on some ostrica. This was the beginning of a House of Yahweh, that was to be established as a work, family, and name for Yahweh’s habitation, but most importantly this was Yahweh’s revealing to His servants what we are called. For over two thousand years this name had been hidden from the world, as a religious order, or a family name, without anyone having any indication of the importance of calling the faith or family of believers a “House of Yahweh”. The prophecy had to be fulfilled as written by the prophets Isayah and Micahyah, that this would not take place until the extreme last time, called the last days. Jacob Hawkins fulfilled this important prophecy, by re-establishing the family Name of Yahweh, called, House of Yahweh as a religious order promoting the Law and the Prophets.
Isayah 8:20 “To the Law and to the Testimony; if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.”
The word testimony is #8584 and means: testimony, attestation, confirmation; testimony, (prophetic) injunction.
Jacob Hawkins attested or affirmed the House of Yahweh to be the name of Yahweh’s family and fulfilled the prophetic injunction of Isayah and Micahyah. This act of founding a House of Yahweh could have been done by anyone, but the fact of the matter is that it was performed, confirmed, and established by Jacob Hawkins.
When Jacob Hawkins returned to the United States of America, he established a religious order, a body of believers, called by the family name, House of Yahweh, and located it in Odessa, Texas. He continued to preach and publish the message of the Kingdom of Yahweh until his death on March 22, 1991.

Galatians 4:31 “So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
Here is the symbolism on the plaque that is on the grave of Jacob Hawkins. Let’s examine it:
- The crown is symbolic of royalty, a man of rank; defender of a fortress. One who breached the walls first.
- Two bells below the phoenix and on top of crown: Power to disperse evil spirits; a hawk's bells denotes one who was not afraid of signalling his approach in peace or war.
- Phoenix: Symbol of resurrection.
- The two lions: It traditionally symbolises bravery, valour, strength, and royalty, since traditionally, it is regarded as the king of beasts. Lion is representative of the tribe of Yahdah.
- Menorah: means, light bringer. All the candles are lit on the menorah.
- Star inside Menorah: Celestial goodness; noble person; Excellence.
- Pelican inside Star: Self-sacrifice and charitable nature; When feeding her young ("in her piety"), symbolizes the duties of a parent or parental love.
- The capstone reads: Into righteous waters of rest.
- Beloved husband and overseer: dear to the heart and One who keeps watch over and directs the work of others, especially laborers.

Zecharyah 14:20 “In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO YAHWEH; and the pots in the House of Yahweh, shall be like the bowls before the altar.”
Numbers 28:5-7, 9 “How beautiful are your tents; O Yaaqob, and your dwelling places; O Israel. Like valleys that spread out, like gardens by the riverside, like aloes planted by Yahweh, like cedars besides the waters. Water will flow from their buckets; their seed will have abundant water. Their King shall be higher than Agag, and His Kingdom shall be exalted. Like a lion they crouch and lie down. And as a lion, who will rouse him up? Blessed is he who blesses you, and cursed is he who curses you.”
Yeremyah 49:19 “Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I will suddenly make him run away from her: and who [is] a chosen [man, that] I may appoint over her? for who [is] like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who [is] that shepherd that will stand before me?”
Amosyah 3:8 “The lion hath roared, who will not fear? Yahweh our mighty judge, hath spoken, who can but prophesy.”
Micahyah 5:8 “And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.”
The word Gentiles is #1471 and means: nation, people; usually of non-Hebrew people; of descendants of Abraham, of Israel.
So the remnant of Yaaqob shall be among the scattered 12 tribes from Abraham, as a lion, they will fulfill the prophetic injunction that has been delivered to them by the prophecy.
Revelation 5:5 “And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.”
I tell you today, don’t weep, the Lion of the tribe of Yahdah, the lawgiver, Yahshua Messiah has prevailed, and through his death, his testament is now in effect and he has opened the book of the law and has taught us to live by the Law and the Prophets! He never told us to worship him. He taught to worship Yahweh and to look to Him for salvation!
Daniyl 11:7 “But out of a branch of her roots shall [one] stand up in his estate, which shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail.”
After Jacob’s death, his son, David Hawkins, Odis Hawkins, and John Richey, continued to use the name House of Yahweh, but Incorporated the House of Yahweh as a non-profit corporation, a Jewish Synagogue, in the State of Texas, filed December 23,1991.
This was the beginning of the end for the House of Yahweh of Odessa, as a religious body, that had become a State corporation. These men, did contrary to what Jacob Hawkins taught in his lifetime, in compliance with Yahweh’s law, and that was they incorporated a House of Yahweh which recognized the State as Sovereign, instead of Yahweh. Eventually the members dispersed and the House of Yahweh of Odessa became defunct as a corporate religious organization in 2007. HOUSE OF YAHWEH, ESTABLISHED AND RECOGNIZED BY THE 12 SCATTERED TRIBES
The prophecy shows in Isayah 2:2,3 and Micahyah 4:1,2 that a House of Yahweh would be established in these extreme last days. What makes this prophecy important for the believers is that the fulfilling of this prophecy starts the beginning, of the extreme last days prophecies concerning, a House of Yahweh and the gathering of the 12 tribes, who will bring in the return of Yahshua Messiah. Once these prophecies are fulfilled/established, then it is only a matter of time before other last days prophecies will be fulfilled and we will usher in the return of Yahshua Messiah. Reading Isayah 2:2 with the Hebrew words defined, here is two interpretations using the Hebrew definitions.
Isayah 2:2 “It will come to pass in the latter and extreme part of the last time and days, that the holy mountain of Yahweh, Yahweh’s House, which contains his rebuilt family, shall be set up, established, and founded in the beginning, chief, head, top of nation, family of the tribes, Israyl. The priest, Yahshua Messiah, the best of the House of Yahweh, shall be taken away from Israyl, lifted and swept away to a place of illicit worship, (in these last days, the United States of America), and all people, relatives and countrymen, the tribes of Israyl, those who are descendants of Abraham, as well as non-Hebrew people, who were a dead body, shall shine, give light, be glad, rejoice and flow unto the House of Yahweh.”
Isayah 2:2,3 "It will come to pass in the extreme last days, that the Kingdom of the House of Yahweh will be established in the beginning, chief, head, family of the Tribes, in Israyl, and will be exalted and taken and carried to another Nation, congregation, the United States of America, and all the Tribes, family, will gather to it. And many people will go and say; Come let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the House of Yahweh, of Yaaqob, and HE will teach us of Yahweh's Laws and we will walk in Yahweh's Paths. For out of Zion will go forth the Law and the word of Yahweh will depart from Jerusalem."
What you should notice in these prophecies is that all the Tribes, will recognize this last days family, called, “House of Yahweh.” To prove the facts of this prophecy and that these prophecies have been fulfilled, we will see that the scattered tribes, now called, Sabbath keeping--churches, assemblies, synagogues of Yahweh, have recognized the founding of the very first, House of Yahweh in our time period.
Reading from the Directory of Sabbath Observing Groups, published by the Bible Sabbath Association of Fairview, Oklahoma, 1974 edition we find the following information concerning the believers called, “The House of Yahweh”, and their recognition by the 12 scattered tribes, called, Sabbath Observing Groups in the world.
One thing that is important is that this House of Yahweh, was founded by Jacob Hawkins, who is called the world overseer. This House was founded by Jacob Hawkins and there was no other House of Yahweh. His brother Buffalo Bill Hawkins, was not involved, nor mentioned as a co-founder, and as we will read later in this article, is that Jacob Hawkins never identified himself as one of the two witnesses as mentioned in Revelation and Zecharyah, as his brother has taught for many years. He was a witness for the name, House of Yahweh, but did not consider himself, nor his brother as “THE TWO WITNESSES who are spoken of in Revelation 11.”
HISTORY OF THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH IN ABILENE, TEXAS
The history of the House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas is important to the believers, because it was founded under Jacob Hawkins as a body of believers, called House of Yahweh, with Buffalo Bill Hawkins ordained as it’s Elder. However, Buffalo Bill Hawkins incorporated the name, House of Yahweh, and by doing so, broke the Law of Yahweh, disqualifing themselves as a legitimate House of Yahweh, under Yahweh’s leadership. They became a ward of the State.
The following information was given to the editor by Kay Hawkins, ex-wife of Buffalo Bill Hawkins, now known as Yisrayl Hawkins:
In 1975, when Jacob Hawkins returned to Texas from his 7 year stay in Israyl, he stopped in Abilene, Texas to speak with his brother Buffalo Bill Hawkins, who later changed his name to Yisrayl Hawkins, concerning doing the work of the House of Yahweh of Odessa. However, Yisrayl declined to join Jacob in the work at that time. He had a secure job as a policeman in the Abilene Police Dept. and was also the song director for the local Worldwide Church of God in Abilene, Texas. So Jacob returned to Odessa and continued in doing the work as a minister of Yahweh, preaching and publishing the message of the Kingdom and promoting the family name of Yahweh. It wasn’t until late 1978, after Yisrayl Hawkins resigned his job on the Abilene Police Dept. and realized his position with the WCG was going to be short lived, that he decided to join Jacob Hawkins and the House of Yahweh. The preacher of the local WCG liked Yisrayl and appointed him into position of song leader. But after the minister was removed, Yisrayl left the WCG church shortly thereafter, knowing that his position was at risk of being terminated. He was without a job, without a faith, and set his sights in a different direction. It was at this time period, that Yisrayl Hawkins decided to do the work of Yahweh under his brothers direction. Jacob Hawkins and Oscar Alexander ordained him as an Elder in the House of Yahweh in Odessa and gave Yisrayl the commission, as an Elder, to do the work of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, which was a branch of the House of Yahweh of Odessa. Jacob came to Abilene at the Feast of Tabernacles 1980 to dedicate the House of Yahweh as a branch of the work from Odessa, Texas. At that Feast, Kay Hawkins and Rachyl McMillan were ordained Deaconess. On March 23, 1981, Buffalo Bill Hawkins, Phyllis Kay Hawkins and Dennis Hawkins incorporated the House of Yahweh as a non profit corporation, a Christian church in the State of Texas. “The Corporation is organized for the purpose of maintaining a Christian Church for the worship of God, or for service to God and his people, and for the study of the word of God, and for no other purpose.”
There are many who have come to this place in Abilene, Texas and never have seen these corporate papers. In fact, there have been many sermons brought forth by Yisrayl Hawkins and the Elders, who said that Christian churches are evil!
SHOULD A HOUSE OF YAHWEH BE CALLED A CHURCH?
Is the word church a righteous title for any House of Yahweh? There are some who would say that it is only a word. But most scholars know that words have meanings, and meanings are important to the believers of Yahweh.
Since we know that the scriptures were written in Hebrew, then translated into Greek, Latin, and then English, it should be understood that none of the Apostles or Prophets ever referred to their House of Yahweh as a church. Let’s examine this word and see why it is an abomination to call a House of Yahweh, a church, and why Yahweh’s people should not use this word to represent the House that Yahshua built.
Webster’s Dictionary of the Bible says the following about the word church: Middle English-chirche from Anglo Saxon CIRCE, from the Greek, KYRIAKON, the Lord’s House. Notice that this word comes from the word CIRCE. Most all dictionaries and encyclopedias will tell you that CIRCE would transform her enemies, or those who offended her, into animals through the use of magical potions. She was renowned for her knowledge of drugs and herbs. Circe, daughter of the sun, was a sorceress best known for her ability to turn men into animals with her magic wand. The daughter of Perse and Helios, and whose daughter is Aega (goddess of the sun) she is remembered for her encounter with Odysseus and his men, and renowned for her knowledge of magic and poisonous herbs.
When Odysseus and his men landed in Aeaea, his crew later met with Circe and were turned into pigs. Circe's spells however had no effect on Odysseus who earlier was given an herb by Hermes to resist her power. Circe realizing she was powerless over him lifted the spell from the crew and welcomed them in her home. After about a year when Odysseus leaves she warns them of the sirens they will encounter on their journey. Circe and Odysseus also bore a child together named Telegonus who later ruled over the Tyrsenians.Circe also has the powers for spiritual purification as she purifies the Argonauts for the murder of Apsyrtus. Circe was also known as the habitation or house of the Kyros, Lord, master, from Kyros meaning power or might. Church comes from the Greek word, Kyriakon, meaning: House of the Lord. Therefore, Circe was known also among the Greeks and the Anglo Saxons as Kyriakon, the Lord’s House. Lord’s House is English for the Hebrew, Baal’s House or Bet Baal. The English word for Baal is Lord or God. Circe was known known as the habitation or House of Baal, or Baal’s Cave.
The American Heritage Dictionary of the Englsih Language says that Circe or church comes from the Greek and Latin word meaning cave. In Greek mythology, Zeus which was just another name for Baal among the Greeks was known as the father of all the gods, he was the god of the sky and heavenly phenomena, especially thunder and lightning, he was the supreme ruler, the founder of law and order. He was the father of gods and men...Collier’s Encyclopedia, Zeus page 686. Also in Greek mythology, Zeus, the father of all the gods was said to have been born in a cave on the island of Crete. If Circe is Anglo Saxon for church, which means the habitation or cave of the lord, it makes Circe the mother of god or mother of Zeus, Baal, Lord, Kyrios. For he was born in her womb, cave, or church.
If one incorporates and worships in a church, as Yisrayl Hawkins has done, they are worshiping in the womb of Circe, according to the meaning of the word church. For this reason, we should be able to see why Yahweh’s people, any House of Yahweh, should never be represented by the word, CHURCH, for it’s roots are deep in paganism. Yahweh condemns worshiping in a church.
Isayah 65:2-5 “I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walks in a way that was not right, after their own thoughts. A people that provokes me to anger continually to my face; that sacrifices in gardens, and burns incense upon altars of bricks. Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh and broth of abominable things is in their vessels. Which say, Stand by yourself, come not near to me; for I am holier than you! These are smoke in my nose, a fire that burns all the day.”
The word monument is #5341 and means: to keep, to hide; to be understood of adyta, recesses of the shrines of gods; or perhaps sepulchral caves.
Our Messiah spoke about these.
Mattithyah 8:22 “And Yahshua said unto him; follow me and let the dead bury their dead.”
We have seen that one of the meanings of church is cave. Yahweh condemns those who lodge in churches or circe. Yahweh does not want us worshiping in a church, nor His people called a church, or the place where He places His name to be called a church. Yahshua Messiah and the Apostles certainly did not call their work a church. History shows that they did not incorporate their ministry, nor get a charter from Rome. Corporations started in Rome, and the Catholic Church is the biggest non-profit chartered corporation in the world. It should be no surprise to Yahweh’s people that the Catholic Church doesn’t persecute other chartered corporations. For they know that they are daughters of the church.
When Yisrayl Hawkins incorporated a House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, this was done without Jacob Hawkins knowledge. Yisrayl Hawkins bold move to incorporate and create his own House of Yahweh as a church, which is an abomination, caused a bitter separation between these brothers. Here is a re-copy of the original letter dated August 4, 1986 where Jacob Hawkins described his feelings about his brothers deception to a member of the faith:
Dear Sister Nancy:
It was wonderful to hear from you again, and thank you for your tithes. May the blessings of Yahweh be yours.
I am sorry that you folks found out the hard way about that thing in Abilene. That whole thing up there was a deception from the very beginning. I wrote you over two years ago and explained how Bill right after he was ordained set into take over The House of Yahweh and pull everything and everyone up to Abilene.
There are some of the questions you ask that I had rather answer in person. If you folks could come down some Friday afternoon and stay over for the Sabbath, we would put you up for the night, and Sabbath afternoon we would have the committee of The House of Yahweh to meet, for I would like for them to hear about what has went on up there at Abilene.
I am sending you some pictures of The House of Yahweh people and also a picture of The House of Yahweh committee. In case you wonder about the young men who have only partial beards, it is because that is all they can grow.
I am also sending you the booklet on the doctrines of The House of Yahweh, as I understand that Bill teaches contrary to most of the doctrines of The House of Yahweh. He also is all messed up on prophecy. About him saying or, teaching that he and I are the two witnesses, no one at this time knows who the two Witnesses are. They will be two men from The House of Yahweh, but Yahweh has not revealed who they are, and you can be assured that they will not be teaching what is taught in Abilene.
The House of Yahweh in Odessa had its beginning in Nazareth, Israel, in 1975 long before Bill came into it, and while he was a member of the Worldwide Church of God in Abilene. As The House of Yahweh is an Israeli institution, we did not have to take out organization papers in this country. And as long as we are recorded with the city and county, this is all we have to do.
As to mountain in Micah 4: meaning a nation, this is pure deception. Micah 4:1 tells where The House of Yahweh would be established, the mountains of Israel, as is shown in the parable in Ezek. 17: 22, 29. The House of Yahweh will be exalted in its location above all the other mountains and hills in Israel. This will be when it returns to Jerusalem. Mountains and hills sometimes implies religious sects. You can be sure it does not imply any nation.
I was very sorry to hear that Bill says Yeshua lied in his parables. Yeshua never at anytime ever told a lie to anyone, nor about anything. We are forbidden to lie. Yeshua said to let your yea be yea, and your nay be nay, and anything more than this comes from the evil one, Satan, Matt. 5:37. He also said in Rev. 21:8 that all liars will have a part in the lake of fire. Bill needs much prayer to keep from being lost. You can be sure that The House of Yahweh does not teach people to lie, cheat, steal or any such evil. I knew that when Bill pulled off from The House of Yahweh, that this would take place. That in Abilene is not The House of Yahweh.
You can be sure that all men you see in The House of Yahweh will have beards, and be wearing a kepah and tallit, unless of course they are visitors. Even then they will wear a Kepah in the Sanctuary. You can be sure that no one will get into the Sanctuary in Odessa drunk, nor will you see any children in The House of Yahweh drinking, nor will you see any person any place at anytime in The House of Yahweh (Odessa) drunk. We do not allow such. At the feasts, and our fellowship meetings after services on Friday night we have strong drink, but no one gets drunk, nor will you see any child drinking it. Also no man gets ordained in The House of Yahweh for the ministry until they have trained and proved themselves for three years, nor will there be deacons ordained until they have proved themselves for three years, and no unbearded man even becomes a member. If he can’t hold the job he has and wear a beard, he will have to change jobs. We do not condone sin to get tithe. I don’t care how wealthy he might be. We want righteousness in The House of Yahweh and we are very strict about it.You ask if Bill was with us when we went to Israel. No. We went to Israel in 1969, and after we went, Bill became a member of the worldwide church of God in Abilene, he and Kay both. Bill was ordained after he came out of Armstrong’s years ago by Elder A.N. Dugger, leader of Church of God (7th day) in Jerusalem. I was ordained again in 1971 in Jerusalem by the Mount Zion Fellowship. I am a Messianic Rabbi.
You ask where was first established in the 60s and 70s. There was no House of Yahweh until 1975, and as I said it was established upon the mountain of Israel, in Nazareth, Israel, the home town of Yeshua, just as Micah 4:1 foretold. Yeshua foretold that when the Apostles who he sent out in his day had finished their work, The House of Yahweh would go to sleep, and be no more until just before his return to this earth. Matt 25:1, 6. Just before Yeshua returns, termed as midnight in this parable, the cry would go forth to wake up the virgins, so that they might come out of Babylon into the newly established House of Yahweh.
You ask was Bill to carry out this work in Abilene. Yes, he was. But he did not. He deceived me into thinking he would. I have all the letters he wrote against this work here after he was ordained by Oscar Alexander and me. He was ordained for that purpose, to be a Minister for The House of Yahweh in Odessa, in Abilene.Sister Nancy, that whole thing in Abilene was wrong from almost the start. The rest of your questions I would feel better answering in person. I hope you folks can come down for a Sabbath and I will answer all of your questions. He is my brother, and I love him, but I don’t love how he does.
If you folks can come down, I think you will like what you see here, because what you see and hear here is just what we are. We believe in living up to what the Bible says, and nothing else. And you will not hear any evil or lies while you are here, nor will you be told to tell a lie. We do not try to take advantage of anyone.

When Yisrayl Hawkins incorporated the House of Yahweh, he incorporated a Christian Church, called the House of Yahweh. This, without a doubt, displeased Jacob Hawkins, who understood the prophecy and the Law of Yahweh and he never, in his lifetime, incorporated the House of Yahweh. As you can see in the above letter, Jacob did not approve of Yisrayl’s deceptive tactics. He did love his brother as the Law commands, but they never did the work of Yahweh together, in unity, as a body of believers again. Jacob Hawkins, because he loved his brother, allowed him to use the name, House of Yahweh and never sued Yisrayl for stealing the name.
One must remember the House of Yahweh is a body of living souls, a body of believers, a family name of a religious order, called Melchizedek/Messiah. It isn’t a name that is placed on a building, that makes a House of Yahweh. It most definitely is not an incorporated dead body, created by statute of any State or Federal Government. Yahweh does not need the permission of the State in order to show He exists or His House exists, for He is Sovereign above all nations and people. Nor do we need the permission of any man on earth to be called a House of Yahweh.
When researching the House of Yahweh in Odessa, Texas and the charter that they created, there is a letter that is most interesting in the incorporated charter papers. After Jacob Hawkins death, his sons, along with other Elders, were somehow convinced to incorporate their House of Yahweh, in the State of Texas. We have not been able to verify why at this time, but I think it is interesting to add the copy that is attached with their incorporation papers. If you notice, in this document, Yisrayl Hawkins is giving, Jacob Hawkins heirs, permission to use the name House of Yahweh. To the ordinary, casual, reader this would not seem to be a big deal. But to a true man of Yahweh, who proves all things, we can see the sinister fraud and deception, behind this letter. Yisrayl Hawkins, is authorizing and licensing, Jacob Hawkins, and his heirs giving them permission to use the name, House of Yahweh. However, Jacob Hawkins is the one who founded the family name, House of Yahweh, under Yahweh’s direction and inspiration, and it has been proven that Yisrayl Hawkins stole this name by incorporating and copyrighting it. Jacob Hawkins didn’t need Yisrayl Hawkins permission to use this name and if he had wanted to when he was alive, could have sued Yisrayl Hawkins for theft and fraud of the name, House of Yahweh. After his brother’s death, Yisrayl Hawkins gives the impression to Jacob’s children, that he can give authority for Jacob’s heirs to use this name, and has this letter attached to their incorporation papers. This is the evil that befalls people when they think that they own, what is not theirs to own. They use deceptive practices to fool the unsuspecting. The name, House of Yahweh, belongs to Yahweh, given to His Son, Yahshua, who is heir of all things. He has already given permission to the believers to use it, through covenant relationship that started with Abraham. I challenge anyone to prove that any Patriarch, Prophet, or Apostle incorporated the name, House of Yahweh and needed, or received permission from the State, to use it.
Numbers 12:7 “My servant Moses [is] not so, who [is] faithful in all mine house.”
I Chronicles 17:14 “But I will settle him in mine house and in my kingdom for ever: and his throne shall be established for evermore.”
Isayah 56:5 “Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.”
Hosheyah 9:15 “All their wickedness [is] in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes [are] revolters.”
The above scriptures make it very plain to see that, House of Yahweh, is Yahweh’s House and to incorporate it, would make it the State/Federal Government’s House, which would take the Sovereignty away from Yahweh’s people. To prove this fact, read the attached document of Article 17 of the House of Yahweh, Odessa’s charter.
Notice if the assets are not disposed to other 501c3, churches and non-profit organizations, then the District Court of Texas will dispose of it’s assets. Also the directors, have to disperse all the assets to other 501c3, churches or non profit organizations, not back to the members of the organization. Can you imagine spending your whole life paying your tithes, offerings, and freewill offerings to a House of Yahweh, thinking it would benefit the body of believers, only to find that everything you have put into that organizational body can be given to other churches, or be disposed of by unbelievers who would decide where the assets would be dispensed. Does this appear that Yahweh or His representatives are in control of any House of Yahweh, if it is an incorporated 501c3 organization? Corporations are dead bodies, they are not alive. Yahweh is not a dead body, He is eternal life. Those who are called by His name, are alive and can receive eternal life. YISRAYL HAWKINS AND THE TEACHINGS COMING FROM HIS HOUSE OF YAHWEH
Yisrayl Hawkins says that the House of Yahweh that he founded is the only place of worship to Yahweh, and one of his reasons is because it is directly due west of Yerusalem, Israel. Let’s examine this information a little bit closer. For some reason latitude seems to be important to Yisrayl Hawkins to prove that Abilene, Texas is the place for the House of Yahweh to be located. Years ago he stated that Abilene, Texas was due west of Jerusalem, Israel, which it isn’t! Since he was wrong, he had to revise his directions and say that Abilene, Texas is due west of Abilene, Israel, which it isn’t. If you travel from Abilene, Israel (Ibillin, Israel) 32/49/20.64 directly west to Abilene, Texas 32/26/47 you would be off course 26 minutes. So maybe he doesn’t necessarily mean exactly on the same latitude, just close? So what is the point? If the malak comes from the east and heads directly west with Yisrayl Hawkins co-ordinates, he’ll miss the location by 26 minutes. Can we wait for him to find the right spot? I am not sure I would want Yisrayl Hawkins giving me directions to any place that I needed to be at exactly, on time, would you?
The last days House of Yahweh was not founded first in Abilene, Texas. The extreme last days House of Yahweh, the family name of Yahweh, was founded and started first in 1973 in Nazareth, Israel, and then brought to the United States of America, by Jacob Hawkins in 1975 in Odessa, Texas. Just for the record, Odessa, Texas latitude is 31/51/48, while Jerusalem is at 31/47. That is 4 minutes apart and depending on what part of the city you are in, you could be right on latitude with Odessa’s directions.
We find the following information from the Prophetic Watchman, dated Feb.March-1988.
Jacob Hawkins did not incorporate the House of Yahweh, but founded it in Nazareth, Israyl, in 1973 and then brought this work to the USA and continued it in Odessa, Texas in 1975.
A Christian church, called the House of Yahweh, was started in Abilene, Texas March 23, 1981. Yisrayl Hawkins calls this House of Yahweh the true work of Yahweh, because it is called with Yahweh’s Name. However, we can see that this is an established Christian Church, and cannot at this time be the true work of Yahweh. They say they keep the Feasts, but the problem is they keep some of them on the wrong date. Read or ask for our study on Passover to find out the correct date for Passover or go to www.bayithyahweh.org to read it online to compare the difference between what a True House of Yahweh teaches and what the counterfeit ones teach. Jacob Hawkins wrote in the letter mentioned above, that Yisrayl Hawkins was teaching deception from the beginning. It appears he was talking about the beginning of the incorporation of the name, House of Yahweh, as a State sponsored religion! Most of Yisrayl Hawkins’s followers have no idea how far the deception really is, because most have never read the charter. This Law of Yahweh exposes the lies and deception that Yisrayl Hawkins has propagated to his followers. It is with much prayer, that we hope, that he will repent of the evil he has done, by dishonoring the family name, House of Yahweh, through incorporation, and deceptive practices. If he repents, and brings forth fruits of repentance, then and only then, will he honor the name of Yahweh, House of Yahweh, and will Yahweh forgive him of sin.
Isayah 44:22 “I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.”
Yahweh says that he will blot out sins. But in order to have any sins blotted out, one must repent! Yisrayl Hawkins needs to repent in order to have his sins forgiven! He is the overseer, of many people who love Yahweh, and who blindly follow his teachings. They have been outwitted, outsmarted, and conned out of their money, children, and possessions. But mostly, they have been deceived into believing that they are at the true House of Yahweh, receiving salvation, when in reality they are at a Christian Church, called a House of Yahweh, being taught to worship a man, who is a god to them and can do no wrong.
PROPAGANDA, AGAINST WHOM?
Yisrayl Hawkins says that the media and the world preaches propaganda about him. They say Satan inspires propaganda about them? The only propaganda we have been able to find is the propaganda that they spread about themselves. They openly welcome homosexuals into the congregation as revealed in the open letter that was sent to Taylor, Anson, and Callahan County residences, in 2009. The editor, personally witnessed a lesbian being allowed into the congregation in 2010, after she left and came back, 3 to 4 times, over a 3 year period. Each time she returned, she lured many women into a homosexual experience. On her last return, after the Feast of Tabernacles, 2010, she left with an Elder’s wife whom she had lured into a homosexual lifestyle. They now live together as a lesbian couple in Abilene, Texas. Is this what we should be exposing our wives and daughters to?
They have also allowed child molesters into the congregation, who have repeatedly molested many young girls, throughout the years. One such molester was an Elder, who is now serving 30 years in prison for molesting his step-daughter. What most people in their congregation don’t know or realize is that he was never brought up on charges for molesting his biological children. Would you want your children around child molesters? Now he has been promoted to sainthood. The propaganda to protect the child molesters, that Yisrayl Hawkins is promoting can be found in his book entitled, “The Book of Yisrayl 8th book, part II”, of which is enclosed for your viewing. Is Yisrayl concerned with protecting Yedidiyah Hawkins or himself?
The Prophets of Yahweh has warned us about the prophets who dream.
Yeremyah 23:25-28 “I have heard what the prophets say, who prophesy lies in My Name, saying; I have dreamed! I have dreamed! How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies! Yes, they are prophets of the deceit of their own minds; Who devise, to cause My people to forget My Name through their dreams, which they tell every man to his neighbor, just as their fathers have forgotten My Name for Baal. The Prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream! He who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully! What is the chaff, compared to the wheat? says Yahweh.”

Let’s examine the above mentioned points in this book:
1.) Notice paragraph 2 on the left margin. Yisrayl Hawkins states that it was due to a false accusation that Yedidiyah Hawkins was arrested. This is an outright lie! Yedidiyah Hawkins was turned in by a member of the House of Yahweh, who had heard the testimony of Yedidiyah’s step daughter. This young man, then called the authorities on Yedidiyah Hawkins. The District Attorney’s office felt that there was more than enough facts to convict Yedidiyah Hawkins on child molestation charges. He has now been convicted and sentenced to 30 years in prison, in a Texas Prison Institute, and there is no appeal process being done for this Elder by his leader or congregational leaders. He was given a 3rd rate lawyer to defend him, while Yisrayl Hawkins hired the best attorneys in Texas to represent himself at his court hearings, when he was arrested in 2008. Yisrayl Hawkins’s case never went to trial, and he was never convicted, thanks to having the best lawyers in Texas on his case. Yedidiyah on the other hand is serving 30 years in prison.
2.) As for the testimony of the prosecution being angry and bitter, that also is another lie! The witnesses that were called for the prosecution told the truth and the facts, and they were not told in anger or bitterness. The author personally has interviewed some of these witnesses to verify the facts of this case and Yedidiyah Hawkins, was guilty as charged. But most importantly, he was let down by the the hierarchy that he protected. This man should have received some serious counseling and help, from qualified professionals, when he was first accused of child molestation, many years before 2008. In order to protect the institution, or corporation, this book of Yisrayl was written to keep others from leaving the institution and lies had to be fabricated to offset the truth of the matter. Yisrayl Hawkins congregation for the most part is so devoted to what he says and writes that they would believe a lie, and most have bought into this story that is in this Book of Yisrayl.
II Thessalonians 2:3,4,9-12 “Let no man deceive you by any means; for unless there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, Who exalts himself above all that is called gods, or that is worshiped; so that he, as a god, sits in the House of Yahweh, showing himself that he is a god. Whose coming is according to the energy of Satan, with all power, and signs, and lying wonders. And with all deceivableness of sin in those who are perishing, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason, Yahweh will send them strong delusion, that they would believe the deception, In order that those may be judged as not having believed the truth, but as having delighted in sin.”
3.) Faithful and reliable witnesses testified on Yedidiyah’s behalf. Another lie! It has been revealed to the editor, that several of the witnesses, who I might add, many were young teenage girls, were prepped and coached on what to say on the stand at the trial. They actually perjured themselves to protect Yedidiyah Hawkins, not knowing the consequences of perjury.
Yisrayl Hawkins, has followed the ways of the gods. He will stop at nothing to protect his 501c3 corporation, which he calls the work. Here is an article that exposes the Catholic Church, see if you can find any parallels with what Yisrayl Hawkins practices in his church concerning his Priests, notice the highlighted part.
Yes, the Priests/Elders of the House of Yahweh protect their overseer, and he protects them, even covering up sin, just like the Catholic Church does. Should we, as a House of Yahweh, do such practices? The Priesthood is protected because their priesthood, brings in money for the corporation. The Corporation is protected at any cost! If the people lose faith in their Priests, they will lose faith in the organization, such is the fear of Yisrayl Hawkins and his Priests. They are the ones who shear the sheep, for their shepherd.
Yechetzqyah (Ezekiel) 34:5 “And they were scattered, because [there is] no righteous shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.”
Zecharyah 13:7 “Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man [that is] my fellow says Yahweh of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.”
Ephesians 5:11,12 “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.”
Here is what District Attorney Shane Deel had to say about Yisrayl Hawkins in a news report in the Abilene Reporter News on 1/9/09: “Callahan County District Attorney Shane Deel, however, sees an ulterior motive and said the newsletter is part of a last-ditch, “propaganda effort to attempt to assist Yisrayl Hawkins. “That’s the whole reason for the existence of the corporation — to benefit him personally. I don’t expect this effort to have any impact on his legal proceedings. I think it is actually a sign of desperation.” Think about this article, Shane Deel has never been in the House of Yisrayl, but he hit the nail on the head! He knows propaganda when he sees it! And notice he mentions this propaganda and the existence of the corporation is for Yisrayl Hawkins benefit!
Here is Yisrayl Hawkins response: Hawkins encouraged Abilenians and others to call or stop by and tour the facilities. “Our phone lines are always open to calls if you have questions about us — The House of Yahweh,” Hawkins said. “Our gates are open to anyone who would like to come to services or to just say ‘hello’ or ‘shalom.’ “See for yourself what we believe and teach, and the simple way we conduct our lives.” Of course anyone who has been to this House of Yahweh, now called the House of Yisrayl, knows this to be a lie. They have security guards at the front gate and around the perimeter of their church grounds, everyone has to go through metal detectors when entering the church building, and security guards monitor anyone who would visit the church unannounced. If you don’t believe this statement, then go and visit this place unannounced. They live in constant fear of what they call, outside persecution. But the only persecution to it’s members, that the editor has seen, is the persecution that comes from within, by their own hierarchy.
They also teach artificial insemination for women. Where can that teaching be found in the Holy Scriptures? Who would be the father of the child, or woman’s head, if she is artificially inseminated? Does Yahweh allow a women the option to have children without a head? Who will guide her and the child? Does that make scriptural sense? Should a House of Yahweh have to protect child molesters and ignore the fate of the children? Where in the scriptures can you find any prophet ever persecuted for being a child molester? The Prophets were persecuted for upholding the laws of Yahweh and for preaching the message of Yahweh!
THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH IN ABILENE, TEXAS PROMOTES YISRAYL HAWKINS, NOT YAHWEH
II Corinthians 10:17,18 “But he who glories, let him glory in Yahweh. For it is not the man who commends himself who is approved, but the man whom Yahweh commends.”
We live in a world where people in authority, without the true spirit of Yahweh guiding them, allow power and money to corrupt their righteous intentions. There is a wise saying that goes like this: “Power tends to corrupt and absolute power, corrupts absolutely.” This is what has occurred to the House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas. It is important to reveal every fact of this organization, so that every House of Yahweh will see the corruption of power, when wise counsel is not adhered to, according to Yahweh’s laws.
Proverbs 19:20 “Hear counsel and receive instruction that you might be wise in the latter end.”
Yisrayl Hawkins and his followers brag on his accomplishments, which is supposed to impress those who read about him. He is bragging about himself, not about the body of Messiah. If one reads their website and magazine, you can see His House of Yahweh is only about promoting Yisrayl Hawkins!
Let’s consider his resume taken from the monthly magazine called PW, dated January 2011 and from their website www.yahweh.com. Here is some information at their website.
Yisrayl Hawkins was raised as a humble farm boy in Oklahoma by sharecroppers who instilled within him the ethics of hard work and service to others, as well as basic moral values. Having the Holy Scriptures read to him daily in his youth, he developed a love and passion for them that would lead to his life-long in-depth study of both the history and the prophecies found therein, from Genesis to Revelation.
While attending college in Missouri, Yisrayl and his brother Yaaqob began their ministry in the surrounding communities. Afterwards, they hosted a radio talk show in Graham, Texas and then later in Eastland. During that time, they taught the prophecies found in the Scriptures. At the age of thirty-three, Yisrayl moved to Abilene, Texas where Yahweh would lead him to establish The House of Yahweh in 1983. It was at that time that he completely devoted himself to preaching and publishing the Message of Salvation.
Since then, he has written over 50 books and booklets relating to the history and prophecies in the Scriptures, as well as many other subjects relating to Scripture, from the Sabbath Day to the health Laws. Today, at the age of seventy-five, he still dedicates himself eighteen to twenty hours a day to the service of Yahweh, his congregation, community, the world at large, and the work that he lives for, which is bringing True Peace, Joy, and Abundant Living to all of mankind.
Now when you go to the website that has this resume, of Pastor Yisrayl Hawkins, who is the leader of this large Christian Church in the Abilene area, we see there are numerous pictures of him shaking hands with politicians, children, Hebrew African Israelites, women and other important people. Certainly this would impress the reader that this man is important. You might think that this man was running for some kind of political office in the future. One might also think that this has to be a Holy man, for he is shown with his hands on the Bible, and he is smiling in the pictures, like the people he is with must be life long friends? You can get many impressions from pictures. What do you see? If this was your first time looking at this sight and learning of this man, you would most likely be convinced that surely this man has to be a Holy Man of Yahweh? Consider the resume that is at the site. Would you question and prove what is written to be true or false? Let’s look at some of the accomplishments of this seemingly, great man.
- He was a humble farm boy.
- He went to the schools of higher learning, by attending College.
- He was a radio host.
- He completely devotes himself to preaching and publishing his message.
- He has written over 50 books and booklets.
- He publishes a monthly magazine and newsletter.
- He gives weekly sermons.
- He tapes weekly programs.
- He has witnessed to dozens of leaders all over the world, regarding matters of concern.
- He participated in many important events, all listed above.
- He dedicates himself from 18-20 hours a day to the service of Yahweh, his congregation, the world at large, and the work he loves.
These accomplishments should certainly impress upon the reader that this has to be a Holy Man! Certainly someone with so many accomplishments must be sent by Yahweh? In fact, this man seems to be a one man show. He does it all! Now aren’t you impressed with this resume. Certainly if I go to Clyde, Texas and attend this Church, I could receive salvation! If you look at the pictures of Him, he does look like a Holy Man, doesn’t he? The only problem is that Yisrayl Hawkins doesn’t have a second witness to establish most of his accomplishments. Remember the Law of Yahweh says a matter cannot be established unless supported by two or three witnesses! Think about it! How can you verify any of his childhood? What college did he attend and how long did he attend? Did he graduate and what course did he take? He actually condemns colleges in his sermons, but yet brags about going to college. Most of the books written, supposedly, by him were written by many other members of the congregation, this can be proven by Kay Hawkins, Elders, and even Yisrayl Hawkins himself, admitting to this fact in older sermons, which by the way, have been taken off of the website at www.yahweh.com and can no longer be heard or downloaded. So are we impressed with this resume? Will this man bring us salvation? Is this resume complete truth, or is it a mixture?
As for the dignitaries he has met, I talked to Vicky Michaels, also known as, Riyyah Schneider (Elder Shaul Schneider Hawkins, 1st wife), who went to Israel with Yisrayl Hawkins, when he had these pictures taken in Israel, and which are hanging all along the walls in his church in Clyde, Texas. These pictures were arranged through a media group in Israel, whom Yisrayl Hawkins paid quite well, in order to be able to shake hands with Middle East dignitaries. This was done to build up his resume. As for the conferences and events he supposedly attended, I am not sure all can be verified of his attendance, or him being a speaker. But one thing is for sure, the editor personally attended the 3rd Global Peace Conference in 2001 in Clyde, Texas and to this date, has never seen Dr. Oryamo Johnson, Mr. Ataf Haj, and the Armenian Vice Minister of Education, since that conference, nor any fruits from the work of that conference, that was supposedly being done with them. What occurred to these dignitaries who were supposedly working closely with Yisrayl Hawkins and promoting the Peaceful Solution Program? Since I was in attendance and a speaker, I know that the conference was mostly House of Yahweh members who put on a great show of acting like we someone important, to impress these other dignitaries, when in reality we were just followers of Yisrayl Hawkins and promoting his agenda. In fact, what occurred to all the Peace Groups that were working with Yisrayl Hawkins and the Peaceful Solution Program? What about the Peaceful Solution school that was supposed to be built in Ibillin, Israel? Just more deceptive practices by Yisrayl Hawkins to win more converts and get more money. But having no fruits to show!

- The Peaceful Solution is Yahweh’s 613 Laws of Peace written in every bible.

Now to the unsuspecting reader, this would seem to be the place to worship Yahweh. They say their the last House of Yahweh, directly due west from Abilene, Israel. They say their known for teaching and practicing the Laws of Yahweh. They say they keep the Feasts. They say their hated by the whole world. So this must be a righteous place, especially if everyone hates them! They say they are the only group bringing a peaceful solution to the world leaders. They have free magazines, booklets, and you can actually contact them and get your questions answered! Look at the pictures on the site. They have young men helping the older men, young girls helping the older women, and in the middle of them all is their Great Leader and Pastor. This must be a righteous place! Now aren’t you convinced! This seems like heaven on earth! Certainly Yahweh must be in this place! Just look at that big Sanctuary, with all the beautiful sandstone rocks! Don’t be fooled by what looks righteous. We have been warned in the scriptures about such workers.
II Corinthians 11:13,14 “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of the Messiah. And no marvel: For Satan, the same, is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if Satan’s ministers also are transformed as the ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.”
Deception has many faces, and media propaganda, can make anything look wonderful or bad, depending on what you want to reveal. Yahshua Messiah said this about such groups.
Mattithyah 23:27,28 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed sepulchers which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead bones and all uncleanness. In the same way you appear outwardly righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and the breaking of Yahweh’s Law.”
FACTS:
- There is not one scripture in the Holy Scriptures that says that the last days House of Yahweh would be established in Abilene, Texas.
- They keep the Passover on the wrong day.
- Satan has not inspired propaganda against them, their sins testify against them!
- They are not the only group of believers attempting to bring the Laws of Peace to this world.
- There is not one mention in the Holy Scriptures of a Peaceful Solution Character Education Program bringing peace to the whole world.
- It is the teaching of the Laws and the Prophets that will bring true peace to the world.
THE WORK OF YAHWEH ALLOWED TO CONTINUE IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE SEED OF THE ESTABLISHED WORK OF YAHWEH
So why did Yahweh allow his Name to be incorporated and carried on, by Yisrayl Hawkins? Will Yahweh allow this falsehood to continue? We all know that Yahweh upholds his Law and His servants who follow His Laws. There is no doubt that the facts show that Jacob Hawkins did find the name, and called it the family, called House of Yahweh. And there is no doubt that Yisrayl Hawkins was allowed to continue to keep this name, “House of Yahweh” alive, after the death of Jacob Hawkins, even though it was an incorporated church. In fact he has copyrighted, licensed, trademarked, and registered it in the archives of the State and Federal Government. But does this mean this is a work of Yahweh or a House of Yahweh because he did all these things? Can a thief own what is stolen and claim ownership to what is not his, to own? Is the House of Yahweh a church? What is the House of Yahweh? Who is the House of Yahweh? Yechetzqyah 19:23,25,30 “Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? says Father Yahweh; NO, but rather that he would turn back from his wicked ways, and live. Yet you say; The way of Yahweh is not equal. Hear now O House of Yisrayl; Is not My way equal? Are not your ways unequal? Therefore, I will Judge you, O House of Yisrayl, every one according to his own ways, says Father Yahweh. REPENT, and turn from all your transgressions; so iniquity will not be your ruin.”
Of course a thief cannot own what he has stolen. He can use and counterfeit what he has stolen, but he will never own the possession that was taken from it’s rightful owner or his heirs, especially if it was done through deception and fraud. It is up to the owner to rightfully claim what has been stolen from him. In this case, of the family name of Yahweh, called House of Yahweh, the true believers will take this name back from any thief, and use it. Yahweh owns His Name and His family Name, House of Yahweh. All one has to do is establish their authority from Yahweh, and show Yahweh that they want to be part of the covenant relationship, through repentance, confession, baptism, and conversion. Yahweh will then recognize them and allow them to be a part of His family. No man on earth can take this authority, nor take the sovereignty away from Yahweh. They can try, but Yahweh will reveal what and who they are, just as this article is revealing to you! That is why Yahweh’s laws bring forth judgment, just as the Prophet Yechetzqyah stated in the above mentioned scripture. This law is being brought forth to declare the right and authority, by Yahweh, to use the name, House of Yahweh, and this is our declaration to the whole world! This is what we say to Yisrayl Hawkins and his house, as the remnant of the seed of Yaaqob and of Yahshua Messiah, should they attempt to destroy, what is being revealed to the whole world.
Acts 5:35,38 “He said to them; Men of Yisrayl, be careful what you intend to do about these men. Now about the case, I advise you: Withdraw from these men, and leave us alone. For if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing. But if it is of the Mighty One, you cannot destroy it, and you might even be found to be fighting against the Mighty One!
The House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, now proclaiming to be the house of Yisrayl, is a work that promotes a man, named Yisrayl Hawkins, this is fact! It will come to nothing, because it is of men, unless they repent! When it does come to nothing, which is occurring at this time, the righteous people of Yahweh, need to know that Yahweh has not forsaken his people. Yahweh will provide, as he told Abraham on the mountain of Yahweh, just as He is providing for those who have been expelled to this day!
YAHWEH’S LEVIRITE LAW USED TO PROTECT THE SEED OF YAAQOB
Deuteronomy 25:5,6 “If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, his widow must not marry outside of the family. Her Husband’s brother must take her and marry her to perform the duty of a brother-in-law to her. The first son she bears shall carry on the name of the dead brother so his name will not be blotted out from Israyl.”
The Law of Yahweh teaches us that if your brother dies and he does not have a child, then the living brother is to take the widow and bring forth a man/child to carry the dead brothers name. This is shown to us allegorically between Yaaqob and Yisrayl, two bodies, two different houses. Without Yahweh’s revealing, Yisrayl Hawkins, took the woman (House of Yahweh, Odessa) and brought forth a seed (those who follow Yahweh and His Laws) on behalf of Yaaqob’s work, through his teachings, and carried on the Name, House of Yahweh. Now, Yisrayl did not know who the seed/children of Yaaqob was, because it is Yahweh who brings forth the increase. It is Yahweh who has kept Yaaqob’s seed protected, as they would have never been allowed to grow together, had they been known or found out, by Yisrayl Hawkins. These two children, two seeds, two houses under the same name, from the same womb, like Isaac and Ishmayl, have grown up together and now are grown, spiritually. They are separated as it is written: “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman will never be heir with the son of the free woman.” They carry on the name, “House of Yahweh.”
Hebrews 9:16,17 “For where there is a last will and testament, it is also necessary for the death of the testator (The House of Yahweh under Yaaqob Hawkins) to be established. For a testament takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive.”
Now, the House of Yahweh under Yisrayl Hawkins management, was allowed by Yahweh to continue, so that the name, House of Yahweh, would not be lost or forgotten and Yahweh could keep his covenant promise alive, until Jacob’s seed would grow and mature and be able to reclaim the family name, House of Yahweh. The LevirIte law was necessary and performed by the House of Yahweh in Abilene, Texas, in order to keep the seed (family name House of Yahweh) alive, the true believers and remnant of Yahweh. Yisrayl Hawkins brought forth a holy seed, a body of believers, for his dead brother, Yaaqob Hawkins, through the widow, or woman, (House of Yahweh) which was protected for a time, until the revealing of the Saints of Yahweh, the remnant of Yahweh could be sealed. For now, as the Apostle Shaul states, the children of the promise are free from the bondage of slavery, which is evident in the House of Yisrayl, called a House of Yahweh in Clyde, Texas. The believers of Yahweh who are scattered at this time, are being brought to a True House of Yahweh, not a building, but converting their hearts and minds, as the prophecy shows. It will be Jacob Hawkins seed, a true established House of Yahweh in these last days, who will bring back a True House of Yahweh to the nations and people. They will come from a House of Yahweh out of Abilene, out from under the incorporated church, as well as from other assemblies and sacred name groups who call themselves believers of Yahweh, or more properly, House of Yahweh. They will join together as the 12 tribes of Israel, and the Gentiles into the family name, House of Yahweh, as the prophecy shows and once again return to Israel, when the time is ready.
Isayah 2:3 “And many people will go and say: Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the House of Yahweh of Yaaqob and he will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths: For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of Yahweh from Yerusalem.”
This scripture more properly translated means:
Isayah 2:2,3 "It will come to pass in the extreme last days, that the Kingdom of the House of Yahweh will be established in the beginning, chief, head, family of the 12 Tribes, in Israyl, and will be exalted and taken and carried to another Nation, congregation, the United States of America, and all the Tribes, family, will gather to it. And many people will go and say; Come let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the House of Yahweh, of Yaaqob, and HE will teach us of Yahweh's Laws and we will walk in Yahweh's Paths. For out of Zion will go forth the Law and the word of Yahweh will depart from Jerusalem."
The word of Yahweh departed from Jerusalem, when a House of Yahweh, established by Yahshua Messiah, was killed by the House of Yahweh. In these last days in 1975, the family name was taken to Odessa, Texas. And it will be brought back to Israel, once the saints of Yahweh of the 144,000 are sealed. Then the tribulation will begin.
Later on in this study, we will examine more of Yisrayl Hawkins teachings and practices that have brought shame to the family name, House of Yahweh.
THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, THE SEED OF JACOB’S WORK
The Prophets showed us that we will be taught Yahweh’s ways and walk in His paths from the House of Yahweh, of Yaaqob. I know at this time there are many believers here in the United States and the several states, as well throughout the world, who are sincere in their loyalty to Yahweh. Many have established their own organizations, churches, religious organizations and body of believers, to serve Yahweh. They have many names, but none carry the true name Bayith Yahweh or House of Yahweh, especially the one in Clyde, Texas because that one is an incorporated church, a counterfeit. The House of Yahweh is a prophesied work started by Yahshua Messiah, through Yahweh’s inspiration. Many cannot accept the work called House of Yahweh that is in Clyde, Texas at this time, and rightly so. No true believer should accept a government sponsored church as being the true established work of Yahweh. The true House of Yahweh will continue by expounding, correcting, and teaching from the Holy Scriptures. Those who plant seeds and teach the Law of Yahweh, teach a House of Yahweh, a family of Yahweh, doesn’t require a building, but to build the heart and mind according to the Laws of Yahweh. Jacob Hawkins is physically dead, but the House of Yahweh he founded, is not!
Hebrews 9:17 “For a testament takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive.”
We are not here to exalt Jacob Hawkins, only to establish scriptural facts. This name, House of Yahweh, that Jacob found is what the true believers call themselves. Upon his death, his testament took effect, he left us the revealing of the name, House of Yahweh. We should not be ashamed to be called, House of Yahweh. Are you? This House is not a building, a corporation, or a religion. It is a family name, that is used by those of the family of Yahweh. Should anyone use it to create a business, where one man, or group of men profit, then it is not a true House of Yahweh!
THE TRUE BELIEVERS WON’T HAVE HATRED FOR THEIR BROTHERS
The prophets showed us many scriptures speaking about this family, called House of Yahweh. For those of you who may have a hatred for Yisrayl Hawkins, who is ruling over his church called the House of Yahweh, we ask that you show forgiveness, and pray for your brother or enemy, whichever you choose to call him. For Yahweh will deal with him for his sins, and it may be that Yahweh will grant him repentance. We must remember that this work we are talking about is to fulfill Yahweh’s plan. This plan will go forward and we will not need Yisrayl Hawkins permission, nor seek it. He can either repent and humble himself, like all of us must do in order to enter the Kingdom, or he will be left outside the gates of the True House of Yahweh, like he has done to so many others in his organization. The House of Yahweh is a very special name and the name of a very special family. We should all want to be a part of it. I find it disturbing that when someone hears the name, House of Yahweh, they can’t help but associate it with Yisrayl Hawkins, as if he owns this name. Because he has brought shame to himself, does that mean that the name, “House of Yahweh” must also be shameful to hear or use? We must put off this mentality if we ever expect to come into unity, as believers. I emplore all the Assemblies, congregations, and tribes of Yahweh to join this family name, in bringing forth a righteous government for all mankind. The scattered 12 Tribes of Israyl are waiting on us! Yahshua Messiah is waiting on us! If Yahweh is with us, who can be against us?
Reading some of the prophecies concerning the work of Yaaqob’s seed, we ask that you believe what the prophets have spoken concerning this last days work, founded by Jacob Hawkins, our physically dead brother, but remember the work he started is not dead!
Yeremyah 30:10,20,24 “Therefore do not fear, O My servant Yaaqob, says Yahweh; nor be dismayed; O Yisrayl; for behold, I will save you from afar, and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Yaaqob will return, and will have rest, and be quiet; and no one will make him afraid. Their children also will be as in former times, and their congregations will be established before Me; and I will punish all who oppress them. The fierce anger of Yahweh will not return until He has done it, and until He has performed the intents of His heart. In the last days you will understand it!”
Yeremyah 31:11 “For Yahweh has redeemed Yaaqob, and ransomed him from the hands of him who was stronger than he.”
Isayah 10:20,21 “It will come to pass in that day that the remnant of Israel, and such who have escaped of the House of Yaaqob, will no longer depend on him who struck them down, but will depend on Yahweh, the Holy One of Israyl, in truth. The remnant will return, the remnant of Yaaqob, to the Mighty Father.”
Isayah 49:6 “And He said; It is not enough that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Yaaqob and to restore the protected of Israel; I will also give you for a light to the Gentiles, so you may be My Salvation to the ends of the earth.”
Isayah 65:9 “And I will bring forth a seed out of Yaaqob and out of Yahdah an inheritor of My mountains; and My elect will inherit it, and My servants will live there.
Malakyah (Malachi) 4:4-6 “Remember the Law of Mosheh My servant, which I commanded through him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. Behold, I will send you Yliyah, (which is the prophets strength of Yahweh), before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Yahweh; And Yahweh shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”
I Kepha 4:17 “For the time has come that Judgment must begin at the House of Yahweh and if it first begins with us, what will be the end of those who do not obey the message of Yahweh?”
Amosyah 8:11; 9:11,13,14 “Behold, the days come, says Father Yahweh, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of Yahweh. In that day however, I will raise up the tabernacle of David that has fallen, and repair it’s breaches. I will raise up his ruins, and I will rebuild it as in the days of old. Behold, the days are coming says Yahweh, that the plowman will overtake the reaper, and I will bring back the captives of my people Israel, and I will plant them upon their land, and they will no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, says Yahweh your Father!”
Yahweh is gathering the believers of His family together. If you are a true believer then you will believe what the prophets have written concerning this last days work, a family called, House of Yahweh! This work will preach and publish the Laws of Yahweh and have the testimony of Yahshua our Messiah. We will have a place and Name within Yahweh’s House.
Isayah 56:5 “Even unto them will I give in my House and within my walls a place and a Name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.”
THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH CONFIRMED TO BE THE TRUE NAME OF THE WORK AND FAMILY OF YAHWEH DISCOVERED AT TEL ARAD, ISRAEL, POSSIBLY THE JEBUSITE YERUSALEM AND THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID
In June of 2008, the editor was blessed to take a trip to Israel with his family. While there Yahweh revealed to him the same information that was revealed to Jacob Hawkins 35 years earlier. The information that Yahweh revealed, is that the House of Yahweh, which was found in Tel Arad, proved Jacob’s Hawkins testimony to be true. Yahweh had shown the House of Yahweh to me, to verify without my knowledge, that His Family, called House of Yahweh, is for real and that the name of His Family, is “House of Yahweh”. The gentlemen I met, Rabbi Howshua Amariel, who was knowledgeable of the artifacts and history concerning this site, revealed the importance of the House of Yahweh located at Tel Arad. I don’t think it would be fair if I didn’t share his information. And it is my hope that you will believe in the House of Yahweh and that it is the name of our family, our faith! Here is the research that he uncovered in the last decade from research in the area of Tel Arad. This was taken from his site at tcprayer.bravehost.com. Please be aware that some images from his site were not downloaded because they are either not on the site or wouldn’t download.
We first became aware of the house of Yahweh artifacts in 1986 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art special presentation "Treasures of the Holy Land". The show was hosted by the Director of the Metropolitan Museum Phillip Demarbilo, with the help of Martin Weyl, the director of the Israel Museum. This was the first American exabition to survey the archaeological collections of the Israel Museum in Jerusalem. However, the show didn't mention where the artifact concerning the House of Yahweh was discovered. Nevertheless this artifact meant to us that the tabernacle of David was found.
The following year we decided to visit Israel to discover the location or area where this piece might have been found. Therefore, when we first arrived in the land of Israel in 1987 the first place we went to was Jerusalem in order to investigate the mystery behind this inscription and to investigate the city.
There is an image (done by Broadman Supplies and copyrighted by Holman Bible Publishers in 1983) shows the difference between the structure of the tabernacle and the structure of Solomon's Temple. However, we were not looking for the Temple of Solomon on Mount Moriah because we knew it to have been destroyed in 70 A.D. by the Romans. Yet, we were looking for the Citadel or fortress which David took and called the City of David (2Sa:5:7-9; 1Ch:11:5-8), and later made a place there for the ark in the tabernacle of David (the House of Yahweh) on Mount Zion (2Sa:6:16-17; 1Ch:15:1), where it was prophesied at Am:9:11:"In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:" and the faithful will come there (Isa:16:5: And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.) We sat down first before what is called Mount Zion because it is written at Psalms:87:2: "The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob." Then, we looked at the walls around the city call old Jerusalem, which did not extend around the place called mount Zion (place below to the right shows air view of the Jerusalem area from the Zondervan Pictorial Bible Dictionary and copyrighted by MPS). In the Armenian Quarter, David's Tower and citadel are on the westside of the city on one of the high's points in the Old City next to the Jaffa Gate. The Mount of Zion was on the south-west side outside the Old City and had built upon it the Church of the Dormition near the Zion Gate. And also outside of the Old City near the Jewish Quarter and below the Mount Ophel (on the south-east side) is the City of David. But all we knew said that all three of these places are biblically the same location (2Sa:5:7-9; 1Ch:11:5-8; 2Sa:6:16-17; 1Ch:15:1), however presently they are different.
Isaiah 49:14-16 said that Zion should have walls around it. Secondly, Zion should have a wilderness, waste places, and a desert (Isa:64:10, Isaiah 51:3). Third, Zion would be left alone (Isaiah 49:14-23). Fourth, the scripture which said "Zion which no man seeketh after", Jeremiah 30:17. Fifth, the scripture which said Zion was said to be foresaken (Isaiah 62:11-12).
Also, we verified that modern Jerusalem did have walls surrounding it,
but the walls did not extend to the time of David and Solomon (Isa 62:6-8). Nor was it desolate or wasted (Isaiah 1:7, 3:8, 64:10, Jeremiah 6:8), until we return. Neither was modern Jerusalem in a valley surrounded by mountains (Ps:125:2); and Mount Zion on the side of the north (Ps 48:2). So as a result of these discrepancies we started traveling through out all the land of Israel in search of Mount Zion and Jerusalem. That same year in July of 1987 Biblical Archaeology Review published an article concerning the Phoenician Israelite Broad-Room Temples found in Israel. In the article it stated that "the tenth-century B.C. temple from Arad is the only Israelite temple to the Hebrew god Yahweh ever recovered in an excavation." However we had no real evidence to show that the artifact and this place had anything to do with one another.
Nevertheless, in 1990 we did research on the location of Arad in books like 'The Harper Atlas of the Bible' (on the left) that showed a map done by Lane Ritmeyer on page 11 of the ancient site of Arad, twin temples, and the city walls. And on page 53 under the 'Temples in Palestine' section there was shown the holy of holies area in the Israelite temple at Arad. However because the previous discription of the site on page 11 had only the two twin temples in its diagram and did not mention any other temple at the site we concluded that these temples must have been what the previous articles had spoke about. Because this and the other reference (on the right) of Arad did not describe the dimentions of a citadel or fortress, as was said that David took on Mount Zion, we excluded Arad as a possibility. Yet, as you can see the two books that mentioned Tel Arad only spoke of the lower city and doesn't show that their was a citadel built on the upper hill there.
By our Biblical references we knew that the first thing that we were looking for the ruins of a tabernacle within a citadel. It was clear to us that the citadel was built on a long-room plan, and that the tabernacle was a broad-room plan.
First of all, this citadel should be forsaken, which no man seek after and left alone according to Isa:62:4: "Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married" and at Jer:30:17: "For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after." and Isa:49:21: "Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been?"
Second, we looked for Millo as it is stated at 2Sa:5:9: "So David dwelt in the fort, and called it the city of David. And David built round about from Millo and inward." and also at 2Ch:32:5: "Also he strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance." According to the Smith's Bible Dictionary, Millo (meant 'filling') was an ancient Jebusite name of a part of the citadel of Jerusalem. And the Zondervan Pictorial Bible Dictionary stated that this was "a mound or rampart built up and filled in with earth and stones to raise the level." "In Judges 9:6, 20 "the house of Millo" mentioned three times probably means the inhabitants of this tower or fortification." Third, the breaches or benches of the wall of the house was another thing we looked for. Benches or breaches at ancient city gates are quite common, a rectangular structure near the towers or along the outer wall of the great towers (usually 4.5 meters long). This was where the elders of Israel used to sit and the Psalmist speaks of those "that sit in the gate" (Psalms 69:13). A good illustration is given in the Book of Ruth 4:1-2: "Then Boaz went up to the gate and sat down there and behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz had spoken came by; and he said to him... sit down here and he ... sat down... and he took ten men of the elders of the city and said 'sit ye down here' and they sat down." And also at Sodom where Lot sat at the gate of Sodom (Gen. 19:1). As for the tabernacle of David it was said at Am:9:11:"In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:"
Fourth, another piece of geological evidence that we were looking for was the gutter that David and his soldiers went through in order to capture the Jebusite fortress of Zion. This is like the example on the right (done by the artists Irene Bates, Duncan Mackay, Rex Nichollas and Malcolm Swanston) from page 49 of 'The Harper Atlas of the Bible'. It is stated at 2Sa:5:8: "And David said on that day, Whosoever getteth up to the gutter, and smiteth the Jebusites, and the lame and the blind, that are hated of David's soul, he shall be chief and captain. Wherefore they said, The blind and the lame shall not come into the house."
Our earliest historical reference comes from the Book of Josephus in chapter 5 'The description of Jerusalem'; pg 552 which stated, "The city of Jerusalem was fortified with three walls, on such parts as were not encompassed with unpassable valleys; for in such places it had but one wall. The city was built upon two hills which are opposite to one another, and have a valley to divide them asunder; at which valley the corresponding rows of houses on both hills end. Of these hills, that which contains the upper city is much higher, and in length more direct. Accordingly, it was called the "Citadel," by king David; he was the father of that Solomon who built this temple at the first; but it is by us called the "Upper Market-place." But the other hill, which was called "Acra," and sustains the lower city, is of the shape of a moon when she is horned; over-against this was a third hill, but naturally lower than Acra, and parted formerly from the other by a broad valley."
Second, shown on the left, is a 17th century A.D. engraved map of the area of Jerusalem which substanciates Josephus description. (Map was not available for download sorry...)
Third, is our earliest map of the area (as shown on the above) is the first atlas of the Holy land by J. Ziegler entitled 'Quae intus continentur' from 1532 A.D. Which shows the Roman name Aelia Capitolina, in the land of Benjamin in the place of the 'Jubusite Jerusalem',Jerusalem surrounded by mountains (Ps ch 125:2)and Zion on the side of the north (Ps ch 48:2),1206 years later after Constantine had renamed the other 'Amorite Jerusalem' Jerusalem.
Geographic references state that Zion should be called a wilderness and a desert according to Isaiah 51:3: "For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody." and Isa:64:10: "Thy holy cities are a wilderness, Zion is a wilderness, Jerusalem a desolation." Above is shown a map of the land of Israel divided according to it's desert, forest, and evergreen areas. From these it can be seen what is modernly the desert area of Israel. However Modern Jerusalem is located in the area of a forest.
Also, we were looking for a farmland environment that fit Jer:26:18: "Micah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and spake to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Zion shall be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountains of the house as the high places of a forest."
A Meteorological sign that would give us the correct areas to consider are those that fit Psalms:133:3: "As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore." Therefore the dew of Hermon would have to travel to this location on a normal basis. This could be identified in the areas of high annual dew amounts in Israel (as shown on the map to the right).
In 1997, we saw an article in the Chicago Jewish Star Newspaper that spoke of another fragment that mentioned the house of Yahweh and was dated to be older than the first we heard about 11 years earlier. Nevertheless, the article also did not mention where the piece was found. It was not until we did further research that year that we discovered the newly released artifact reported in the Nov. 1997 edition of Biblical Archaeology Review entitled 'Three Shekels for the Lord'.
The article spoke of an ancient inscription record of three shekels to the House of Yahweh which they supposed to be a reference of Solomon's Temple. And also just as the previously mentioned article in the Jewish Star the writer stated here that "no one knows where they were discovered-- or as least they're not talking." However, the piece by Hershel Shanks made mention that "..BYT YHWH had been found complete in only one extra-Biblical inscription, a faded ostracon from Arad with an obscure context,.." Finally, the location of the first artifact was revealed! So we decided to take a more careful look at information on Arad.
In May of 2001 Biblical Archaeology Review published an article by Ephraim Stern entitled 'Pagan Yahwism: The folk Religion of Ancient Israel' mentions the house at Arad and shows both a picture of the inner sanctuary and the House of Yahweh inscription next to one another. However the picture displayed of the site resembled a tabernacle, and not a temple structure. Also because the artifact beside it talked of this place being the House of Yahweh this could very well be the tabernacle of David. In addition, the article put up the thought that previous artifacts found like the ivory pomegranate (a priestly object) and three-shekel ostracon were referring to this place.
Also in the same edition of BAR on pg 34 in an article entitled 'Sacred Stones in the Desert' by Uzi Avner, again a picture of the holy of holies was shown with a picture of two artifacts with Ancient Hebrew written upon them. The article stated that "much evidence found at Arad, such as two potsherds inscribed with the names of the Israelite priestly families Pashur and Meremoth, prove that the temple is Israelite." these names were well known priest in the Tanach (Bible) which worked close to the house of Yahweh in the time of Erza and Nehemiah. However, another Pashur mentioned was also a priest in the house of Yahweh, but in the time of Jeremiah (according to Jer. 20). This information was unignorable for the fact that we now saw three artifacts found at the site which had simularities to things mentioned in the Bible around the Jerusalem area. It was then that it became clear that we would have to visit the site and determine for ourselves the truth of the matter of whether or not there was a citadel and the tabernacle of David on this site.
It wasn't until Janurary of 2002 through our internet research that we discovered a web page "The Temple Inscriptions" that we saw both the 'Three Shekel' and the other 'House of Yahweh' artifacts together. Yet on the page it again stressed the location of the second was found in Arad (Tel Arad) in Israel. We could no longer deny the necessarity of a trip to investigate the site personally.
While driving on the road on our way to the Tel Arad site, we couldn't help but notice from a distance the large structure that sat on the highest hill of the site. When we arrived at the gate, the National Park Authority provided us with a map of the site (on the left) that immediately caught our attention. Because in comparison to maps of the site that we had seen in books, this one had one addition to the site which was the large Israelite citadel. One of the maps given to us at the site was even done by Lane Ritmeyer, the same artist of the previous maps, however this map included in it the citadel (in the image on the right). The map also showed that the entire city was surrounded by walls as it is said that Jerusalem should be at (Isa 62:6-8), and also extended to the time of David and Solomon.
The Stronghold of Zion
On the site map was a detail map of what was called the Fortress (as shown on the below). This was the first sign to what we were looking for because the dimension of the citadel was a square or long-room structure facing in the east direction, with the sanctuary or tabernacle within it that appeared to be a broad-room (also facing the east). From the National Park gate we drove up the main road to the east side of the fortress on the site map and walked up the east stairs to the fortress.
The fortress had before it the second thing that we expected to see for Millo as it is stated at 2Sa:5:9: "So David dwelt in the fort, and called it the city of David. And David built round about from Millo and inward." and also at 2Ch:32:5: "Also he strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance." The two towers of the Tel Arad fortress was a good sign because in Judges 9:6, 20 "Millo" probably meant the inhabitants of the tower or fortification.
And as we came to the citadel we saw the third sign which we looked for, the breaches or benches of the wall of the house. Benches or breaches at ancient city gates are quite common, a rectangular structure near the towers or along the outer wall of the great towers (usually 4.5 meters long). This was where the elders of Israel used to sit and the Psalmist speaks of those "that sit in the gate" (Psalms 69:13). As for the tabernacle of David it was said at Am:9:11:"In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:" Therefore, here because they are common we saw them before the great gate which was the main breach and along the walls around the fortress. It was at this place that the people came to pray before the house. So we kissed the stone and made a prayer there before entering what we consider "holy ground".
We walked into the citadel following the path outlined by the provided map from the National Park and walked up to what was called the Hellenistic tower that was one of the heights of the site to get a good view of the lower area. The tabernacle was in the northwest corner of the citadel, and was built with the three level description of the Yard Gate (inner and outer court), door of the Sanctuary, and Holy of holies (for the ark of the covenant).
Outside of the holy of holies is the sanctuary area in which is the stone shewbread table that was in properly called the altar.
We preceeded on to walk the guided path of the map on down to south side of the citadel to one of the tower chambers over the wall of the fortress. Standing there was like standing in presence of David as he wept for his son in this biblically mention place. As written at 2Sa:18:24: "And David sat between the two gates: and the watchman went up to the roof over the gate unto the wall, and lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold a man running alone." and 2Sa:18:33: "And the king was much moved, and went up to the chamber over the gate, and wept: and as he went, thus he said, O my son Absalom, my son, my son Absalom! would God I had died for thee, O Absalom, my son, my son!"
Right beside this and the rooms near the wall are the rooms that are for the priest. The captain of this citadel has been identified as Eliashib which reflects scriptures concerning the place of Eliashib. As written at Ne:3:20: "After him Baruch the son of Zabbai earnestly repaired the other piece, from the turning of the wall unto the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest." Ne:3:21: "After him repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah the son of Koz another piece, from the door of the house of Eliashib even to the end of the house of Eliashib." It was also interesting to us that Meremoth's name was mentioned as one of priest found written here. And here we were in the identified house of Eliashib that was written about.
The map took us along the wall over on to the west side of the citadel over the gutter area and outside the holy of holies. The gutter was the water channel that came out of the fortress. As we looked at the path leading through the fortress wall we saw a clear picture of David asking his men to go through this channel to get the Jebusites out of the fort. As written at 2Sa:5:8:"And David said on that day, Whosoever getteth up to the gutter, and smiteth the Jebusites, and the lame and the blind, that are hated of David's soul, he shall be chief and captain. Wherefore they said, The blind and the lame shall not come into the house." This was one of the signs that we were hoping to see in the citadel of David.
The path of the map continued us on to the inner court yard outside of the sanctuary. From outside it we viewed the court of the sanctuary and the holy of holies area. The storehouse or the inner court yard as written at Ex:40:8: "And thou shalt set up the court round about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate." and also 1Ki:7:12: "And the great court round about was with three rows of hewed stones, and a row of cedar beams, both for the inner court of the house of the LORD, and for the porch of the house." and at Eze:8:16: "And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east."
As for the altar we observed that it was in its proper place and made of unhewned stones as commanded at Ex:20:25: "And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it."
Our next task after viewing all that the guided path had to offer we had to determine the exact dimentions to the sanctuary in order to see if it fit what was required for a tabernacle.
A holy of holies would only be used for the Ark of the testimony. As stated at 2Sa:6:17: "And they brought in the ark of the LORD, and set it in his place, in the midst of the tabernacle that David had pitched for it: and David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD." However the word tent is stated in 1Ch:16:1: "So they brought the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it: and they offered burnt sacrifices and peace offerings before God." Later after this event the ark was moved from mount Zion to Mount Moriah in the temple that Solomon had built. As written in 1Ki:8:1: "Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto king Solomon in Jerusalem, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion." Nevertheless, Solomon still considered the place on Mount Zion a holy place and built this place after finishing the temple. As stated at 2Ch:8:11: "And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her: for he said, My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ark of the LORD hath come." Presently in this area we saw two incense altars (the right one larger than the left) and two setup stones one of which is raised equal to the other. It was by this that we know that this was a place setup to Yahweh Elohim (Allah-as-from). The setting up of these stones and altars was an ensign for future generations yet was looked upon at that time as an evil act by Eliashib. As noted at Ne:13:7: "And I came to Jerusalem, and understood of the evil that Eliashib did for Tobiah, in preparing him a chamber in the courts of the house of God."
